Id give zero stars if I could. The food was ok, but the service is TERRIBLE. If you go in the morning and Masala (I think that was her name) is working.... Just turn around and walk right out. I ordered a latte and breakfast then went and sat outside to wait for my order. The food arrived, but my latte didn't. I asked for it twice. And twice I was told it would be right out. I was halfway through my meal when it still hadn't arrived. My friend I was with went inside to ask about it. Masala finally brought it out with no apologize, just with the excuse that the coffee machine hadn't been turned on yet (they had been open for almost 3 hours at this point). We called the manager out to speak with us, hoping that maybe his customer service would be better. It wasn't. We got 15 minutes of stories about past employees that didn't work out. We gave him suggestions on where to look for better employees, he thanked us for our input and walked away. Masala brought the check out and we told her that we were unhappy with the service. She immediately started to argue and tell us how busy she was and how she was the only one working, etc... she argued so much. This place has excellent service and great food. I had the huevo ranchero and boy was it delicious. It was a large toasted tortilla with over easy eggs salad ,beans, sour cream. I loved and savored every bite and just to enjoy myself even more I washed it down with a Mexican coke. It was a excellent breakfast. Are you kidding me? I have ordered 3 times from this place for delivery. 1st time - food arrived a little over an hour. Sure restaurants get slammed - I brush it off. 2nd time - food arrived 2 hours later, AND they messed up my side order. Sure I called in and they asked if they could offer me any cookies or drink to compensate. Nice gesture, and again .. let me brush it off and give them another chance. They said the driver got "lost." Yeah, sure. 3rd time - food arrived 3, yes THREE, hours later. But wait! First they tell Eat24 representative that they apologize the food is late but the driver is 5 minutes away. Okay. I wait 5 minutes later. Now the Eat24 representative is telling me that THE RESTAURANT NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. ARE YOU SERIOUS!?!? WHAT BUSINESS TAKES 3 HOURS TO MAKE AND DELIVER FOOD?? To the restaurant manager: Why do you offer Delivery service if you cannot promise to deliver food under the time you promised? Why do you tell me 30-60 minutes, when you can't deliver in that allotted time? If I had known my wait was going to be over an hour, I wouldn't have ordered in the first place. I don't go here very often but when I have my annual or every six month check up in Beverly Hills, this is where I have lunch. It's fresh, tasty and the people there are always friendly and kind. Their soup so delicious and everything else is really yummy too. I don't write reviews unless I feel really compelled, and I've eaten lunch here enough times now to say that I've been very happy with the service and the food. A must if you live in the area. Don't expect any Beverly Hills snobbery. It's just the opposite and it feels very homey. read more

The potatoes are some of the best potatoes I've ever had. They are soft and full of flavor. I had an omelette with avocado, mozzarella, chicken, and onions. It was massive and delicious. The people are very nice and the food came pretty quickly. They also have the option of having a toasted croissant as your choice of toast with breakfast, which was an awesome idea. read more

The food here is really yummy! I had the French Onion Soup and the gyro and it was so delicious. Aside to the good food I wasn't really pleased with the restaurant itself and the people who work there. I wanted to sit and enjoy my food but instead I was surrounded by the waitress yelling. She kept yelling because she forgot to look in the Togo orders and see which ones which, so out of frustration of having to re-check the bags, she was really loud. Then the owners (husband and wife) were arguing with eachother at the cash register, while they were taking someone's order! It came with a complimentary salad of my choice. The staff were extremely helpful and patient as they readily gave me sandwich suggestions. Definitely a nice, comfortable and quiet place to sit. Food is not bad at all. Carefully made and quality pastries. But the service. Man! It's the typical mom an pop shop that run around like a chicken with the head cut off. They micromanage the staff and get in the way from what I see. Don't go during lunch time and you'll be fine. Double check your order since they always mess it up and this is due to the very poor organization. They have a temper too so I pity the staff. It's a shame because the food is good. read more

I was mostly intrigued to see a regional dish in this rather small restaurant that displays mostly breads, cookies and other desserts. I met Hubert, the owner who told me the beef roulade is his wife's family recipe going back several generations. To my liking this dish was not heavy on the sweet and sour flavor which is typical of most German dishes. This allowed the beef, vegetables and other ingredients to take center stage. Served with red cabbage, mashed potatoes and gravy, dijon mustard, onions, cucumber and rolled beef sirloin. This dish takes about 2 hours to make, better to go there and enjoy it. read more

We also got our food at wildly different times and while my first friend received his food first, he was done by the time my other friend got his.
