The horchata is good, and compared to others I've had in the past this one has a stronger vanilla flavor and is creamier. There were only a few chips, but they were good. The quesadilla had a good cheese pull and good flavor. It was physically hot and the birria made it a bit soggy. The meat is tender and the tortilla was crispy in the areas where it wasn't drenched in grease.
