Over priced drinks and over priced food. I have been to other locations but this one sucked. Our waitress was more interested in flirting with the single man beside us. We ordered the 12.99 four shots. Okay shots, can't complain but they took forever to get to us considering the restaurant was pretty bare when we arrived with plenty of staff. I ordered the wings appetizer as my meal with a side of mac and cheese. The wings were good but I didn't like their hot sauce. And though I prefer ranch and was pleased it was brought to me, I wasn't pleased that I wasn't given an option between ranch and blue cheese. The Mac and cheese is served with bits of bacon thrown on top. Tastes like regular old boxed Mac and cheese. Honey got the steak and mashed potatoes and broccoli. The steak was too over cooked for me but the seasoning was fine. He ordered it well done and I'm a rare steak kind of girl. The mashed potatoes were delicious and he got a boat load of them. The broccoli was also delicious, and I was quite surprised. We ate all of our food, however and didn't complain at the restaurant. Hopefully management trains their girls to pay attention to ALL their tables and not just the single men.. And let's be honest, single men aren't the only ones who came to Twin Peaks to look at the women.. There is lots to look at. Plenty of TVs on all different channels. A TV at every booth. A pretty cool antler chandelier to the back of the restaurant by the restrooms. There's even a TV in the women's bathroom. (Which was very clean.) read more

We stop by at Twin Peaks on vacation. This was a cool place. It is a sports bar that had waitresses that are dressed in Specialty little outfits kind of like a checkered shirt with shorts on it kind of fit the outdoor theme of it it was very like Cabela's meets Hooters is the best way I can put it at Giant TVs everywhere the bathrooms were phenomenal they had like TVs right at each year and I really enjoyed that bathroom so huge! And I mean huge just when you thought that a bathroom couldn't be that large it is. It kept going on forever. But I really liked it was nice clean establishment they had my favorite beer on tap Oktoberfest by Sam Adams it's available August through October and the waitress was excellent very nice sweet girl no complaints there I got chicken tenders and fries and a order the side of their Blazin sauce that is supposed to be extremely hot and it was hot I compared to like a blaze and saw set BW3's and I really like that the waitress said that they were opening up Twin Peaks hopefully in Louisville soon which I would enjoy that because it was a cool place and if they had it in Louisville I would definitely go so I hope the owners are twin picture reading us and they are going to open one here that would be excellent for the five stars definitely want to go back definitely recommended good sports bar and look forward to going back read more

The food is good but the service SUCKS!!!! Wait 25 minutes for server (ABBY) to get my beer. Wait another 20 minutes to order and she brings all food (Apps and sandwiches) out. I do not want to eat everything at once! If a server cannot figure that out, then they need to get a job in another field. Portions are small. The table behind us complained about the wait and the server told them she could walk away and they could wait longer. No presence of a manager and the reason the place is the way it is, is because the management does not care about the customer!! read more

This place isn't exactly my cup of tea but the food wasn't that horrible. The waitresses were really nice and helpful but my chicken ranch sandwich had some taste of being burnt and the bacon had too much pepper. I asked the waitress if it was supposed to be like that and she replied yes so I just trusted her. I'm was not a big fan of it so I don't really recommend that meal. The wings are good, especially the garlic parmesan flavor. The sandwich I got it was supposed to be kind of hickory smoked or something but I wish they included that in the menu. read more

There is no excuse for cold food, bad service (I think our server had the IQ of a mentally handicapped person), slow service, hostess on her fell phone the entire time we were there, waitress with cell in back pocket. Salad came out midway through meal, no dressing. Asked for water, waitress never brought it. Drinks took 15 mins to come out. This is a slow Monday night. The place is nice and other bartenders are nice too but this girl kayla out of all the time i was there she didnt even look at me to see if i needed anything. All the other girls were attending me but not for a second she even looked at me to see if i needed anything. Such bad service from her and always with a mad face. First the good. Wings and sauce were pretty good. Dirty blonde beer is really good smooth beer for any meal. Prices aren't great but not bad. Great sports bar lots of tvs. The bad. The service. I've come here about 4 times each time I'm seated and left waiting a very long time before a server shows up. And if you don't order immediately it'll be a long time before they come back for your order. Which is funny because usually when I go it's pretty empty. Im not sure what the secrete to getting decent service is but I wish I did I really like the atmosphere. read more

Terrible service and management. This has nothing to do with COVID-19 or using that as an excuse. I sat near the bar at 4:01 PM on a Saturday and it took a while to be greeted. Ordered a Heineken on tap and the keg was empty so I ordered a different beer, smaller size as I only wanted one beer. Ordered 6 chicken wings. 20 minutes later the small beer was finished so I ordered a Heineken draft again. Keg hadn't been changed still so I drank something else. At 4;31 pm I asked the server to check on my order. A few minutes later she said my order would be right out. At 4:35 pm minutes wings were still not ready and I asked to speak to the manager. He took a few minutes to get there just after the wings arrived. He made a lame excuse about the kitchen being very busy. I looked at the main room and said it didn't look n very busy to me. He comped the wings but not either beer and I just said ok, it's not what I expect but I'll live with it and never come back. I ate, paid my tab, gave the waitress a generous tip and went on with my day. I drove home and went by a few other restaurants and asked myself why dint I go to one of these others? Never again will I go to Twin Peaks. read more

Service was overall slow besides with bar drinks. On a positive note, I love the icy cold beer. Our server was noticeably distracted by another customer sitting in one of the booths when we arrived and during our dining experience. Appetizers and main dishes took very long to come out. Nachos were definitely sitting in the window for awhile since they were soggy and missing ingredients. Server also forgot one of the sides when main dish came out, wasn't even ever charged for it so I assume she just forgot. This chain seriously needs to think about updating the servers outfits; they look desperate for attention wearing old low rise shorts, sparkly belts and chunky necklaces. So I have been here MANY times, but this was the first time I was lucky enough to have Lorna as my bartender. She was so kind, patient, and attentive. I've been known to be a bit of a Karen in my day, but there was no need for that here. Let's not even talk about how good her lemon drop shots are. They are the litmus test at every bar I go to, and hers are by far the best. Of course the atmosphere is great (especially after a long day of work). 10/10 read more

Unfortunately the service and quality here was horrible. Was seated then waited 15 minutes or more before a server even stopped to take our order. The manager came out and apologized and this was the only reason I stayed. Then I waited 30 minutes for a simple cocktail because the large ice cube was not ready. Within that time the server brought ice in a soft drink when I asked for no ice and brought cheese on a burger when I asked for no cheese. Went 3 times for dinner on a recent Orlando business trip. Hey, it was right next to the hotel okay? But really the food was excellent. I especially recommend the burgers. The BBQ burger was top notch. The turkey burger (w/ sweet potato fries) also scored. The greek salad was fine too but had too much dressing IMO. Service was prompt all three occasions. Drink specials every weeknight, i.e. $3.97 drafts. Also noted, great seating and TV's are everywhere with about 10 different sports channels on. read more

Came in here with a party of 6 and was seated immediately at a high top table in the back area. The decor and atmosphere is pretty cool with the rustic woodiness of everything, very obviously appealing to men. For December I was shocked they had fans running as it was actually kind of cool as they were blowing on us. The fire pit out there was pretty cool too! Our server was very nice, but we ordered beers and one of my friends ordered a specific beer that was then not brought out with the rest of the beers, so he thought she may not have heard his order so he reordered it and she said that they were all out of it and trying to fix it. SUPER weird to not have mentioned that earlier when she delivered the rest of the beers and just assume because they didn't have that beer, he wouldn't want one? Again, REALLY weird. The food was okay for a chain restaurant, not a ton of entree options, but plenty of sandwiches and burgers. The only other thing that was annoying about the service was that our waitress did not ever seem to remember which person ordered what drink or entree and had to ask every time she delivered something. This location is a complete hit or miss. Food has been solid, but the service is the miss. One day (I believe Friday) at lunch time, yes it was relatively busy, it took an hour to get our food, we only saw our waitress two times, where she did not even take our order or give us our checks or even take the checks when finished. Dinner time by myself my waitress Mallory was phenomenal. She was running around checking on all her tables and mine with ease and made the game time dinner great. Holy cow, I'm from a small town in Connecticut and even there my local bartender doesn't even know what I drink!! Not to mention she didn't miss a beat, my drink was always full from when I was drinking beer to when I switched to water! She was incredibly personable! I fucking passed up a Circle K pre-made Sammy for this shit show. The food is a fucking joke.

Beer's on tap are always under 32 degrees. Worth going here for that alone. They do have Guinness on tap as one of the options, and there is no shortage of different Scotch, Bourbon, and Whisky's to choose from along with many craft beers. I love the Sinatra Jack Daniels. Great game day spot as well as place to watch a PPV Boxing or MMA fight. They order them all. Every booth gets its own TV. I wasn't a big fan the first time I went here. The burger was nothing special and this place is usually very crowded. Once I learned what to order from the menu it became one of my favorite places to go for a drink and a quick bite. Billionaires bacon is one of my favorite appetizers. The maple glaze with pepper that coats it is perfect. I prefer to order it on the chewy side which they will do if you ask for it that way. The wings are great and their are a lot of good options on how you can have them prepared. My favorite is Nashville hot and spicy. I prefer the bacon jam sliders to their burgers and that is one of my go to orders. The peaks sampler combination of Buffalo tenders, fried pickles, and fried mozzarella bites is one of the best things on the menu. They have been perfect and never over done every time I have ordered them. I like their grilled asparagus and the Wild Alaskan salmon is a pretty good deal that gives you a nice healthy alternative to the pub food that dominates their menu. The staff is great, especially at the bar. They are sweethearts and Katrina is my favorite of the bunch. Management likes to come around and see how you are doing and they schedule a lot of fun events around and holiday they can use as a theme. Fun place. They spare no expense on this place and you can't do this restaurant theme any better. read more
