1 star. We haven't received our food yet, but have issues with "corporate policy" over the needs & comfort of the guest. It is 52 degrees & raining and doors are wide open! I made a polite request to have the doors shut because it was quiet cold and was told, "we cant", followed by some bs excuse about corporate policy dictates... Strike 1. Food arrived and I'm wondering why I bothered to make any special requests like, no onion due to an ALLERGY because there was the onion! Sandwich was not dressed as I requested and fries were a bed of grease!! Strike 2! Admitedly, I took my frustration out on the manager who, seemed marginally concerned. Strike 3. Although I'm in Florida on a trip there are Four Peaks in Arizona where I live. I definitely WILL NOT be patronizing or recommending. I give 1 star only because of server, Dominique. I used to like this place very much until one time i went with a bunch of family and we ordered shots and got the wrong ones, so we said ok its fine we will take these. We ordered some more shots and got the wrong ones again and told the waitress and she got upset after we got upset, she then called the manager and made it look like we were at fault and the manager ended up kicking us out. read more

Not too impressed. Ordered a Margarita, skinny, was told it was made with agave and lime... It was a horrible mix. Hubby got a Guinness in a FROSTED MUG. Unheard of. I ordered the billionaire bacon, they were out, told it would be 30 minutes.. 25 minutes later when I asked, I was told it would be another 20 minutes. I ordered the bean soup, no beans. Service was not good except for Kayla at the beginning. I probably will never be back.. It's usually three strikes, but not sure I could do another visit. read more

The ambiance is ridiculous faux hunting lodge which could be cute except for the waitresses stuffed into unflattering hot pants and push up bras, against all better judgment. The service was downright BAD, kitchen slow. The beer was cold but the food very average (burger), awful (fish tacos) and super, unpleasantly salty. Prices are about typical chain level. Poorly executed expensive small portions of food. Unfriendly atmosphere other than the Hostess. Chicken was greasy and oily. Wings were small and flavorless. The tiny amount of fries were bland. The mozzarella sticks were very good but they were out of marinara sauce at lunch time WOW. The waitress brought the cheese sticks then said we are out of marinara sauce that would have been good to know when we ordered them. Only reason I am giving two stars is that the Hostess was nice and the restaurant seemed clean. Have some drinks look at the girls then go across the street and get a better meal at McDonald's and much cheaper. read more

Another customer lost.... We have never been to Twin Peaks, unfortunately first and last time! Service was beyond slow in a very empty restaurant which now makes sense. Utensils dirty, had to chase someone down for new ones and the wine was served with something floating in it. Service took so long to receive anything, a manager asked if we had been helped, we should have said something then but was hoping things would improve. We had to chase waitress down to order, get refills etc... Menus were never even taken off the table, appetizers were served right on top of the menus and nothing was ever taken from the table until after we finished our meal and then it was only our glasses. I was there last Saturday for lunch and this is Not a place I would return to! The waitress was horrible. There were only 2 waitress busting their behinds while the rest (one of them being my server) were all busy huddled around the hostess booth chit chatting, and playing on their phones. It took 10 minutes to get my servers attention and by the time she got to our table , our food was cold. The food was mediocre. Wings weren't terrible but the "Mac n cheese" that was basically a box of kraft thrown in a bowl was inedible. Not a place I'd waste my time or money going to again. read more

So we have been coming here since they opened we have always had decent service. But then .. We got crystal, holy crap how awesome is she!!! First off she's sweet attentive and makes recommendations based on your preferences. She doesn't ignore the ladies in your group. She takes care of everyone equally and if there is a mistake she makes it right as fast as possible. Crystal has been our waitress for about 7 or 8 visits now. She always greats and catches up . She truly has made this one of our favorite restaurants to visit after the driving range. In fact last night could have been the down turn, but crystal to the rescue. I ordered the hangover burger ( first of omg that's a serious burger) and specifically requested no onions however when the burger arrived there was quite a few in the center of the burger. It was super busy so I just removed them and set them to the side . When crystal came by I let her know and she immediately asked if I wanted to send it back. I didn't want to cause any trouble so I just kept my burger. She went to the kitchen manager and took care of it and he (Bill I think) took it off our bill I was a little embarrassed but like I said crystal makes sure to take care of her customers. I wish I could take her along with me to other restaurants because she understands customer service. I read some of the other reviews and was kind of shocked at how negative some were. A lot of them being from the ladies. I don't know about their visits but I can tell you mine are fabulous. Also the food is really super. Love this place but this visit was told any 'new' items listed on the menu there can be no substitutions.... wanted to order new turkey burger, no bun and green beans vs sweet potato fries..... not. We were seated quickly and greeted friendly with a smile. We ordered drinks which came out and apps quickly. Then the bottom fell out. I counted ten tables full of customers without waitresses and my drink went empty for way too long. I was under the impression that this was a service driven establishment. I was shown that pretty waitresses does not include service. Do not overload the girls with tables at the same time. The customer suffers for this. I made special arrangements for my first twin peaks experience and got burned. Hopefully management or corporate sees and corrects this issue because the potential is there. read more

By far this had to be the worst restaurant experience I have had in my 4 years in Seminole County. I can't comment on the food because I never ate anything. I can comment on the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. After spending 2 hours ringing the bell for the salvation army, my buddy suggested we check out twin peaks. We walk in at 845pm. When I go-to the hostest she asks for my phone# so they can text me when my table is ready. I asked if it was possible to not give my # to them. She said sure just sit over there and we will call you when your table is ready. I said thats fine, may I look at a menu while I wait, the hostest said she will bring me one. My friend and I sit down and wait. Now the waiting area is right in the entrance. Outside the entrance is where the smokers go to light up. With the doors held wide open, this makes waiting uncomfortable for a non smoker like myself. Cigarette smoke was just pouring in the entrance where we sat. 15 mins go by and we still have not gotten a menu. We have been the only people waiting in the waiting area for about 5 mins. At the 30 min mark and seeing 3 different groups of people 2-5 in the respective parties get seated immediately my friends says he's going to Winehouse. There is a Winehouse in the same complex. I wait another 10 mins to give the benefit of doubt to the location. After waiting 45 mins I walk up to the counter and see on the digital screen they have 14 tables available and 10 being cleared. So you're telling me with 25 tables you can't seat me? The dining area is not even 50% full! I ask to speak with a manager. A gentleman comes out and I calmly explain my disappointment. He immediately comes up with an excuse, of there system is designed for phone #'s. I follow up with I don't have a phone. I got a blank deer in headlights look. I asked what happen when someone does not have a phone. He makes another excuse. Followed by 3 more excuses when I poke holes in his logic. My advice, when confronted by an upset customer, never make excuses. Listen to what they have to say, apologize if needed and come up with a resolution. Never make up an excuse when your service is poor. It just makes you look incompetent and foolish. Guys I'm a male in my 30s who knows a lot of people! I am the customer you want to keep for life. So here is what I can Promise, 1. I will never spend a penny of my own money at this location 2. If I am having an event in the future this location will not get any business from me. 3. If this location is mentioned as a spot for an event I will be vocal about this experience. Again I'm not sure how you could have done so poorly as a first introduction, and your manager was more interested in telling me how well you are doing then acknowledging my concerns. If one person reads this and goes somewhere else then maybe you will care more about your customers. Good luck to you read more

I have been to Twin Peaks down in Lake Buena Vista, and I drive,. I was also at the opening of Twin Peaks in Pensacola in all three times had a fantastic experience. I could not believe the service at the Altamonte location. It was the worst I have experienced. Very disappointed will not go back to that location. read more

Service was less than average. That was being kind. She was friendly but forgetful as she she ordered the wrong drink for me and forgot to order my husbands soup. We always want to give the place another chance, but the last time I went, 20 minutes went by and 3 servers plus a manager passed us not even looking in our direction. Welcome to TV heaven ! This is one of the most impressive arrays of TVs I've ever seen at a sports bar. Most booths have their own TVs as well as TV on top on top of TV hanging over the large bar area. This is the place to be on a Sunday afternoon watching your fantasy team disappoint you... A great setup where you can watch any game or main event from a variety of angles. The service is good and the waitresses are friendly. The food itself is very typical bar food, mainly it's best to stick with finger foods (chips, sliders, chicken strips, etc.) It is a fairly loud place so its probably best not to have any deep conversations here unless its about whether the Colts should have been more honest about the severity of Andrew Luck's injury or whether Peyton should hang up his cleats lol read more
