UPDATE BELOW A few weeks ago, two guys from my group ordered a Shotski - They were the ONLY two at our table that were legal to drink and our server carded - she failed to explain that four people were needed to take the shots, and invited two random people from other tables to take the other two shots on the shotski that our friends paid for. The manager refused to help in ANY way after giving away two shots that our table paid for. She didn't offer a free dessert/appetizer/comp, anything. After our table spent a combined total of easily $250. We didn't go back for a few weeks or so until the other night. Once again, slow service, took an hour to get our food, and the servers act like it's their first night every night. Would not recommend. I have asked to have a Guinness which comes in a can which is fine but sunday i was served a room temperature can and today tuesday june 25th i was offerd a room temperature can as well. Went last night with my family , ordered 36 wings, when I told her my wing order was wrong she continued to give me attitude saying "no you said..." and so on then when I corrected her all she did was turn around, and walk back. The staff & management are awesome. This Twim Peaks was within walking distance from our hotel so we came to grab a quick beer. Liz was our bartender and she's the best. This was my first experience of Twin Peaks. The restaurant appearance was great and the atmosphere was really up beat. The ladies are dressed up like lumberjacks, exposing quite a bit(just thought I would put that in there for the fellas)! Our food was good, had a burger which was surprisingly tasty. The service absolutely sucks, our waitress Bambi was horrible. I had to get up twice to go refill my drink at the bar because she was no where to be found. The food took 25 minutes to bring out which is annoying especially when you're hungry. On top of everything she tried to get us to buy a 25 dollar calendar and put on this big show about how she really wants to go, how she deserves it blah blah blah. I actually love Twin Peaks food BUT when the food is not done right and then not fixed because of management then there's no point in going. My husband and I went to Twin Peaks for happy hour and sat at the main bar. Both bartenders - Courtney and I can't remember the other persons name - both were phenomenal. Our son then joined us for dinner; however, there was no more room at the bar. We then went to the hostess to be seated. We closed our tab and took our drinks and appetizer with us. We were seated in the patio area which was not packed. We waited for ten minutes, so my husband went to the bar to at least get our son a sweet tea. We then waited another five minutes for a waitress - nothing. I then went to the hostess to get help and asked for our waitress. We waited another five minutes - nothing. During this time we stopped two other waitresses to ask if they were our waitress. Both said no. I finally asked one of the waitress for the manager. At this time we noticed that all the bartenders were not showing any effort to help us and we felt no one wanted to wait on us. Very unwelcoming. Finally, the manager showed up. I explained everything to him and how the hostess sat us down because one of the waitress that we stopped said - well how did you get your appetizer. We explained we had previously sat at the bar and ordered at the bar and we brought the appetizer and our unfinished drinks with us when the hostess sat us down. The manager basically said that it was not cool and sorry. And started clearing our table. I then said I do hope you visit with your waitstaff of how this is unacceptable and bad customer service. He just nodded. We love Twin Peaks but this experience after a long week of training left me with an empty feeling and will not be going back anytime soon. Unfortunate. read more

Last night's trip to TP was absolutely horrible. Bartenders really need to learn to look after the customers at the bar (we are the ones tipping them!) I ordered my first beer an a burger as soon as I got there. The beer was good and cold as would be expected. I finished my first beer and had NO FOOD, I had to make a large effort to get the bartenders attention to order another drink. The guy next to me order a burger about an hour after I ordered mine. Once I finished my second drink, about 1 hr and 20 minutes into the experience I decided to see how long it would take to get noticed by the bartender. The guy next to me got his burger after about 30 minutes. Well, once it hit the 1.5 hr mark I was fed up and called the manager to cancel my food order and close my bill. It was imposible to get the bartenders attention. This is now numerous time I have gotten bad service at this place. The bad thing is, there are limited sports bars in the area, so they can get away with horrendous service. I think last night is the last time I go there. read more

Just left this establishment after waiting 10+ minutes for the servers to decide whose table we were. Apparently we were no ones table. There were at least 7 servers and a hostess that passed us by and did not acknowledge us. Unless you can sit at the bar I would avoid this place. The food is sub par, no consistency and definitely not worth the aggravation. We liked the cold beer but I'm sure there are other places in San Angelo that have capable and friendly staff who would like our money. Been to a few Twin Peaks around the country and service has always been great, good food and cold beer. I stopped in at the San Angelo location on a Wednesday night to watch the MLB playoffs. Took a seat at the bar and asked the bar tender if she could put on the game, no other games on TV at the time. She went told the manager to change the channel, well to make a long story short I waited for 45 min for the manager , he never showed up, the bar tenders asked him several times and nothing! Finally I asked to speak to him he said he was to busy to change the channel. I don't know how complicated the process for changing a channel on a TV is, but apparently only a manager can do it. I paid my bill and left without ordering food. I have never seen such disregard for customers from a manager, I will never return, I'll drive a little further and go to Hooters! read more

I ordered the Ribeye Rare, and I was not disappointed. My side of broccoli was a little over cooked but the macaroni and shrimp were so on point, I don't even care about the broccoli. We went to dinner with friends last night and I was completely in shock with what the waitresses were wearing. These young ladies were beautiful but were asked to wear lingerie instead of the normal uniform. One of the girls had a Thong on with a VS Strappy domination type body suit as shown on the VS website. It's appalling that this restaurant exploits young women who need money while only paying $2 an hour! One of the girls said she was made to wear fishnet lingerie and she needed the money for college. I hope you do not tolerate this or bring children to this establishment. read more
