We've ordered from this restaurant 4 times recently and none of the 3 entrees we ordered each time was prepared correctly. My husband went back twice and the replacement items were not properly prepared either. The manager asked me to call the restaurant and ask for him and when I did he relayed a message via the hostess that he was too busy to take my order. It's a real shame too because the ingredients they use are daily good. BUT, there's no expediter to check the orders for in house, take out or delivery, the staff is poorly trained and the manager doesn't care, he as much as told my husband that. read more

This was one of the first places I went for dinner after moving to San Angelo. The food was good (but not spectacular) and what you would expect of a casual dining sports bar. It took a little while to figure out who was my server as waiters were serving customers all around me but no one seemed to be assigned to my table/area but this didn't last long. Our group of four was made aware that the Mayweather/ Alvarez fight was that night and would have to pay an "entrance" fee (while having been in the establishment for more than an hour, not to mention the wait outside) or hurry to leave. I frequent this establishment every other week or so. This trip I had forgotten a mask told the hostess I did not have one and joined my date at the bar. The manager came and asked if I had one and said I did not but would share my dates if I left the bar. Through out the night patrons moved around the bar without masks including the manager not always having his gator over his face including staff who barely covered part of their mouth. Prior to leaving my date and I were discussing I not having a mask. The manager Peyton joined the conversation telling me I was disrespectful and I was lucky he allowed me to stay in the restaurant in the first place. This was after spending $100 and tipping the bartender generously who provided great customer service. the wait staff was outstanding. however, the management was less than superb. let me lay it out for you: I ate before, had a few beers. My company ate there, and had a few beers. neither of us reaching our "10" to discuss cutting us off. There was a band playing that was great and no one was cheering for. we were sitting at the table closest to them and they were really nice, so we went out of our way to cheer for them. then we were approached by a female manager to tell us we had reached our "10" (when neither of us had) and that we needed to quiet down. we were not being obnoxious or out of control. just cheering for the band and having a good time. i had 6 beers in 6 hours. steady subtle buzz, nothing crazy. 4/10 because of this scolding, i will not be recommending this establishment to others, nor will i be returning in the future. the band showed their appreciation of our support by giving us free koozies, drumsticks, and sitting with us during breaks. we offered support and a fun environment and were scolded for it. absolutely unbelievable. read more

We had a great experience today. The mood was fun and festive without being overbearing. Our waitress, mireya, was on top of everything from beer picks to food selection. Bambi was a fabulous waitress, VERY attentive to our group, constantly checking on us and brought or orders promptly. The beer is super cold and we never had to wait for one. We always has to wait for a table, but it's nice to sit at the bar while we wait, the girls are always friendly. The spicy chipotle chicken is amazing, grilled veggies are perfect. Also live the chicken fried steak, it's huge, enough for 2 people to share. The chipotle queso is wonderful, I even found a recipe online and tried to replicate it. well it is my first time in San Angelo on my second I wanted to try out the twin pinks restaurant. When I entered the building was greeted fast and sented. The waitress came to my table right after I was sented. She was polite and got my drinks to me in a timely manner. She gave me a few minutes to look over the menu. When I ordered she put it in. She did check up on me while I was waiting for my food. When like 15 - 17 minutes past my food got to me. The steak was great, the steamed broccoli was just right. When asked about the deserts she she told me them right off the top of her head. When I asked if she can five cherrys she said sure. That came out in a few minutes. This used to be a good place to eat. On this visit the bartender seemed more interested in talking to her friends that were seated at bar and not drinking anything or eating anything. Once she noticed me after 5 minutes she seemed annoyed that I took her away from her friends. Lord....just wanted to spend some money. While I waited for her to get the Do's Equis I noticed the manager at the booth next to the bar interviewing a potential hire and a table next to him with what seemed to be the kitchen manger and another employee on their phones. Neither management personnel was aware of their surroundings much less seemed to care. Then the bartender notified me they were out of XX.......really????? Come in on Thursday before 6:00PM and sat at the bar. Three bartenders working not the quickest and not the slowest but not the friendliest. Had drinks shots were poured in a shot glass that had more glass to them than any shot could fit. Over priced for Patron shots $9.96 random. But besides those food was cold asked for billionaire bacon came way to quick it had been sitting back there a while was cold and tough. Ordered bread pudding my 4th time cold just flat out COLD! Then ice cream on the side no it's supposed to be hot. Yes I've learned now. I was a regular! I should have read the reviews before I went. I had a friend that told me that the food was great especially the Chicken Fried Steak so I went having my mouth all set for a great CFS. Waitress was friendly and we ordered Billionaire Bacon and it was served quickly and it was very tasty. When the CFS finally arrived and my wife's fish and chips, both were cool, not cold, but too cool for serving. My waitress disappeared and never returned. Had to get another to get the manager and it took another 10 minutes. Had to argue to get a credit for the CFS. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. The food was tasty but not the service!! Decided to wander into this mountainous place of business. I have made it my life goal to find the best chicken wings in the world. So obviously I ordered chicken wings. While they were not fried up in peanut oil, they did have a nice crunch and juicy middle. They were nice enough to give me all flats which I enjoyed slurping on for a good time. I did however find it a little odd that they only had one cash machine behind the bar with 2 to 3 bartenders. It slowed down ordering and paying quite a bit. Was there March 19th around 6:30 pm with 5 other family members. It was not busy at all & was told by our server that they were slow & kids ate free! (Our 2 grandchildren were with us) We were happy that we were there at a good time. We waited what seems like forever to place our order. After 30 minutes 4 adults and 1 of the children were served with no excuse for the other child not getting any food. After flagging the waitress down & her blaming the cooks we finally received the mac & cheese 20 minutes later. Was charged for the kids food, brought it to server attention, she took it off the bill. Ask & never received a box for leftovers. Ask a different server & was told they didn't have any. So, I pointed to some boxes on the end of the bar.... Other than all of that, my sandwich was good. read more

We selected this restaurant based on the closeness to our hotel and the fact that it stayed open later than 9 given that we got into town later than some restaurants around. I was probably naïve in expecting a Hooters style of restaurant. I was prepared for short shorts and crop tops. I was taken aback by waitresses in lingerie and thongs. I don't fancy myself a prude but I guess I wasn't quite fully prepared for so much exposure at a "sports bar". I think that the level of attire also attributed to the overall level of service. I think the waitresses seemed uncomfortable. No one was inappropriate that I saw with any of them but it felt like they all operated under a lot of just general uncomfortableness. I was shocked how many people brought children in because this was not a family friendly environment and maybe that also added to the whole awkward vibe of the establishment. Food was ok and the service slow but polite. I don't normally post reviews but I would have appreciated the heads up about the attire, especially if you are thinking about bringing kids. read more

I took my friend to this place since we had a bad week and we'd some beer in our lives. Surprisingly for sports bar place has some good choices of food. You can get full just in the appetizers, that's what kind of happened to us. The beer is so crazy cold I loved it. Didn't disappoint on that part. Girls were very nice to us and we got great overall experience. Just one set back that they discontinued pineapple cider. Management please bring it back, a lot of people like it. I took my grandfather here on Sunday to grab some dinner and maybe a couple of beers. It was pretty busy so we opted to sit at the bar which was a great choice. The bartender had us laughing the entire time and we never waited more than a minute for our beers. After two beers we split the Peaks Sampler which is not only delicious but HUGE! We could have shared it with the other two guys sitting next to us and we still would have had leftovers. The only drawback that my grandfather and I could think of was the beer. It was almost too cold! Then again it was cold outside as well so maybe that's it. Overall this place is fantastic! Great food and atmosphere and the staff are phenomenal. read more
