This was my first visit to this Twin Peaks a In Maplewood and I have to say I am very disappointed. My boyfriend and I were sat in a table in the very corner near the bar and we sat there for 20 minutes before we got up and left. We hadn't been greeted or waited on after being sat by a hostess. Servers staff members including management passed by us and looked and still didn't say anything. I tried to flag down a hostess to see what the problem was but she walked away. First of all, I am not a cranky person and I don't write bad reviews but the service here sucked. Back home I visit twin peaks with my family several times a WEEK as we love the food and service and it's always consistent. I went out of my way to eat at twin peaks while out of town out of all of the places I could have chose to eat and Was seriously disappointed. Walked in and the host was short with her words and then stranded us in the middle of the restaurant when she realized the table wasn't ready for us. The waitress never even wrote down our order and got everything wrong starting from the appetizers. Then forgot to put in half our order so my son and I didn't get to eat dinner. Waited forever for the food and the place was dead, that should have been my first sign it wasn't going to be a peaceful meal. Super worked up and annoyed, if you're debating on where to eat just go somewhere else. Manager comped our meal but I like to pay for my food and pay for my service, I didn't want a free meal I wanted a peaceful dinner at one of our favorite restaurants. Witnessing my waitress eat her dinner while I waited for a beer that took 20 minutes to arrive was the last straw. We went here for our annual "dad's night out" and will now change venues as the service was non existent. I am usually a 20% tipper, but the lack of service prompted me to lower that percentage. I work close to this location so I end up here often. I mean, when your other choices are Applebees and Red Lobster, go figure! Yes, the dress code is unique, but interestingly enough, the food is pretty good and service is normally above average. The fried pickles appetizer is excellent. Some places really serve mediocre versions, but TP's are top notch. My go to lunch is either the buffalo chicken salad, or the chicken ranch sandwich. Fries are crispy and seasoned great. Service is good. I read a couple reviews where folks were sad that their waitress didn't visit enough. I almost feel the opposite. I've never had an issue being stranded at my table. The most entertaining part with Twin Peaks is the people watching. Watching guys trying to sneak a peak at the waitresses walking past never gets old. If eyes had lasers, none of the waitresses would be able to sit down for a while. read more

I called in an order and they told me it would be ready in 20 minutes and when I got there I had to wait for another 30 min.

I was doing a delivery pick up. I walked in and was greeted. The waitress checked on the food and said it will be five to ten minutes. I said that's fine and no problem. A total of thirty minutes went by. A few minutes with me waiting a few waitresses asked about my wait and I said I'm waiting. One particular waitress came up and asked about my wait and went back to check on the food. She came back after I was waiting over 20 minutes and said I think they are bagging it up. By then I was over it and I told her I have been waiting along time. This is isn't even my order. She said something and walked away. Another waitress came up and said they are bagging it up. I said ok. Then she came out for an order for Sam. I told her that's not the name of who I'm waiting on. Then she left in a huff. Then the manager came out and stood over me and said am I giving his girls trouble? At first I thought he was joking. Then I said no I've been waiting over 30 minutes for an order. He said well it just came through and if you don't want to wait you can get the F&ck out of my restaurant and you can cancel the order. I looked back him like omg and promptly called the delivery service who I work for and reported him and his corporate office. I will never patronize this establishment ever! They have the worst customer service! I've eaten him too and the waitresses service was never a good! read more

I anxiously awaited the opening of this Twin Peaks location for months. As a fan of the Chesterfield location, this would make it more convenient for me to eat here more often. I kept telling my friends how amazing it is, and how they HAVE TO TRY IT. I gave it about two weeks to work out any employment/procedural kinks, and then eagerly stopped by for a meal... MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN THE DOOR. Take that however you'd like, but I got the impression that the owner hung flyers in the break room at Maplewood Walmart and poached EVERY SINGLE ONE of the employees from there. As for the food, which I thoroughly enjoy at the Chesterfield location, it was awful. We ordered 4 different appetizers and literally consumed about 20% of it. No one seemed to care that we didn't eat any of the food. I had to use the bathroom immediately after I left... not a pretty sight. To whomever owns this location, thanks for erasing all desire to return here. read more

Went here with my husband for the first and last time. I wasn't sure what to expect but when we first came in and saw the servers dressed how they were, I realized it was competing with Hooters. No problem for me, the girls were beautiful. I do think the men working should be required to dress in the same fashion though. There are like a million tvs all around. It's obvious they are trying to attract men. You would think that this day in age, people would realize that women like sports and beer too. Anyway, our server was sweet and polite. I wish I could remember her name. The service is why I gave the star. I am not a complainer and I'm certainly not the typical person who goes on yelp thinking they are entitled. That being said, the food was not good. The best thing we had was the bacon ranch dressing. My salad came out on a dirty plate. The venison chili was lacking flavor. The bacon jam sliders weren't too bad. Next to the bacon ranch, they were the best things we ate. The burger was soggy and bland... So soggy, it was falling apart. My wife and I attempted to try this place out a week ago. We were seated immediately, but we were never waited on. Several other tables were sat after us and were served immediately. After 12-15 minutes we gave up and left. Normally, I am pretty patient having worked as a server for several years. However, the restaurant was not busy and I don't think I'll be going back. I've been to the Kansas City location and the service and food was great. Hopefully this location gets it's act together. read more

Took a million years to get a waitress, in the mean time three other waitresses stopped by to let us know she would be on her way shortly. No one knew how to change the channel on the TV at our table. The NBA all star game was the reason we chose this restaurant in the first place, only to miss the first 20 minutes because they couldn't work one of their most important features. I've been to several of these locations now including one at home in Detroit, one on the Las Vegas Strip and this one near St Louis. They're all about average. Food is a little better than expected, beer selection is good and the wait staff is hit or miss. Our waitress for this trip was right in the middle. Probably one of the worst customer experiences I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Started off ordering appetizers, soup and loaded tots. It was a 45 minute wait before the food to come out, the food was warm not hot, and the appetizers came out after the main meals. Our very young with no customer service waitress never came back to check on us for anything. The whole time she was hanging at the bar and at a friends table with another waitress with other young adults complaining about us complaining on her. Even after the manager pulled her to the side and talked to her about us being unhappy with her service, it never changed and was still horrible and to top it off the food was gross. A good buddy of mine & I went to Twin Peaks on 10/27/18 as we are huge college football nuts & like to bet on a variety of games having cold frosties. The TV selection is outstanding as we were able to watch whatever game we wanted. The bartender service was great. The kitchen manager Mike Cox was probably the best part because the wings & apps we ordered were outstanding. I'm a wings guy & these were some of the best I've had in years & believe me I've had them all over the country. Thanks again for the great service, food & TV's. I was at Twin Peeks at 1:00 in the afternoon. There were two kiddos and two adults. We placed our order and the wait person seemed nice. We had special changes to three out of four order, leaving things off, no additions. The chicken fingers and pulled pork came out, and the pulled pork had the things we requested removed on it. She took it back and returned a few minutes later with the salads. 16 minutes later she came back out with the cook to deliver the pork. When I asked why it took so long (the other kiddo had finished eating) when pulled pork is already cooked, he told me that he had to get new pork from the smoker because yesterdays pork was hard and not good, I didn't say it, but what was on the original sandwich they brought out, yesterdays hard pork? When I told him it was a problem because all the other food was out, he chastised me by saying "I am here doing this for you, I don't get to spend enough time with my family." I have no idea how that was relevant, but because these were a friends kiddos out for a treat with me I dropped it, but we won't go back. read more

A huge selection of beer and alcoholic drinks.........if you can find a server. The hostesses are probably the most attentive in the building. I ordered a burger and fries with a chili side. The burger and the fries were better than I expected and pretty flavorful. The chili on the other hand tasted bland and burnt, I was really looking forward to the venison but found maybe two small chunks in the large bowl. The atmosphere here is loud and very centered around looking like you have money, so you can get better service faster. This came to fruition when I put my watch on after watching some guys in suits walk in and have three people walk the two to their seat. When my arch came on, our server made a comment about it being a mice watch and looking expensive. I asked about her coming by because it was her job or because she thought it would giver her a bigger tip and paid my bill tipped out and left. read more

Tried it out Memorial Day to see some sports on TV. There were dozens of TVs!! There wasn't a huge crowd at 1pm, but nobody came to serve our bar-area table initially. The barmaid, Sami, finally came by and said sorry but didn't know she was to cover the tables in bar area. Not a biggie. Sami was polite and friendly and promptly got our absolutely ice cold beers. $3.50 for 22 oz chilled mugs was the Monday special. I think reg price would have been $5.50, which is a bit steep. Burgers and BLT sandwich were tasty; no complaints. Fries and salad in my combo were very good. Sami frequently chkd on us and that was a plus. All in all a very good experience and will be back for the food, drinks and scenery! Signs promoted happy hour specials on drinks and select appetizers, so, that'll be the next visit. (I think this location was originally an Olive Garden; so, the interior is huge and has two separate bar areas) read more
