Front employee today heard one of our orders wrong, resulting in us getting a different corn dog from what we wanted. When it was brought up to her attention, she called for the manager / CO-OWNER Jewon Lee, who in turn said that they follow what's on the receipt. And if we wanted that corn dog, we'd have to purchase again. Does that make sense?! There was no apology given for this error which was sad. We were stuck with an order we never asked for, worst part is we paid for something we didn't get. Front employee even admitted to hearing wrong and getting confused when taking multiple orders at once. Yet the manager still refused to correct anything. To put complete trust on what they see on the order receipt is silly because humans make error. People hear wrong. And when your employee inputs the wrong order, YOU as a business owner have the ability to correct it. We came in as a family wanting to support YOUR business. The corn dogs are really good. The food is actually delicious. I was disappointed in the customer service. My family and I went in to try it for the first time. The kimchi fries were spicer than expected, so my husband would ask for ketchup packets to help me finish them. The last time he went up to ask, an employee told him "These are the last two packets. 14 packets of ketchup are a lot for one person". It was incredibly rude. Why did that need to be said? If there was an limit to ketchup packets, that could have been communicated. Or have a sign up, like they do for their special sauce. Disappointing. read more

I went here with my family today, June 3rd, around 12:30. Order 17 if the owners want to remember. My family ordered what they wanted and when we got the food, we had a corn dog that we didn't order. Apparently while ordering, the register girl got confused. Maybe she could have repeated our order to make sure it was right, but I guess not. So when my aunt goes up the cashier girl, she becomes overwhelmed and asked for us to talk to her supervisor. Then the manager says that they follow what's on the receipt and that what's made. They also said that if we want a different one, we can purchase it. This was most annoying. They were the ones to make the mistake and they can't even make it right? Remember, their mistake? let me tell you, my aunt is one of the nicest people to argue with. She did not cuss or raise her voice. Yes people we looking at her, but only because of how the manager, Jewon Lee, kept refusing to rightfully correct the mistake. The owners can even check recordings if they wanted because I took off my headphones to listen and see how the manager did not apologize and just point at their receipt policy paper on the wall. In the end, we just went back to our table and ate the food. You can't even accept your mistake, say sorry, or help your customers to be comfortable and eat something they want. Something they paid for. Owners, co-owner Jewon Lee, please reassure your workers at the register that if they are confused or overwhelmed, they can repeat the order and make sure all is correct so it later does not disservice you. Especially you, since you cannot just give the correct corn dog that your customer ordered and lose a few bucks. And customers, just make sure your order is right. I do not like waiting in line this is why I am giving this place two stars. The last time we went there we were the fourth person in line before it opened. The three people on hundred off ahead of us each order three cases of hotdogs. Instead of taking people who only had single orders the people placed all these orders before of us and so we waited up waiting 45 minutes after they opened. This is a God-tier establishment and must be protected at all costs. All the corn dogs are great with both cheese and sausage (havent tried spicy sausage yet) but the tots and the fries also good. I recommend tots over the fries but that's my standard recommendation unless the place has amazing fries or something special going on like poutine.
