Fresh and ready to order. Loved the conch and grits. The fish sandwich is also really good. Tons of options.

Love the conch, but the size is like crumbs. Sometimes, I wonder if they're real conch. But overall they're good and addictive

Nothing pretentious, nothing overworked. Just solid, crave worthy dishes that remind you why simple food done well is hard to beat. The menu is dependable in the best way, with flavors that feel intentional and satisfying. Portions are generous without being over the top, and everything comes out the way you hoped it would. Service is warm, efficient, and welcoming, which somehow makes the food taste even better. It feels like a neighborhood spot even though people from all over Miami seek it out. Blue Collar is the kind of restaurant you recommend without hesitation and keep in your regular rotation. Comforting, consistent, and always a good idea.

The shrimp and grits were initially served a little warm so I asked for them to be warmed up. They came back piping hot, which I appreciated. The side of sweet potatoes was yummy and I didn't even need to use the sauce that was served along with it. The Philly with fries was a large portion and the fries were delicious. There is a parking lot in the back but looks limited.

We started with a few appetizers including the tuna carpaccio, which was absolutely outstanding and literally melted in your mouth, steak tartare, and the true star of the show the crispy artichoke. So simple yet unbelievably good. For our entrée, we shared the steak sandwich, which was incredible... and of course I completely forgot to take a picture because we dove right in. The atmosphere, service, and food made for the perfect Friday afternoon lunch. Already looking forward to going back and finally trying their French onion soup.

The food was excellent and absolutely lived up to expectations. The kitchen did a fantastic job, and I would happily return for the food alone. Unfortunately, my experience with the outdoor bar service was extremely disappointing. As someone who is a business professional and travels frequently for work, it's common for me to spend time at restaurant bars during major events, meeting people, making new business connections, and enjoying the atmosphere. During this visit, however, I felt more like a burden than a valued customer. The bartenders were inattentive, and I often felt ignored when trying to order drinks or get assistance. The overall attitude came across as rude and unwelcoming, particularly from Brandon (if I recall his name correctly). In contrast, another bartender from Montenegro, who had been serving me earlier, was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. In fact, I gave him a cash tip during the shift change to make sure he was recognized for his efforts. What frustrated me most was discovering that an automatic 20% gratuity had been added to my nearly $300 bill without it being clearly communicated. When I politely asked for clarification because the total seemed higher than expected --I didn't know that the gratuity is added automatically if that's the case and I wasn't objecting to the gratuity--I simply wanted to understand the charges. I was then told that the gratuity was added because I had been sitting at the bar for a very long time. While it's true that I spent more time at the bar than I would typically do as it was during the World Cup, with two major matches back-to-back, and I had spent the afternoon enjoying the games, ordering food and drinks, and socializing with newly met friends. Staying for several hours in that environment hardly seems unusual. To be clear, I live in New York City, and a 20-25% tip is completely normal to me. I consider myself a generous tipper, and I likely would have left a gratuity in that range regardless. The issue was never the amount--it was the lack of transparency and, more importantly, the dismissive and condescending response I received when I asked a simple question about my bill. The interaction felt more like a scolding than a customer service conversation. The response left me with the impression that my presence was somehow being held against me, despite the fact that I was continuously ordering throughout my visit and contributing to the business. It's especially disappointing because I'm very familiar with my hometown Pastis in New York City, where my experiences have always been welcoming and enjoyable. I expected the same level of hospitality in Wynwood, Florida. While the food and atmosphere were excellent, the poor service and lack of transparency regarding the gratuity left a lasting negative impression.

You walk in and immediately feel that local, unpretentious energy that's been missing from a lot of the scene. Do I love that it's on Biscayne? Not really. But the food more than makes up for it. For a bar-style environment, the food is consistently very good. Not just "good for a bar" ... like its actually good. The burger is a must (im pescatarian but my friend said it was delicious!) and their Eggs Benedict at brunch is easily one of my favorites in the area. Pair it with a Bloody Mary and you're set. their happy hour pricing is refreshingly reasonable, which is rare around here. I was talking to one of the bartenders and found out even their bread is made in-house. That kind of consistency and care, especially at these price points, is not easy to maintain and you can feel it in the food. It seems that their leadership (owner or manager, not totally sure) has always been present when I've gone and brings a great energy to the space. It trickles down to the staff and the overall vibe. You feel welcomed!!! I this is the kind of place that deserves real support. It's local, it's consistent, it's affordable, and it actually feels like a community spot -- something Miami desperately needs more of.

While driving along Biscayne Boulevard, I searched Apple Maps for nearby brunch options, and Pinch Kitchen appeared just two blocks ahead of us. We were greeted with a big smile and warm welcome by Jonathan who also happened to be our server. The restaurant is small and quaint but the staff is very friendly and attentive. We started with the Focaccia Bread which was really delicious and I was told that it was made in-house so a big thumbs up to freshly baked bread of any kind! The drinks were really good too, I enjoyed an Espresso Martini which was yummy. For my meal I tried the Pasta Pomodoro, which was perfectly al dente and again, SUPER Delicious. My husband had the Pinch Burger and requested it Medium Rare. It was cooked to perfection. Sadly, we were much too full to try any desserts. Next time I'll start with dessert and work my meal backwards! LOL
