Omg I just have to say... this guys saved my life!!!!!! Mark helped me out with my phone, the touch part of the screen it wasn't working anymore and it wasn't worth it to fix it since I was going to get a new one, BUT I needed all my pictures and I didn't have a backup (don't know what I was thinking). WARNING : $290 to replace a small cracked screen. What a deal... Plus here's the kicker, they would NOT give me, my old parts back. It's your property and they claim they have to send them back to Samsung..... your parts.... so not only are they ripping you off on the repair but parts too. Probably because they reuse them or Samsung does.... it's a hefty repair charge + your parts. Something they don't tell you on the phone. I went into the store for a very simple fix on my iPhone which had a cracked screen. I was greeted by one of the most unprofessional people I've ever come across. The store has made a decision to discriminate against people with medical disabilities. I never thought in this day and age I would see this start to happen. I immediately left and took my business elsewhere. I was greeted with professionalism and my phone was fixed within the hour. It would be nice if this company had any semblance of customer service. They can't even provide you with a phone number that works. The phone number from Google and Yelp is the same number and you just get the prompt that your call can't be completed as dialed. Then I go to their website and call the number from there. You get a prompt that says "Press 7 to continue". So I pressed 7 and then it goes silent for 5 seconds and then it hangs up. I call back and I don't even get the prompt anymore to press 7. It just hangs up. And it's probably because they just want you to make an appointment online. NO. I'm not making an appointment and then taking the time to drive down there without knowing what the cost is going to be. I can't stand these companies that pawn off human interaction to an online software. Sack up! Answer the phone and talk to people. Such a terrible way to do business. Pretty bad and cheap services!! They broke my phone instead of fix. When I took my phone the screen was strong, no crack, it had internal damage and Google sent me to them, as I'm still under 1 year warranty. 6 days after they "fixed" it, the screen broke apart from the phone and started cracking, cracks extended from left top and bottom corner to the center, while in a heavy duty case (case includes double screen covers). I didn't drop it or anything. You can see the glue was cheaply done. So I took it again, and they want to charge me AGAIN the same amount. Should be called ibreakufix. Idk how Google trusts them, but may need to report them and warn Google about them. They're all young workers, will never trust this store! read more

This place provided awesome service!! I definitely recommend them! My phone was glitching and froze. After contacting Samsung, they referred me to this place. Once there I was greeted and assisted by Nelson R. I explained the situation and he helped me figure out the problem. After taking his time to examine my phone and consult another associate, he came back and was able to fix the problem! I went on 1 day and a half without any luck, trying to fix the problem myself. On Friday (8/13/2021) I brought my 7-week-old CPO Samsung S20 Ultra in as I noticed a small black spot in the screen a few weeks back, you would only notice it with white backgrounds. The store manager Nelson asked if I had an appointment. I told him I did not, and he said that was okay. Honestly, I was just walked in to see if this was something that can be resolved under my warranty and was not expecting anything right away. Nelson looked the phone over, checked the warranty status and said I can have it ready in 3 hours. I'm like you actually have the parts. Nelson brought the replacement screen up front to show it to me. I ended up and picked up the phone Saturday morning as I did not feel like walking around the mall across the street for a few hours. I stopped in on Saturday and my phone was done, looked like it was never touched, and the screen is perfect. I want to say that Nelson was professional and courteous. Went to fix my Google pixel 3a for a crack screen and my earpeice because the sound was low. They told me it may just be cluttered with dirt it was free of charge, if I needed an earpeace it would be $45 plus crack screen I told them I didn't have a secondary phone so they couldn't call me when my phone was ready they were honest enough to tell me that I didn't need an earpeice while I was out without my phone. I thought it was just my adhesive that was giving up because I had cleaned my phone too much in this COVID-19 thing going on. I called the UBreakIFix shop in Montclair and they were so thoughtful and said, "Just bring it in and we'll repair that problem free." My phone, being the obstinate little brat, went and had to have a swollen battery. Right?! So for a very low cost the shop replaced it and within a very short time frame and I am using it now to tell you how wonderful they are. You should go there for your tech needs! I didn't get the gentleman's name that helped me, but he was AWEsOme!!! My phone was making a weird rattling noise when it vibrates. I took it to Best Buy and they couldn't fix it. I contacted Apple Support and they wanted to charge me $430 for an emergency replacement phone. I took it to uBreakiFix and the guy fixed the two loose screws inside my phone for me. So my phone started acting up yesterday. I went to alit of local places to fix my phone, no one with the battery in stock. Samsung told me to go to a ubreakifix to get my phone looked at. I give the closest store to me a call and they have everything I need and other ideas on what could be wrong. I get there and they are super friendly and help me right away. Simply amazing! A few months back, my husband's phone fell out of his pocket onto concrete and the screen cracked. He's notoriously rough on his phone, so we held out as long as we could before finally the screen got so bad that it was posing a hazard to our fingertips. (In a bizarre and somewhat disgusting turn of events, before we got it fixed, he spilled a can of smoked oysters and the oil soaked into the screen through the cracks...hence the weird shadow/smudge in the "before" photos.) I was convinced we'd have to replace the entire phone, but I looked into the cost through Asurion (the insurance we pay for monthly through TMobile) and to my surprise, it was only $29 for a screen replacement. We initiated a claim and paid online through Asurion, brought the phone in on a Tuesday around 10:30am and was told it would be ready for pickup two hours later. True to their word, two minutes before 12:30 on the dot, we received a call that the phone was ready. JAW...ON...THE...FLOOR! They did such an amazing job! The phone looks and feels like new! Even if you don't have insurance through your mobile provider, the prices they charge and the service they provide is well worth it...and far cheaper than replacing an entire phone! Highly recommend! **DO NOT GO TO OR TRUST THIS PLACE!!!!** I went there after Samsung referred them as a certified repair center for my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, which suddenly stopped working. My phone was still under factory warranty. I bring it in and the first thing they tell me is that my warranty in null and void due to that I have a 'cracked screen', therefore I would to pay the repairs myself..the repairs HAD to start with replacing the screen itself, which that ALONE was going to be $380, THEN the repair of the phone, meaning time and labor PLUS cost of part(s) to fix it. They give me an 'estimate' of $790, plus tax!!! I might as well buy a new phone for that!! (What I actually had was a SCRATCH, like I had told the guy at this place, and he replied "THAT HE WAS THE PROFESSIONAL PHONE REPAIR TECHNICIAN, NOT I, AND SO I DID NOT KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT". THOSE EXACT WORDS!!!) Listen!!!..I left there because I couldn't stand the guy that I was dealing with and on the way back up to my home in Apple Valley, as a last ditch effort, I stopped at a cellphone repair place in Victorville. (If I was going to have to pay that kind of money, at least it wasn't going to be to the arrogant, snobby, rude idiot that I had dealt with at Ubreakit, I fix it..) The outer frame piece from my charger for my iPhone X got stuck inside my phone's charger port. I couldn't get it out. I called the store and Nelson answered, he was very nice and professional. I drove to the store and it took him 3-5 min to get the piece out. He did not charge me, I was amazed at his generosity and was so incredibly grateful. Other shops would've charged $25 just to look at it and possibly $70 to pull the piece from the port. This shop demonstrated it's actually trying to help its customers. I had a great experience here! I needed a new battery for my Google Pixel & when I tried the Pasadena location, they were out of stock. So I called this location, and they were happy to set one aside for me when I came in later that week. I came in this afternoon, they quoted me a 2 hour fix time, so I did some work at Starbucks (which was in the same parking lot) while I waited. They finished right on time!
