Lately though, I've been more about the chili oil, which they'll bring out if you ask. We also got shrimp summer rolls, which are always a go-to for me when eating pho anywhere. These were fresh, great texture, and the basil really pops. The peanut sauce is one of the best parts. Honestly, I could come here just for the summer rolls and that sauce.
