    Miso soup and salad
    US S.

We were very disappointed, to say the least. The salad dressing was watery--almost as if they didn't strain the greens properly. The miso soup was watered down and had no flavor. The steak was good, but they cooked a large portion of rice with only two eggs. Overall, it seems like they're trying to cut down on costs.

Our second trip to celebrate my sons birthday and we took my daughter with autism along. They were so amazing and inclusive. While the food is amazing and chefs talented, their kindness towards my child set them a step above. Thank you for making my son's birthday great and including my child.

Last night my family and I decided to finish celebrating my sisters birthday and decided to have dinner here, unfortunately half of the party had a horrible experience. Our cook came out drunk, he was very disrespectful and aggressive. For the start of the conversation he told me "Fu*K you" in front of children at the table only because he got my order wrong and asked could be repeat it. Throughout the service he continued to taunt me and say very rude things as well as playing with my food. The food was burnt and no season. The final straw for me after several disrespectful comments towards me but when he told my 10 yr old niece speak the f*K up do you speak English I can't hear you is when I finally had enough. I immediately got up and found a manager, a older lady came out and I expressed my concerns with her she stated she would talk to him when he was finish. I told her I'm done and proceeded to leave. She did apologize and offered my meal for free I told her no I didnt even touch it so no I didn't want it. Another manger came out a male he was VERY professional and understanding; he seemed very disappointed in the guy and apologize as well by that time I was over it. The cook kept making comments as I spoke with management. My family also expressed their concerns and what they experience and the older lady didn't want to believe it at first but after 15 people began to express what they saw she came back out with with a free appetizer I declined as I would never be back. Oh yea I stay in Fayetteville and my other family was visiting from Augusta, Ga and if this is how you conduct busines I don't think any of us will be returning

Went here and ate at the sushi bar. Great sushi(godzilla roll)family member got a steak meal I tried some, it was great. Very calm in there and the service was quick and the person there was kind. 5 stars.

Volcano Roll (I had to dig into it a little before remembering to take a picture lol)

This is me and my daughter's favorite hibachi place and I decided to try some different items than my normal usual. The chicken lettuce wraps were pretty good, a little too salty for my liking but I'm glad that I did at least try it. The Volcano Roll was really good too. The service was nice, only issue was watching my drink sit at the bar a little too long for my liking. But the drink was good and I definitely only needed one lol. All in all love the place! 9/10 definitely recommended.

Loved the crunch inside! Such great texture.

This is my "go to" spot for sushi! The rolls are always super fresh and tasty. The staff are always friendly. If for some reason you're not a sushi fan, they also have Hibachi!

Very friendly and made our experience worthwhile. When they were out of the cucumber for my drink she adequately notified me of the additional wait time and was very understanding of me canceling the drink and single handily made me want to return to the goat. Give this girl a raise tbh bc this was the best dining I've had in a while!

I suggested The Goat based on…read moreYelp reviews and because it was convenient to her meetings and Interstate 40 since she lives in the Charlotte area and was driving home that evening. Vickie was already there when I arrived and had ordered the Queso Skillet. It was a great way to start the meal. The sausage gave it a nice flavor and paired well with the queso. Although The Goat has a full bar, we both opted for soft drinks. I had a club soda with cranberry juice, which was mixed well and refreshing. After enjoying the sausage in the Queso Skillet, I ordered the Nonna Tavern Pizza with Italian sausage, caramelized onions, banana peppers, and basil marinara. Whatever blend of cheeses was used, the pizza was delicious. I also had a side house salad with apple vinaigrette, which was very tasty. Vickie ordered the grilled salmon and said it was quite good. The service was very good, and the space has a modern industrial tavern feel with upscale farmhouse and brewery-inspired design elements. It feels casual and comfortable while being more polished than a typical sports bar. One feature that sets The Goat apart is its coffee-and-breakfast concept. The coffee, breakfast, and work area is separated from the main restaurant and resembles the kind of modern, uncluttered coffeehouse you might find in a contemporary hotel or airport lounge. It creates a welcoming space for morning coffee, breakfast, or remote work before the lunch and dinner crowds arrive. After my visit, I learned that The Goat is operated by LC Hospitality, an Ohio-based company that has expanded the concept to several states. The Brier Creek location is one of multiple Goat locations, giving it the feel of a locally focused establishment while benefiting from a larger hospitality organization. Overall, this was a good experience. The food was enjoyable, the atmosphere was inviting, and the prices were reasonable. The combination of restaurant, tavern, coffeehouse, and social gathering space makes for a unique dining environment in the Brier Creek area.

I needed a nosh before a meeting and who doesn't love an Irish Pub?…read more This was my first time visiting Trali and won't be my last. It was about 6pm and the dining room was about half full, but everyone seemed in good spirits and many were watching the World Cup. The hostess sat me at a table near the entrance and facing the bar, I had a book with me to catch up on and planned to read a bit. Within a few minutes, the server came around, showed me the beer list and asked if I wanted anything else. When she returned, she saw that I had a book and very attentively asked if I would like to be moved to a quieter table... yes please! She mentioned that a 16 top was due any minute and they'd be taking up the large bar top in the center of the room, and it'd probably get pretty loud. She then talked with the hostess, and they moved me into, the library, of all rooms... how apropos... It's literally adjacent to the open bar area, but walled off and with a definite library vibe. I was sat in a corner table and with perfect ambiance. Looking over the menu, I couldn't really decide on a dish, but I wanted something more traditional Irish. I finally chose the Boxty potatoes topped with corned beef and it was a perfect portion. Everything came out to the table quickly, perfectly hot, and portioned well. I loved the mix of flavors and textured from the baked mashed potato to the shredded corned beef, and finished every single bite. I finished two chapters of my book and was pleased to see another patron in that room also reading. All in all, a night well spent and will definitely return when I'm in the area.

The menu online as I write says the 12 oz. 28 day aged ribeye is $29.89 including grilled mushrooms, roasted vegetables and mashed potatoes. I recall being slightly disappointed that baked potatoes were no longer an option, but the food was so good, that was not an issue. Service was good, the food was good. I thought it was worthy of the occasion. I have been to this store on at least 6-8 previous visits, although I did not usually get steak. I usually got one of their sandwiches. I liked all those I've had. There is another CAH closer to me that gets terrible reviews. It's worth it to me to drive a little further and go to a store that has given me good food and service on multiple occasions.

Carolina Ale House Review - 3/5…read more It was our last day in town, and we wanted something quick while still getting a taste of some local favorites. Since Carolina Ale House was close to where we were staying, we decided to give it a try. The atmosphere definitely had that classic ale house vibe, with plenty of local beers on tap along with other familiar beer options. It felt like a nice casual spot to unwind and grab a bite. We all ordered something different, which was nice for variety. I had the hibachi shrimp, while the others had tacos with chips, and my son kept it simple with chicken tenders and fries. The food overall was okay, but my dish was a little disappointing. Everything on my plate--between the soup, pilaf rice, broccoli, and shrimp--seemed to carry almost the exact same flavor, so I didn't really get to enjoy the distinct hibachi taste I was expecting. One highlight for me was definitely the spicy margarita--the flavor was delicious. My husband also really enjoyed the "Ale Yeah" 16 oz. Bloody Mary along with one of the local North Carolina draft beers, which was a nice touch. Our server, Trevan, did a great job taking care of us. He was accommodating, attentive, and made sure we had what we needed throughout our visit, which we appreciated. Overall, I'd rate this place a 3/5. It was a decent stop for a casual meal and drinks, but the food could have had a bit more flavor separation and wow factor
