How do you use the point system on their website? It seems to never have the option to redeem rewards.

Personally I'm not sure. I just sign up for all points systems at all boba shops. Unfortunately, only a couple actually gets back to me and I redeem them. You'll get a better response from the staff.

The flavor here is very strong -- you can actually taste the roasty nuttiness of the hojicha and it is not diluted at all. The earl grey addition gives that extra caffeine but also a great floral aftertaste that compliments the flavor of the hojicha well.

Classic boba spot with satisfying milk tea options…read more Stopped by Fantasia and ordered the jasmine milk tea with boba and the muddy Okinawa milk tea. The jasmine milk tea was smooth and refreshing with a fragrant tea flavor that came through nicely without being overwhelmed by sweetness. The boba pearls were soft, chewy, and cooked just right, making the drink even more enjoyable. The muddy Okinawa milk tea was richer and creamier, with a delicious caramelized brown sugar flavor that added depth and sweetness. It felt indulgent without being overly heavy and was a great contrast to the lighter jasmine milk tea. Service was friendly and efficient, and the drinks were prepared quickly. The vibe is casual and relaxed, making it a nice place to grab a drink, study, or catch up with friends. It's a reliable neighborhood boba spot that has been around for years and continues to be a local favorite. Overall, a solid choice for classic milk teas and quality boba. I'd happily order both drinks again.

One main reason why I'm not giving display to any higher rating than three is on their overhead menu, it shows their dirty Okinawa milk tea with crumble of Oreo cookies and Boba pearls. The pearls cost extra, which is very deceiving. Comparing to other milk, shops that sells what they show on the overhead signage, this place is pretty mediocre. I've been to Co Ba twice now and had a great experience both times. I was looking for a reliable…read moredessert spot open late that serves desserts on the lighter side, and che fit the bill perfectly. Both times I've gone were half an hour before closing and the store was packed. The first time I got the Ha Noi Mist and the Lychee Rose, the second time I got the Ha Long Sunset and a limited stock warm specialty dessert with pandan and ube dumplings in a ginger coconut sauce. The Ha Noi Mist's ingredients sounded the most aligned with my personal preferences and I got the Lychee Rose to try something different but refreshing on a warm summer night. I was hesitant to get the Ha Long Sunset since I'm not a fan of jackfruit but Eric voted for it, and also the dumplings since a ginger coconut sauce sounds weird but he said that's what he wanted. Sipping che through a straw definitely beats spooning it. Make sure to thoroughly mix the drink and crush up the ice a bit before indulging. On my first visit I didn't notice the kiosk and ordered with the cashier so I was confused at how I would know when my order is ready because I didn't get a number or a receipt, but I later noticed the screens displaying that information on the wall. I'm a big fan of pandan jelly. The red pearls can be good but can sometimes have a bit of a crunchy chew in the center. Young coconut has a good flavor but a texture that isn't my favorite. I did not like the jackfruit in the Ha Long Sunset, but the flavor wasn't strong enough to ruin the whole dessert. I feel like che is a dessert that is not necessarily expensive or time consuming to produce, and the milk tea/fruit tea prices here are definitely on the pricey end given their component ingredients. Yes I would revisit, especially when I need dessert late, but I feel that making che at home could be the cost-effective alternative.

I also feel very light drinking it and don't feel unhealthy after. The coconut mango boom is super delicious as well! I love all the toppings inside especially the sago. Their jasmine guava king is one my favorites as well, i feel like they rarely miss. I loveee guava and jasmine so it's a perfect combo!! I tried the green grape guava slushie recently for their summer seasonal drink and it's sooo refreshing especially in the hot weather. It cools you down and I literally finished it so fast. This time, Instagram reels gave me major FOMO over their new Pistachio Cloud Jasmine Coconut, so I had to give HeyTea another try. The store is clean, modern, and has a nice minimalist vibe. It wasn't nearly as busy as my first visit, so my drink was ready in about 10 minutes, although the baristas were working nonstop with online orders. Staff were friendly and helpful too. As for the drink, I actually enjoyed the Jasmine Coconut base more than the Pistachio Cloud cream, which is funny because that's what brought me to revisit HeyTea. It was good and worth trying, but not something I'd specifically comeback for. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. I think HeyTea is worth trying at least once, especially if a new seasonal drink catches your eye. As for me... I'll probably only come back when Instagram gives me another FOMO.
