The food was really good. The service was okay I just wish that they can be a little bit faster. There were only two people who were taking orders and the restaurant was packed. There were 4 of us but they gave us a small table. mind you it is eat all you can for an hour and of course we are ordering a lot and with 4 people! The place tho is a bit dark . Also I ordered water with no ice and with a slice of lemon and the waiter came with iced water and no lemon
Super fast and kind service! Overall the portions were small so you can order plenty! The fish to rice ratio was also very impressive and I never had to worry that I couldn't finish an order. Definitely stop by this AYCE buffet if you're craving sushi! 5/5 - Salmon and Yellowtail Nigiri - The star of the show for our orders. Loved the rice to fish ratio. You can comfortably order a lot without worrying about being overrun by rice. 5/5 - Yellowtail Jalapeno with Ponzu - A spicy bite of fish with some acidity. Great take on elevating the regular yellowtail nigiri. I recommend trying if you eat hamachi! 6/5 - Torched Creamy Ono - Can't miss this white fish nigiri here. Savory, smoky, and with small rice portions. 6/5 - Salmon Belly Nigiri - One of our favorites! The rice portion was consistently small, which made each bite overwhelmingly fish which was what we wanted! 5/5 - Yuzu Yellowtail - Loved the lemon flavor profile that enhances the hamachi in this nigiri. Wasn't too sour or too fishy. Balanced perfectly and well prepped. 5/5 - Tuna Naruto (tuna, salmon, white fish) - Great no-rice roll to try if you love fish. The cucumber wrap was fresh and small in portion so great to try out! 5/5 - Five Star - love the combo of fish in this roll. Texture profile also great with the fish on the outside and crab meat on the inside. Cucumber as the wrap for the no-rice roll was crunchy and delicious!
STILL OUR FAV! Why? Always fresh sushi, fun side dishes, super clean and great service. Need I say more??? What I personally live is all the no rice options. I don't really love rice. Unless it's fried lol. If I'm going hard on some carbs it going to be in the form of some delicious Mexican food or bomb pizza. There are about 5 no rice rolls and numerous cooked appetizer and mini entree options for non sushi eaters. They have everything! We're long time Vegas locals and we've tried several other AYCE sushi spots and they don't hold a candle to Umiya. Very reasonably proved especially considering the rising cost of living. We keep coming back because Umiya consistently delivers and continues to be the best of the best!
I've never ordered takeout from Umiya before, but my usual Sushi 88 wasn't offering delivery until tomorrow, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I've been to Umiya for AYCE quite a few times and it never disappoints. Let's see how takeout stacks up. I ordered the assorted sushi lunch and assorted sushi combo. Except for the spicy tuna sushi, everything was nigiri. They also gave me a surprise miso soup. I don't recall seeing that on the menu, so thanks Umiya! Nice touch. Let's talk about these boxes. They remind me of grocery store sushi, so that's a turnoff. My wasabi was creamy and the ginger was fragrant, light and fresh. Plus I got some lemon slices! There's nothing worse than that gross overpowering pickled ginger. It ruins the meal. I won't go back if you have nasty ginger. And speaking of nasty, I'm sure the albacore was fine. I just regret it was my first bite. I've never had albacore nigiri before and it just reminded me of straight tuna sandwich. It was chef's pick, so I didn't have a choice. There are a whole 2 pieces though and it's giving me the ick. Now having said that, I know that's a me thing. Albacore just isn't my bag. Way too fishy. And on to the good! Everything else was fabulous. My miso soup with little tofu bits and green onion washed the fishy away and I was soon into the main event. I loaded my spicy tuna sushi with wasabi and ginger, the kick of the spicy tuna shined through with a lovely sesame oil aftertaste. As expected, the rice was on point. Yellowtail nigiri was my favorite, but it wasn't as fresh as it could have been. I love that they doubled up slices of salmon and of shrimp. The shrimp was seasoned and very lemony. The order took about a half hour to arrive, which I think was pretty great. In all, I enjoyed it, but I will not get Chef's choice again.
My friend adores the sushi here so I joined her. I thought it was good for AYCE but I'd much rather get 2 amazing rolls for the price somewhere else. Screaming O is essential for me and here the dressing was just mayo - not tasty at all. The bulgogi was low grade beef and tough to eat. Salmon and tuna were great - but again, I would prefer less and higher quality. Service was quick so you'll have no problem getting your fill in 90 minutes.
If you're looking for a solid all-you-can-eat sushi spot in Vegas, Umiya Sushi is always a win. This is my 4th time here! It's located off the Strip. Inside theirs an energetic vibe and a huge AYCE menu that makes it easy to try a little bit of everything. Food: The sushi is made fresh to order, with a wide variety of nigiri, rolls, and sashimi. Their specialty rolls are flavorful and creative and they also offer plenty of cooked items like baked rolls, pork belly, tempura, and appetizers for non-raw-fish eaters. Portions are generous, so pace yourself! Atmosphere: Casual, lively, and buzzing with energy--great for groups to which they were very accommodating for my party of 15! It can get loud. Service: Friendly and attentive overall. During busy times, food may take a little longer, but staff keeps things moving and is extremely good about checking in and clearing dishes to make room for more! Value: Excellent bang for your buck, especially for AYCE in Las Vegas. You definitely leave full and satisfied. Umiya isn't trying to be fancy omakase--it's about variety, value, and a good experience. Perfect for sushi lovers who want options and plenty of them. I'm absolutely coming back!
One of my sisters loves this place and every time she is in town we frequent it. I'm not big on AYCE sushi but I will go with her as she loves it. The service is always great, they're very quick and the staff all helps each other. You can make reservations as typically it's very busy at night. It's off flamingo, close to the Palms casino and not too far from the strip. I would recommend to anyone who enjoys trying a bit of everything-Japanese and sushi style. They have two options, an upgraded option also. Thank you for being consistent and efficient. We will be back .
Favorite late night AYCE sushi and now it's only 23.99 I've been coming here for years on end and they never disappoint me. Perfect fish to rice ratio and their AJ sauce is the best. The employees are always kind and attentive. Plus they take reservations! After all these years they keep making more space for people, they have a clean interior, sports and musics videos playing and being able to see the sushi chefs do their thing right in front of you is amazing. Can't keep gate keeping this place!

The first of my top 3 sushi spots. I always tell family and friends this is the go to spot. They take reservations, during random times of day never busy. Great pricing for all you can eat and it's super fresh. Love to always get the crazy boy it's a must, the Japanese lasagna, the nigiri and Lisa Lisa. Also another great thing about umiya is plenty of seating and it's spacious not crammed up against other tables.
MY NEW FAV SUSHI!!! We went for happy hour and I had a ball with the various and diverse options I'm able to choose from! And the dessert?? Churros, delicious!! The place is so cute and the service was excellent. I cannot wait to go back!!
Not a bad spot for sushi. We went for the late night sushi and it was very busy. The restaurant inside is nice but a little crammed. It was very loud as well. The staff was nice enough but we went through long stretches with empty water cups and no food. The food itself was pretty good but nothing that stood out from other restaurants. The late night menu is very limited but there are still some good options. I don't think there is anything that would make me want to add this into my sushi rotation, but if you are in the area it might be worth a try.
This is going to be my new go-to AYCE Sushi spot! The fish was so fresh and I couldn't get enough nigiri. They have so many different options to choose from and log of different yummy appetizers. The have 2 different menu options one is their all day price which includes everything on their big menu ($35). And their second option is a premium which includes everything on their big menu as well as 7 specialty options ($45). The service was great everyone was very attentive and kind. The restaurant was super nice and casual great for date night spots. They also have $9 cocktails and $5 shots pretty great deal all around, I will definitely be coming back!

If you need a place to get sushi, this is the place to go!! While I didn't get their AYCE, they still had reasonable prices for a la carte ordering. I got the salmon killer roll and the Hawaiian roll. The salmon killer is a must order. It was a great portion and the fish was incredibly fresh. The Hawaiian roll was also great, but it was not as much of a stand out meal in comparison to the salmon killer roll. I will absolutely be back, not only for the rolls but for the overall aesthetic of the restaurant. It felt cozy and comfortable. read more

My cousin and her husband brought me here during a trip to Vegas. I can't even describe how much I love this restaurant. Everything was so good. Service was quick, orders were taken and delivered to our table at lightning speed. Very friendly environment. I left so stuffed, I could barely breathe. I will have to stop by this place every time I go to Vegas. read more

Umiya Sushi is one of many AYCE sushi places here in Vegas. The time limt for lunch is 45 min and dinne4 is 60 minutes. The staff is friendly and helpful. The decor is simple and dark. House music is playing throughout the restaurant. Separate single restrooms for men & women. We ordered off the late night special Menu 9pm - 12:00am midnight at $21.95/pp. The sushi was small but decent enough. I am glad they didn't have so much rice with it. read more

I visited Umiya Sushi with high hopes, but left incredibly disappointed (and with an upset stomach). The food quality here is highly questionable. It feels like the kitchen relies on drowning everything in unnecessary, heavy sauces just to cover up bad fish.The jalapeno poppers were gross, and the baked mussels were disgusting and completely swimming in warm mayo. The specialty rolls suffered from the same issue....the sauce on the orange blossom roll tasted sour, and the Alaska roll had an overpowering, unpleasant "smoked salmon" taste. When they weren't masking items with sauce, the portions were tiny. The nigiri was incredibly small. Whatever came with the green bean tempura for dipping was totally useless and lacked flavor. The green beans themselves were okay. Funnily enough, as a massive sushi lover, the riceless vege wrap roll was actually the best thing I had because it was clean and had no fish. With so many options in Vegas, I won't risk coming back here. read more

We walked into our 7 pm reservation and the place was hoppin!!!! Our reservation was honored and we sat right down. This place is a machine. The sushi is excellent. The orders come out quick. I am stingy in my 5 stars and this place gets one. We haven't been here for a couple years and hoped it would be as good as before. Honestly, I think it's even better. All-You-Can-Eat? Challenge Accepted. I was in Las Vegas for a trade show and my birthday, and naturally the only logical decision was to celebrate by entering an all-you-can-eat sushi arena. Enter Umiya, U-M-I-Y-A, home of "Oh, you think you can eat that much? Bet." Let me tell you: this place does not play. Fresh oysters? Yes. Spicy octopus? Absolutely. Rolls, nigiri, sashimi? Unlimited, which is dangerous because I apparently lose all self-control around tuna nigiri. I think I legitimately ate my weight in it. And instead of being normal with ginger and wasabi, I dipped that beautiful tuna in ponzu sauce like it was a sport. I could've entered a ponzu-dipping competition and won. Miso soup? To die for. Tempura? Veggie tempura for DAYS. Sea urchin (uni)? Listen... if you know, you know. If you don't, get it anyway and prepare to become a believer. It lives rent-free in my mind now. The staff was super attentive, plates flew in like magic, and they give you 60 minutes to do your worst. Consider it a personal mission. A spiritual journey. A battle between you and your stomach. And the price? Perfect for the amount of sushi I inhaled. Honestly, they might've lost money on me and I'm not sorry. 10/10. I am updating my review in 2026 and I'm happy to say while somethings have changed it is still an excellent place to come and get all the sushi you can possibly eat for what is a bargain. In 2026 there are now 3 levels of service. Lunch AYCE which covers 80% of a smaller but still incredibly extensive menu. Then there is a higher tier called All Day or basically a dinner take which brings in more options and then a Premium which lets you get everything. First, let me say, even with the lower tiers you would die before you could try everything once. Even one piece from everything would be enough to kill most mortals. Premium brings options like Urchin. Unlike most AYCE they don't try to kill your appetite with rice. Their sushi comes with the least rice I've ever seen at any sushi bar. Also unlike any AYCE I've ever been to the quality and flavor is insane for under $50 all in on premium. Considering you can spend $15-$20 less at other times of the day and still drown in most standard types of sushi and rolls galore is ridiculous. In 2026 after a few years of the vibe being a bit off for me they've really redone the interior with more noise breaks, a lot of TVs on mute and just a more refreshed yet cozier feel. Oh, and before I forget, they have a pretty large drink menu with reasonable prices too. I didn't imbibe, but only because I was busy trying to drown in sushi. One of my top recommendations in Vegas or anywhere. Has it changed? Yes, but the rice reduction, renovation and incredible quality makes it as good now as ever. read more

Have been going here for a while now & it's always awesome value for the quality of fish! I'm a big salmon nigiri person & so I love that they also offer AYCE salmon belly as well. Rice to fish ratio is just right. Service it always quick & attentive. Lots of selection for sides. Definitely a go-to spot for when friends are visiting in town. This was our second visit to Umiya sushi! Make sure you have a reservation. It can be packed. They have a late night AYCE price as well! We love that everything on the menu can be included in the AYCE. The food came fast. It is loud inside. We had everything from bulgogi the sushi with no rice. This is a family favorite and better than our favorite AYCE sushi at home. read more
The late night all u can eat Ayce sushi $21.95 at Umiya is legit!! We came around 10pm and 80% of seats were full which was a good sign. We were quickly greeted and seated. What we ordered were as follows. Miso soup Tempura noodle Spicy Scallop roll Smoked salmon Seafood Dynamite Salmon belly Yum yum crab Tina poke Baked oyster Chicken katsu Pork belly (this one is average) Bugulgi fries Snow white roll Flamingo roll Kiss of fire Firecracker Service is great and dishes were served quickly. (Sometimes they were busy so you have to let them know you are ready to order.) At night, the restaurant is a little bit dark so I have to look at the menu very closely. You can get a free Thai tea (valued $5) after you leave a review on Yelp. I don't leave whatever reviews for just a complimentary drink so I waited until my husband and I finished all orders. I wrote this review and gave 5 stars since I really enjoyed it. There is a 60 min limitation so I will recommend to come earlier as you can. Pretty cool Spot... Looks exactly How Kaizen was across From the HardRock... Hotel... service Was great waitress was Always Happy and Smiling... Food was An Absolute Treat... strarted off Wid A Liquid appetizer "espresso Martini" ... : ) Salmon belly delicious and Wasabi relish is good... Rice is easy, Fish is great portion wise... yellow tail Fresh... Unagi and TaMago is Always Fun tooo get. Only Thing I didn't enjoy Was the Salmon Skin Hand Roll, it was deep Fried and Tooo Much oil... Had cucumber but No Yama gobo or kaiware sprouts... sad .... : ( But salmon skin should be broiled in the Salamander oven... or @ Least an Air Fryer lol, That way it is Not soggy with Oil... and More Krispy... but Anywayz everything else was Perfect! Had maybe a couple Half cut Rollz don't remember which ones, Desserts wid da vanilla ice cream and churro was Nice and especially my ube Melona bar!!! Cool Touch... Thankz! read more

Of course there's a dinner menu! You can order AYCE or à la carte at any time they're open.
Do the only offer all you can eat or can you just do Al a carte?
They do offer all you can eat!!!! And you can order 1/2 rolls on most sushi
Do you offer no rice sushi rolls?
I think they have one that is wrapped in cucumber and has fish and crab inside.
When getting ayce, are half order rolls allowed?
Yes, the majority of rolls can be ordered half size. Some are full roll only, annotated on the menu.

Usually. I've been there a bunch and things do fall off for the night so it's hard to say yes or no. If you really need a kama best to call.
