Very Delicious Drinks! I Recommend The Coconut Mango Drink! I Also Like The Hokkaido Milk Tea

When the first time arrived, I thought that the tea shop did not offer customer restroom, so I was disappointment, but then wanted to drive around so I went in. After I ordered, I had the urge to ask why they don't offer the restaurant to the customer, then the cashier explained that actually they do offer a restroom to the customer, then no bathroom sign was specifically to let public know that it's not free for non-customer to use the restroom due to some difficulty with either food restaurant in the same plaza who is the customer continuously coming here to use the restroom for free. so they DO HAVE RESTROOM FOR CUSTOMERS! The Seatings are limited but good enough to sit down and get some work done a couple hours! Perfect for me, who always on the computer and in need of new w environment eventually few hours! I Love my drinks, Ube flavor, their recommendation! The store Can get pretty crowded from time to time and there's different population of groups coming here, Summer high school students, college students and sideline big family and kids coming to grab their boba Half the day. I take out 1 star due to the lack of attention to the music. The sound system is fine but they connect to the speaker that was lacking, it sometimes went on the whole hours of lacking songs that caused irritation for me to focus on my work sometimes. Came by here after having lunch at XLB to grab some boba! My friend and I came right when they opened and there was a line already out the door so this place has been pretty popular the last few years since it opened! Drinks that were ordered: 1. Ube mess milk tea 2. Strawberry matcha milk tea Our drinks came out pretty fast after we ordered and I thought that the ube mess had a good amount of ube mixed in with the milk tea to make it on the more heavy side but that was something I was craving at the time. I will say it veered to being a little milky for my taste but once I mixed it, it was great and delicious! My friend also enjoyed her drink and thought that there was a good blend of strawberry and matcha and that it wasn't too sweet for her but just right! Their decor is simple and there are plenty of tables to sit at and I can see myself studying here for a couple hours when I need to. They also have several games on the side that you can play with your friends or family! Drinks here are a little on the more expensive side but I would say you are getting quality drinks for what you are spending! I've been coming here on and off for the past year and a half and always got Coconut Thrones and this drink is always so delicious. It's not too sweet and coconut taste is solid unlike other places where its watered down. Yesterday I took my mom to Dr Galvan, dentist in the same plaza and I ordered the Matchango. Its was out of this world, one of the best Ive ever had ( my other favorite is Matcha mango drink isl from Motto) . Again not too sweet and the flavor balance of mango, matcha and mango was absolutely perfect. This place is always clean including the bathroom. The only thing with this place is there's always a wait 10min+ before you get your drink. I had a chance to watch the 2 young ladies make the drinks yesterday and they do take their time to make them. They were very precise with measuring and making sure the drink is made well. I don't mind the wait if Im getting perfect drinks each time. I ordered my mom Mango Passion fruthie which she loved. Overall this place is great but maybe the wait could be a turn off for other people. read more

My sister invited me to boba from this place. I decided to try their Ube Messy Milk Tea and to my surprise it was mostly milk. I would say 95% milk and 5% ube paste. Obviously this drink wasn't gonna taste good because if I wanted to have milk, I would have it at home. On the other hand, their boba is really good. It's sweet and chewy. Definitely tastes fresh. The service was pretty bad so that's why I gave it 4 stars; there was only 1 worker and she was very agitated and upset but it might have been because she had to deal with all of the orders by herself. Was driving back home and looked up boba spots near me and this had amazing looking drinks so I decided to try it out and ordered the Creme Brûlée Oreo Latte with boba & OMG, the drink tasted real smooth, thick, & delicious! Prices are reasonable, no public restroom and the not a long wait on a Saturday afternoon, however, the parking was quite a nightmare and relatively small for all the shops that are in that complex, luckily people come and go so you aren't waiting that long. We went on a holiday so it wasn't many people here. The menu was pretty decently sized and there seemed to be a variety of options to choose from. I got the cocomelon which very refreshing but might not be for everyone. The store is located in a small strip mall so parking might be hard to find as it shares a space with a few other restaurants that seems to have more people in there. i got the Uji Matcha Flora frappe ($5.25) Parking is always tight in this plaza, but I always manage to find a spot. There's many other stores in the plaza as well, so expect light traffic when you do go. I reallllyyyy wanted to like this place. It's so close and convenient, and most of the reviews were pretty good! Maybe it's the drink that I got, since it's not that popular. The drink just tasted like icy milk. The matcha taste was not there- I could BARELY taste it at all. I don't even know what the flora was- to be honest. Just tasted like sweet icy drink. Also took me quite a while to finish, since it didn't have much flavor to it. When I mixed the two together after a while, it didn't taste any better. I ordered the classic boba milk tea (boba included) and my sister ordered a classic boba milk tea and an Okinawan milk tea. Classic Boba Milk Tea - Tea: The milk tea was ok! I ordered the normal level of sweetness and it wasn't overly sweet. I went to uncle tea and the workers were very unprofessional they were all talking to each other and completely ignored me when we were trying to get help from them. I got two drinks, one Thai MILK tea and one house special sea salt coffee and EXTRA cheese foam. First, the Thai milk tea had absolutely no milk. I thought that this might had just been the way that it was sold but after referencing photos of previous customers I realized they literally just did not put any milk. It is a plain tea. Secondly, I payed $8.36 just so that I could get extra cheese foam to my house special sea salt coffee. When I got the drink it was just a plain milk coffee, I asked the worker where the foam was since I payed for extra cheese foam on top and he told me that he mixed it in because "that's how it goes". His tone was very rude and just continued talking to his friends. Not to mention one guy came in who did not have a uniform and seemed to just be friends with the workers. They were letting him into the back and then made him a drink before they even took our order. I tried to oolong milk tea which says it's their most ordered and #1 milk tea. I was really disappointed. I could've made this at home and it would've been better. The tea itself was weak (but still ok), the milk didn't not mix well with the tea. It just tasted funky. And the boba was too chewy and had no flavor. Overall, I couldn't finish my tea. It bummed me out. There was no flavor in it whatsoever. I could've driven maybe 5 min more to go to ding tea. . I don't think I could give this place another chance. It was just worth it for me. When I tried calling to place a pickup order via the Yelp app and Google, the phone number didn't work but it's listed correctly. You can get 10% off your order if you call it in over the phone ahead of time though. Admittedly I had only been here once before but I had enjoyed the strawberry matcha drink I had. I was disappointed in this visit. I ordered the oolong tea with cheese foam and what struck me most was the strong aftertaste of sink water after each sip. The oolong flavor was weak and the cheese foam was very thin and watery. There was almost no difference between the foam and the tea. The cheese foam also tasted too yeasty. The tiramisu milk foam drink was mixed together (I had thought that it would have separate layers, but that's a minor detail). The drink tastes like chocolate milk - I wish there was more thickness and body to the drink. The sizes were smaller than I had remembered (based on other pictures, they look like they come in taller, thinner cups) but on the plus side, there's no ice cubes. They accept credit card and they're waiving the 50 cent fee if the order is below $10. There's a small free parking lot and there is a bathroom, although it's closed to customers due to covid. They're only allowing two customers at a time and the employees were wearing masks and gloves, which was good to see. Overall, I wouldn't come back due to the drinks having a sink water aftertaste and the foam being too thin. read more

It's my 3rd time visiting Uncle Tea so far and I throughly enjoyed all my drinks I had ordered. I had ordered the Peach Passion Fruit Black Tea with chia seeds today, which was a tad bit too sweet for my liking but it was still good. I was kind of tired so I forgot to request for adjusted sweetness, so that's my fault. They have taken all the precautions to ensure the safety of their customers and employees, which is great. Make sure to wear a mask before going inside, and once you place your order, wait outside until they let you know that your drink is ready. They also provide stamp cards! My friend ordered the strawberry matcha. He stated it tasted like Nesquik strawberry and a hint of matcha. Luckily for him, he mentioned he loved Nesquik strawberry so that ended up working out for him. Would I try this place again? Yes... but I'd go for the fruity drinks. Came here on a weeknight and there was nobody there. Got a Okinawa milk tea with boba and a Thai tea. $6 each tea w/ boba Half of the boba pearls in the Okinawa tea were so hard I couldn't chew them. Filtered the tea out and threw my paid addon boba pearls away. Tea was fine if not a bit sweet @ 100% Thai tea didn't taste like Thai tea at all- just regular HK style milk tea. Sweetness was 75% but there was barely any sugar. Had to add honey at home. Personally, would not come back since there are plenty of options in the area read more
