I felt like the people behind me were staring into my soul lol, but that's a me problem ha. It's a modern design and beautifully decorated. I had two drinks. One from the menu and one that I told the bartender what I liked and disliked. He then made a drink based upon my taste. In my opinion it tasted similar to the one from the menu, which was disappointing because I was hoping for something different. There was one bartender that evening and one bar back, so even with the few people at the bar (I'd say 6-7 including me and a guest) and the 4 people seated behind us. The deviled eggs were great, and the small Pinsa was fantastic -- especially with the adorable little bowl of hot honey and its tiny honey dispenser (whatever that thing is called). Therefore, the note on their website about serving pho from 6 or 6:30 PM until they run out is only accurate one out of seven days a week. Secondly, it's a bar, which in Utah means that no one under 21 is allowed for any reason. Not knowing either one of these things until I arrived here, I brought my ailing 16-year-old daughter here for pho at 9 o'clock at night on a cross country trip, only to be turned away at the door. I wouldn't be posting this review if that was the end of the story, but while we stood outside, trying to figure out what we were going to eat and if we could find soup somewhere, another party of four walked in to get pho and were told in an "you should know this" tone that it's only served on Sunday nights. I hope the food is good. But people, get your VERY basic act together on the information and customer service front.
