Came here tonight after hearing about it from our neighbors. Food was DELICIOUS, super drinks, and definitely has that country feel. It's a family friendly place, where couples, friends and families alike can come and have a great time. The live music made this a must, and I'm personally coming back for their frozen drinks, concerts, and outdoor seating. We had great service, too! read more

Food and drinks are great. The last two times we have visited the appetizers were limited. Additionally on the weekends they have a weird schedule and shut down the kitchen from brunch to lunch/dinner. read more

This place is jacked up! Great venue and Jade Clark was awesome. BUT...The menu and food and the whole setup is jacked up. You can't order food at the restaurant (quasi restaurant, more bar) and take out to listen to the music. Whaat??? You can order a couple small items from the outdoor venue but don't order the fried pickles! I guess it must be a code thing with the food. This could be a great venue but right now it's more of a redneck indoor/outdoor bar scene. This could be a really great venue if properly run. No nachos and one burger that you can't even get at the outdoor venue. Who does that!!??it really makes no sense. The outdoor "menu" has a lot of stuff you can't even get.?? I'm not sure what the business model is but I don't see this place surviving long. The alcohol sales must be the only thing carrying them right now. Sad because it has so much potential. read more

Got there and were seated in a reasonable amount of time, server was very nice and accommodating. Food was also very good. We had a party of 4 and everyone enjoyed their food. Hung out on the patio area and it was very big and nice. Would go again. read more

Went on a Wednesday night to celebrate my buddies birthday. Party of four. Grabbed a table. Waited for 15 minutes for a server to notice us. ( 4 of 10 people in the joint ) . Ordered drinks and appetizer. Waited 15-18 minutes to hear the beer we ordered was out of stock. ( they sent someone to the store to get Modelos ! ) 8.00 queso was cold and no flavor. Notified 15 minutes after one of the 4 meals that was ordered also out of stock! 4 Brownsville shrimp Diablo entrees at 24.00 each sucked. No flavor. "Kaylee" our server clearly didn't want to be there. Basically threw our silverware and meals down on the table... 170.00 for 4 including tip. Live music was overbearing and acoustics sucked! Someone spent a lot of money on this place! Won't be back! read more

We went on a Saturday at 1:20 and the only choice was a $20 per person brunch. It was not great. Bland, cold, slow to arrive, not tasty, and small. We probably won't go back. read more

We had the Texas cheesesteak....the first three bites were all gristle . I couldn't bring myself to be fooled a 4th time. My husband had the burger, mediocre at best. The fried pickles were tasting straight from the freezer. Decor is cool, but not worth the 60$ meal. Service was so so, had to keep tracking him down to get refills, the check, condiments. read more

We went to dueling pianos on Friday and had the best time. The atmosphere was fun and casual, and the outdoor area is so pretty with the overhead lights. Ambiance is the best thing about this place. Service was bad figured he was new so had a lot more patience with him until he delivered a lime in the palm of his hand. Ordered the Bloody Mary for $39. The only food on it that was eatable where the uncooked items. The bacon might have been good but it wasn't even served with it. The steak was fatty and looked like the fatty cuts off a larger steak to make it better. So much potential for a good restaurant. We left before ordering anything else because three of us found the food in the drink terrible. Wagyu? Left on the plate along with some other food items. read more

Love the venue. Like the food. But the indoor bartenders need work. I have been here on multiple occasions and always have issues with getting service or even getting acknowledged by the 3-5 people that are behind the bar at any given time. And some of these times weren't even that busy. I have sat there for over 9 minutes with multiple people making eye contact with me and yet not one of them could say "hi, I'll be with you in a moment." The absolute worst thing you can do as a bartender is not acknowledge a customer that has come up and sat at your bar. Yet this happens every single time I am in there. I have multiple friends that share this experience as well. To the point none of us will sit there because we know there will be better service at a table than the bar, which should never be the case. I was a bartender for 20 years of my life, and I know you are at desperate hiring situations in this line ofwork, but my bartenders would have been gone long ago with this kind of service. You don't pay attention or acknowledge your customers and your bar drinks take FOREVER to come out. You with need to get a new system, easier drinks on the menu, or someone just working tickets coming in with at least 2 others working the bar and tickets on busy nights. It's really simple to say a few words to make a customers presence know; but only one time with no words to lose a customer forever. read more

I pulled up to this spot and the "coming soon" sign was still out, so I'm glad I decided to see if they're open! Greeted by friendly girls at the host stand, sat at the bar and I was immediately welcomed to ask any questions. Both bartenders were very friendly (sadly I didn't get their names) and attentive. I had a grilled cheese with bacon, grilled tomato and pimento cheese can't say much for the slaw, but I never eat fries and decided to try it. Sadly, the CO2 was out, so draft beers were a no go, but good selection nonetheless. Very cute Texas decor and the outdoor space will be fun when temps drop! When leaving, a kind man dropped his conversation with co-workers to open the door for me, and everyone at the host stand said goodbye and thanked me for coming in! I've been in the industry for 18 years and this level of customer service and hospitality in a new establishments is rare these days. Definitely returning! read more
