After seeing Union Dumplings House on an Instagram reel, I just knew I had to try it. I walked in on a Wednesday morning. It was super quiet, and I was the only one there. The host helped me use the kiosk to place my order. When my order was ready, which took a bit of time because everything is made fresh and cooked to order, she brought it right to me. I enjoyed the flavors of the pork and celery dumplings! When I asked for a to go box, the server gave me soy sauce and chili oil to go along with it so had all that I would need to eat my yummy leftovers. Can't wait to go back and explore more of the menu!

I was excited to try this new dumpling restaurant in Lincoln Square. The friendly staff greeted us, explained how everything worked, and offered us samples. You can order from the QR code at the table or the kiosk at the front. After you order, you wait for your number to be called to pick up from the window. Everything was self-serve including water. There are lots of seating in the back. They even have a heated patio. It would be great for larger groups. We ordered the beef and onion dumpling (12pc), pork and chives (12pc) and lava xiao long bao (5pc). My favorite was the beef and onion dumpling because it was like a soup dumpling. We had it pan fried for an extra $1. Be careful with this one because the juices will squirt out. Pork and chive dumpling was good too. You will taste the chives. The lava xiao long bao was good too but the insides weren't filled like the photos. The filling size was similar to the dumplings. It had a sweet flavor to it. I would say that 12 pc dumplings would be filling for one person. It's a lot of pieces so my friends and I decided to share so that we could try different flavors. It's a good place to come for some quick Asian food. I'm glad there's more Asian eats opening in Lincoln Square!

We've been excited for the dumpling house to open. We did takeout and ordered from home and walked to pick it up'. The food was ready 10 minutes before the pick up time so that was a plus. The food was still hot when we got home. We ordered the beef and green pepper dumping and beef bao. The dumplings ate delicious and we enjoyed them. The bao was also good but didn't stand out like the dumplings did. We will be back

We decided to give this place a shot since our kids like dumplings. So surprised how good these were! They have so many options to pick from and also Baozi options as well. We chatted with the owners who were Chinese native from the region known for this type of foods. I also love that the soy milk you can get completely sugar free. The quantity and quality were both good, and I think it's worth the price. They also sell frozen ones too, making it super versatile if you want to cook it at home. We will definitely be back!

Give Union Dumpling House a try! My wife and I are big dumpling fans. These are as they advertise some of the cleanest healthiest dumplings you'll eat and I think they're right on. All hand made in house with really clean ingredients. We've been going since they opened and I have seen really great improvements in their service speed to get food out without compromising quality . Very friendly staff . Dumplings , the Bao are all great and they also have good soybean milk .

Nothing on this menu disappoints! Waitstaff is beyond kind and accommodating. If you like dumplings or dim sum and a chill environment, this is the place to go.

We sat in the quieter area near the front since we only ordered two dishes, which we devoured in short order, then went on our way. Something I'd never seen before was the tablet to order your food! What a great idea!! It had photos of the food items and the prices, just like a paper menu, except you click on the item(s) you want and voilà!! Very cool, I must say. Service from there was quick and efficient and the veggies were crisp and flavorful. If I lived here I'd come back regularly.

MingHin was packed, loud, and a little chaotic. Worth it. Dim sum is an experience as much as a meal and MingHin delivers on both fronts. We ordered more than we could keep track of. Soup dumplings that immediately became the kids' personal obsession. Shu mai that hit every time. BBQ pork buns in every form they offered because obviously. Chinese broccoli to balance out the indulgence. Everything was solid, fresh, and exactly what you want from a dim sum spread. The room was packed and buzzing but the service kept up impressively. Servers were constantly circling, clearing empty plates and dishes without missing a beat. Clean and attentive even at full capacity, which is no small thing. Fair warning if you are bringing little ones: this environment is a lot. The noise, the crowd, the overwhelming parade of food arriving at the table. Our kids loved what they ate but the sensory experience was a bit much for them. This is a place better suited for a group of adventurous adults or older kids who thrive in high energy environments. Prices are great for the quality and quantity of food you get. A Chinatown institution for good reason. Just know what you are walking into and embrace it fully.

Be prepared to wait a little bit for a table, or share a big one with another party at peak times. Prices are reasonable and portions are pretty generous. ===== Kind of lost count of how many times I've been. Love getting the dim sum and noodle dishes here. Some favorites: beef cheong fun with egg, siu mai, Singapore noodle, xo rice noodle rolls, spare ribs, pork and century egg congee. All the food has been very solid. Inside is always bustling and can be a bit crowded. Service is pretty friendly as far as Chinatown goes, and very efficient. There's a guy who works there who I think is the manager or something, because he puts in 200x effort and is always hustling. When he's not around it feels like something is missing. Prices are very reasonable and we like ordering a lot here so that we have tasty leftovers for later. This place has quite a few big tables and is good for large groups. My only nits are that very occasionally a dish or teacup will have a dirty spot, and that the bubble tea here is kind of meh. I don't remember exactly which one I ordered, but it was a little watery and lacking in flavor. It's also probably tough since they're boxed in by boba places now. Pro tip: When you first get your table, they'll ask you what kind of tea you want. If you ignore them or don't know how to answer, the default is green tea. Another one is to come at off-peak times. Not only will you get a table faster, but I think they tweak their portion sizes depending on how crowded it is. Definitely will be back! And I recommend you visit too

Everything we ordered was freshly made, looked beautiful, and tasted delicious. We even had to stop and take photos before digging in! The staff was attentive throughout our meal, and the food came out quickly despite how busy the restaurant became.
