After the payment, she pushed a small box toward us in a very rude and dismissive way, without even saying "thank you" or showing basic respect to customers. Her behavior felt arrogant and humiliating, and it made us feel looked down on. We came as respectful customers and spent nearly $200 at your business, so this treatment was especially upsetting and offensive. I ask you to please look into this employee's behavior and take this complaint seriously so other customers do not experience the same disrespect.

It was my first time trying and the spices didn't amaze my palette. I will have to try their garlic bread next time if I feel like getting something savory. Their sweets are always a hit for me! Instead of offering a meaningful solution, discount, refund, or apology for the inconvenience, I was simply told to pick a different cake or wait another 30 minutes for a replacement. Mistakes happen, but giving away a prepaid custom order and then acting as if it's a minor inconvenience is unacceptable. The whole reason for pre-ordering and paying in advance is to avoid this exact situation. Unfortunately, this experience caused unnecessary stress on an already busy day, and I cannot recommend this bakery based on how this issue was handled.

I picked up this big pastry that was stuffed with cream cheese and sour cherries (TRUST ME you want this), a box of mixed cookies and bite sized goodies, and a box of stuffed dates (don't knock it until you try it). EVERYTHING was fresh. Everything was tasty. And it got the stamp of approval from the baker friend. The cream cheese and sour cherry stuffed bakery literally disappeared in 10 minutes, and that thing was not small by any means. I returned to this same place the following week to pick up some savory baked goods for some friends, and the owner was at the shop and was so kind and so proud of his products (as he should be). Needless to say this is going to be my bakery of choice. I'd drive past 5 shops to get to this one any day.

What's the point of taking orders and providing a ready time if it's not going to be ready. I understand mistakes happen, but a simple I apologize would have made a world of a difference. This is what happens when companies grow too quickly. They forget about the most important thing, customer service. Won't be back to this location for sure.
