The main guy, Irving was a blessing. He was customer focused, kept the crew working. He was always concerned about how we were dealing with the chaos around the 3 holes in our house, the piles of dirt in our courtyard. Always asking how we're doing. True asset to any company. Now the BAD...The actual plumbing work took 8 days. That in itself was overwhelming. To accomplish this work, the crew pulled up a portion of the luxury vinyl in the master bedroom, dug a good size hole, did the same in the master closet and a third hole in the guest bathroom. We understood why this was necessary. When the new plumbing installation was complete (8 days), the contract stated they would make sure everything would be put back the way it was before they started. It literally took 22 days before my 3 rooms were back to the original condition. The subcontractor they sent out to put the flooring back was not qualified. The plumbing company filled the holes and poured "some" concrete. They did not level it, which should have been the restoration company making sure of before laying down the luxury vinyl. We had 4 1/2 boxes of new planks for them to use if needed. As it turned out the flooring company removed more planks and made the restoration much larger than it needed to be. Consequently there was not enough of our flooring. After several calls to find our replacement luxury vinyl it was determined it was discontinued and none to be found. The Rooter Company agreed to let us pick a replacement flooring that we would be happy with. Since we were not happy with quality of work their installer performed, they allowed us to find our own installer. We did appreciate The Rooter Company making the situation right to our satisfaction. Was the company good? Yes as far as the plumbing repairs. Did they follow through with fixing the affected area in our 3 rooms in a timely manner, NO! My recommendation is before starting any work, get in writing a start & end date of all repairs. Make sure the subcontractors they use know what they're doing. I tried calling the CEO of the Rooter Company, I believe his name was Mark, left a message, would like a call back. He never called. Not good customer service. And for that reason, I will not recommend this company. Based on my explanation of our experience, it's up for you to decide to use them or not.

I've always done most of the repairs around my home but some jobs have significantly more risk than reward, such as replacing a toilet wax ring (in which I was certain I would botch if attempting on my own). JBL had recent positive reviews and also immediately responded to my request for a quote through Yelp (and he shared possible additional costs for issues that he may encounter). His pricing was very reasonable, and we were able to book an appointment on the same week. After receiving service and seeing his workmanship, I can definitely recommend his service to those looking for a plumber! He helped replaced two toilet wax rings and ensured that I was able to see the progress of the repairs, such as showing the broken wax rings, which is a level of transparency that I can truly appreciate. One of the toilets even had roots growing around the flange but I wasn't charged extra because he shared it was not too challenging to remove. Will definitely contact Jeremy again for my plumbing needs due to his great service, easy communication, and reasonable prices.

The inside of the piping was corroded and needed to be repaired. From the moment Sean and his team came out, they were professional, honest, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain exactly what was happening and even used a camera to show me the condition of the pipes, which made everything very clear. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure everything was handled properly. Jorge and his teammate came out to resurface the pipe, and another technician completed the epoxy lining.
