What COVID safety measures are you taking now that you've reopened? Haven't seen any distancing in place, just looks like a regular bar.

I stopped by and saw that it was completely unregulated and people were shoulder to shoulder without masks on. I didn't feel safe and felt that the establishment is not taking COVID seriously so I left shortly thereafter.

Brian and Dante were not there instead they have two girls. They have placed 3 picnic tables to add to the already existing outdoor seating. I felt safe and it was great to have some sense of normalcy

I mentioned this to him and pointed out the correct bottle of Averna Amaro which was in plain sight. Instead of just taking the note graciously, the bartender had a real attitude about it. If you want to hang out in a loud bar with twenty-somethings and you don't care how your drinks are made, this place is probably fine. It wasn't what I was looking for.

A recent trip to the Atwater Farmer's Market inspired me to come back. It was a Thursday evening and JJ was behind the bar. She was absolutely delightful! We had a great conversation while I sipped on the Happy Hour Spicy Margarita. During my visit, several locals stopped in for a drink and to say "Hi" to JJ. Couple times our waiter was great, but a couple times it was hard to flag them down, they didn't space out the dishes very well as the appetizers and entrees all came out the same time, or they forgot to bring water when we asked for it. Small things to complain about overall though.

have to add another bad review about the male bartender, who a different reviewer called…read more"aggressive and hostile." this was a few months ago: i was with one other woman, who was dd'ing. i ordered a drink and got her a soda water and closed out. this was with a woman who was a great and efficient bartender. i ultimately decide to get another drink before heading out, but the woman bartender had a backlog because the guy was busy doing nothing. after spending a few minutes getting his attention, he was surly in taking the same order as before (and it's not a complicated drink, vodka soda) and then gave me a bill that charged for the soda water! i've never seen that before, especially for a dd, and noted to the bartender that we had not been charged for the soda water the previous time. his verbatim response: "well it sounds like you got lucky, then." i also noted the soda water was for a dd, and that they're usually not charged. his response: "when have you ever heard of a business giving things away for free?" at this point he said he couldn't deal with it and passed us off to the other bartender, who apologized immediately and took the charge off. she must deal with this guy's nonsense a lot. capping it all off: the guy evil eyed us the rest of the time inside, and when we left a few minutes later, he followed us outside with a bag of half-full trash. i like to give people the benefit of the doubt but i have no doubt his intent was to intimidate us. he had his eyes on us all the way to the car. creepy! way to ruin what had been a nice time at a pretty bar.

Plenty of street parking around the area. On the inside, they have A/C running, pool tables and plenty of seating as well, they have two small TV's that I could see. It was not packed or crowded at the time that I arrived. They also have an outdoor patio with more seating as well as another pool table. A very chill atmosphere and plenty of beer on tap to try. Featuring wheat beers, sours, India Pale Ales, stouts and all styles in between. They even have a jukebox inside to play the jams. Interior is giving "mechanic shop" vibes and even offer "canned beer to go" Service is great and friendly as well. To cool down, I decided to try one of the beers on tap: IPA-American "Diamonds and Gasoline" 6.4% made by Cellarmaker Brewing Company Oakland, CA. I decided to get a 10ouz pour. Very smooth and not overwhelmingly strong. Refreshing and tasted perfect during a hot Sunday afternoon. Plenty of activities to do here while you enjoy your beer or any other cocktail of your choice. I wish I lived closer since this is a chill spot to come out and hang. Gald I came by and checked them out. I recommend you visit them if you are nearby this location.

The fries were typical frozen out of a package & were luke warm at best. It came with cole slaw that was slimey & completely inedible - I mean AWFUL! It's a shame because the place has such character & it has a loyal following, The service is amazingly slow. I was at my table for 10 minutes before I got up & snagged a menu myself. Then, another 10 minutes before I got up again & went to the bar to order, but the barman told me that a waiter would come to my table. Many minutes later I finally ordered. My drink & my water glass were empty forever. I finally had to snag down another waiter to get another drink. I probably will come back because I love the cozy Scottish pub atmosphere, but they have a treasured gold mine here and they are squandering it for sure. No one seems to care. What a shame! Opened in 1922, the Tam is reportedly Los Angeles's oldest restaurant still operated by the same family in its original location. It was also a favorite gathering place for Walt Disney and his artists, who frequented the restaurant from their nearby studio. Walt's preferred spot, Table 31, remains a destination for Disney devotees. The Tam even played a small part in Disney history. It was here that Walt met costume designer Alice Davis and predicted that she would work for him someday. She later designed costumes for *"it's a small world"* and *Pirates of the Caribbean*. We enjoyed the prime rib with Yorkshire pudding, after we had a proper Rob Roy at the bar. The atmosphere is wonderfully cozy, the waitstaff could not have been friendlier, and every room seems steeped in old-Los Angeles history. It was a warm and memorable setting for a very special family occasion--and a wonderful opportunity to dine where generations of Angelenos, Hollywood artists, and Walt Disney himself once gathered.

Hungary didn't make it to the World Cup this year so that was a bit of a bummer, considering my fam is from the old country. However, my second all-time fave, France, was still in the semi-finals. You see, I grew up watching Zinedine Zidane and to me, the World Cup brings back childhood memories and family bonding time. The menu items took me back in time. Much to my surprise, I noticed that there was a Hungarian kielbasa & a Debreziner sausage listed on their $10 lunch deal. I was shocked that I had the opportunity to debate over which one to pick. DEBREZINER sausage (in German) or for us Hungarians, is better known as "Debreceni Virsli" and made in the region where my dad's side of the fam grew up. It's often served cut up on the sides and has a richer color. For me, it's a bit juicier and there's more paprika in there. It's more along the lines of chorizo, if that's what your flavorbuds prefer. It's made with sweet and hot paprika, garlic, pepper, and marjoram. If my dad had been with me that day, he'd opt for the Debreziner. After deliberating for a bit, I decided to go with the HUNGARIAN KIELBASA and decked it out with grilled onions, sauerkraut, and jalapeños (very hot, stated the menu). The jalapeños rivaled the outside 100+ degree temperature. Thankfully, the cool AC made me forget it was one sweltering summer's day. Also, the Hibiscus Cider was crisp and made my experience and the lackluster game worth my time out. I loved how easy the ordering went-just tap the menu on the iPad and voila, you got the whole spiel. Service was quick and felt welcoming like I was at home in someone's living room with tons of TVs all around. Sadly, France didn't show up to play in the game until the last 5 mins or so. Spain obvi deserved the win and yes, this year's cup for their fancy footwork. The vibe was great and the crowd around me were locals on a first name basis with the staff. With awesome cider and food as tasty as I had growing up at home, I think I'll make it a goal to be on a first name basis around here during the NHL & NFL season.

There were a few people milling around and I was greeted with "checking in?" No hello, no welcome, no mention of celebrating and told to let them know when entire party arrived. (This is becoming more common to be seated along with a $25 per person fee if I canceled less than 24hrs. I know restaurants are struggling but come on!) I watched as 'walk-ins' were given priority tables and when our party was complete, she was squeezing in a 3rd chair to a small cafe table right by the pass through door. No asking our preference. When she returned to seat us, I said "you're not putting us at that small table are you?" Her response - "yes...unless you want to sit inside." How was that not a conversation first? A professional would have said "I apologize, where would you prefer to sit? I see you made a reservation, are celebrating an event and we had some unexpected guests for seating options." Perhaps she was having a bad day, or was still reeling from a prior customer interaction but she was NOT up to the standards I equate with Manuela. You NEED a reservation cause they fill up and close walk ins early. 8pm on a Saturday you got to pray you get lucky- which we did thank you sm for the sweet girl at the front with beautiful hair bless her soul. So service is 10/10. But they need to improve their phone situation cause if we didn't get lucky we drove an hour to eat here to be potentially turned away 2-3 hours before closing when I tried calling multiple times and DMs replied the next day. Also these are premium LA prices definitely expensive but so so delicious.

From the moment you step in, the hostess and the staff take care of you from start to finish. They have amazing recommendations and you cannot go wrong with any of the options they provide. I had the Baby Albacore and Hokkaido Scallop as appetizers and they were delish. I leaned a bit more towards the Albacore over the scallop, but both great. I also had the Sour Milk Cornbread which was magical and tasted like a cross between cornbread meets bundt cake. The flavor was perfect and was one of the best cornbread I have ever had. The pork chop was immaculate. I have yet to taste a pork chop that was so perfectly cooked from the moistness and the flavor. For dessert, the cobbler was ordered and goodness gracious it was absolutely amazing. If you come here, have all the courses, do not miss any course what so ever.

Came here to watch my lousy Falcons blow a game at home to the Chargers Besides the fact Kirk Cousins threw four picks, the drinks were amazing. They may have the best bartenders in LA. The Revolver was perfect with each taste & the spicy margarita delivered as well. I also had eggs, croissant & bacon and those were tasty as well. No complaints there. It's not a true sports bar in the sense that it's lively in that way but there are a lot of TVs if you want to enjoy the game in a quiet environment. The staff here are very friendly and they have a very relaxed, chill vibe. The menu is simple and the beer selection is good. They know how to make a burger (that actually drips like it should). We were seated in a shaded, well-positioned spot with great ambience, ordered food and drinks, and settled in for the game. Around halftime, staff switched our screen to the Dodgers game without asking us. When I flagged it to a female bartender, her exact response was "hold on, I don't care, I'll go see what I can do" -- and then she simply walked off and never returned. A different staff member, a man, was genuinely helpful and got our game back on. He deserves real credit; he was the one bright spot in this entire visit. Shortly after, while I was placing another food and drink order at our table, a second bartender confronted me -- rudely and aggressively -- demanding to know if I was "the one who asked for the game to be changed." He then informed me that FIFA couldn't be shown where we were seated and that we'd need to go watch it in the parking lot, in direct sunlight, despite the fact that we'd already been sitting there comfortably for half an hour with food and drinks. It was obvious the switch was to accommodate a small group of the bartender's friends who wanted the Dodgers game instead -- actual paying customers were an afterthought. This is Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles. The Dodgers game is playing on every screen in every bar within a mile. We asked for one screen, in the shade, for one soccer match, and were treated like an inconvenience for it. Bottom line: favoritism over customers, condescending staff, and a complete lack of basic hospitality. The one exception was the male bartender who actually helped us -- everyone else made this a first and last visit.

We decided to leave because at this point we are begging for the bartender to help us when he clearly did not want to. Such a disappointment coming to a place who wants to claim Echo Park is a rare sanctuary, maybe everywhere else yeah but not at Dada!!
