Great pizza place in Cathedral City. Wings are good and spicy and the pizza is handmade and customized to your liking. The food took a while to be made and served but it was worth it. Price is reasonable especially if you want a beer or 2. They sell 1/2 pitchers which is nice if you don't feel like drinking the whole pitcher! Lol. Staff was friendly. Ordered this last night for take out ... Haven't been to the restaurant in ages, we live across the street and decided to pick up. Took all but 20 minutes for a large pizza and salad. Although the pizza is extremely pricey (if your usual pizza take-out consists of Dominos or Costco) but man was it delish! We got half cheese half supreme, and both varieties were delish with the perfect ratio of toppings. The salad was great too, we ordered a large and it fed two people and then some, it was a simple garden salad but the dressing and toppings were great quality. Overall, too pricey for your average pizza night, but on a special night, when your looking for a step up in your take-out pizza, Upper Crust wont disappoint! read more

The Chinese Chicken Salad is very tasty. I was very surprised. The pizza was delicious also, but way too much time elapsed between the salad and the pizza, by the time the pizza was served we were full. Service was average. Love this place. Me & my hunny would come here 2 times a week. It was our go to spot. Love the pasta salad, pizza & spaghetti. So yummy! They're usually pretty busy, which is a good sign. Advice, soda machine can taste flat at times. As for the bathroom needs an upgrade but back to food, it's a must! read more

Horrible first impression. Fist time there and we waited 20 minutes until we realised we had to go and get our own drinks. The cashier was rude and very short with us and didn't explain anything to us even though we said we were new customers. Waited a total of 30 minutes for our food to be made. We ended up having to take it to go, seeing as we were running late to our other plans. On top of all of this, they forgot to put our bruschetta in the oven! Had to wait an extra 5 minutes for that! We went this past weekend, after water slide park (will review that as well) we were expecting standard mom & pop type pizza, however, this was some of the best pizza we have ever had, we did a large special, all the toppings tasted super fresh, just enough of cheese, sauce, toppings etc...crust could have been a little crisper to hold all the good stuff, every bite was awesome, and crust was very tasty! we also got the large salad, which is put in a bowl to serve family style, great call, salad is standard, nothing special but great to start with and get some sort of greenry in before pizza, atmosphere was low-key, lots of different types, young to old and family friendly. service is very pleasant and everyone is very nice. would definitely go back, even in the 115degree heat to get there. saw neighbors pepperoni and that will be our next order! can't wait... read more

This place was a shit show. When we walked in, the kitchen was filthy and literally every table was dirty. We had to clean our own just to sit down. When we placed our order we ordered pizza a salad and Water. The guy ringing us up said ok your total is 420, and the whole staff laughed and chuckled yelling " hahah 420 bro". Clearly they were all baked more than the pizzas they were making. I told him that was impossible for what we ordered. He didn't even ring in the pizza. The only reason that I'm giving them a 1 star is because the food wasn't bad. Costco Ceasar dressing and mediocre pizza saved them from a negative star rating. read more

I walked into this place with my son and daughter and tried to order pizza and wings and when I went to pay they couldn't tell if my $100 bill was real. We had a vegetable pizza, a cheese pizza and a calzone. The pizza and calzone were excellent, the crust good. Service was prompt, although the place was virtually empty. We ordered a pitcher of beer, which turned out flat, but our server replaced it with another beer, which was fine.Our only nit to pick was that the floors were dirty with scraps of food, napkins and other things laying around. The men's restroom had gang grafitti on the walls, which is always a turn-off, and could have been kept cleaner. We went to Upper Crust for the first time in a few years on Super Bowl Sunday. We expected it to be noisy due to the game but didn't expect that it would be the staff who was making ALL the noise. The girls working the counter were screaming their heads off at the TV the entire time we were there, to the point that no one was paying any attention to the food being cooked and our pizza was burned on the bottom all the way around. The unburned pizza was good as usual, but way to expensive for what we got. $33.00 for a large pizza (1/2 pep and 1/2 combo and 1 drink.) I don't think we will be returning in the future. read more
