    Crispy Crunchy Chicken & Bacon
    Kendra Z.

Great place! Wanted to find a good easy lunch spot for my 2 kiddos and friend with 2 kiddos between Covington/Kent and Puyallup and found this with a quick Google search. We got here at 1230pm on a Thursday, parking spots right in front of building. Friendly worker took our order at the front. I ordered the Crunchy Chicken and Bacon Sandwich. Sandwich came out in less than 10 mins. Prices are a little high, but the sandwich was BIG! Easily was almost a foot long and filled with meat and toppings. Flavors were top tier, chicken was indeed crunch as advertised. Restaurant was pretty much empty, but there are about 4 tables for seating. There was a high chair for my little one, which is always worth mentioning. 5 stars and will go back to try more flavors. Thank you!

Fried chicken and bacon bahn mi with Vermentino

Pho is a winter comfort food but I never had Bahn Mi until tonight. Urban chops was my delicious entry drug. I had the slightly sweet and gooey fried chicken and bacon Bahn Mi. Delicious. We took it to go because they were close to closing. Get there early! They close at 6 peoples. The Vermentino is my bougie add and a good pairing. Sparking is probably better.

Stopped in for quick lunch and left with a full belly and a smile on my face. The crunchy chicken bacon bahn mi was out of this world delicious. The sauces, textures, and flavors were simply perfection. The lemongrass chicken noodle salad was also superb. Their dressing was notably better than others and the chicken was super flavorful. Casual ambience, food is served in single use plastic items, and they only have plastic ware.

There are about 8 parking spots right outside of the restaurant. Everything is self serve, you order and pay at the counter first, so no service for the guests For the portion vs. cost, it's definitely great value. There are plenty of seats on the inside if you don't want to take it to-go and eat in the car. The interior needs a little freshen up for sure. Other ways, it's solid for a fast food spot

The Thai chili shrimp and pork Banh mi is not for the faint of heart. Perfect marriage of flavor and heat. Bit on the pricey side. The baguette is so good. Will be back for more. There is some inside seating and a decent sized parking lot. A condiment table with carry out containers is a nice touch. They can do something about the ventilation and the cleanliness of the restrooms Please support this minority owned small business.

Amazing spot for creative banh mi or bun flavors. The portions are super big and I was amazed at how large the bun sandwiches are. Would come back if I wasn't just in town for vacation.

I came with my whole family while stopping by on a vacation drive. I found this spot on Yelp and it looked amazing. I am happy to report that it's as good as it looks!!! Everyone enjoyed their food. I loved the variety of options. I got the soft shell crab and ginger shrimp bahn mi and it was amazing. The staff were very nice. The inside was clean and bright! Definitely worth the quick stop!

Crunchy chicken with bacon on a bao bun

The two sandwiches my wife and I shared from Urban Chops are probably the best sandwiches we will have this year. We shared a crunch chicken with bacon sandwich on a bao bun and an urban pork sandwich on a bao bun. I honestly couldn't tell you which was better but they were both unbelievably good. Each individual component of the sandwich was executed masterfully. The chicken and the bacon was crunchy and tender. The pork was tender and juicy and had a crispy sliver of what I think was fried pork skin. Excellent. The service was acceptable but not exceptional. I'll give them a pass considering how delicious their food is. As for the ambiance the place is very very casual. Just come in however you are.

Off of central in Kent closer to s 277th street. There was only one young person in the place with us. Two guys working the place. The owner who catered to us, and the cook. Not sure why I never heard of this place. Owner said they have been open for 3 years now. The food came out fast. We actually ordered too much we had it for three more meals at home. I think overall the food was good. Like I was telling the owner I normally drive to Canada to get Chinese food, or San Fran for dim sum. I'm pretty hard to please. But since I like to support local, I'll bring my friends here another time for lunch. The decor was minimal but nice. From the outside it looked like it was closed, and like it was a home or doctors office. It's right next to a bikini barista. So we missed it the first time. It's a brick building. The tea was really good. The perfect amount of Chinese leaves, and it was nice and hot for a cold blistery day even if it's almost spring.

This custom was preserved in Sweden and gradually evolved into the Smörgåsbord (Scandinavian cold buffet), which is the direct and continuous ancestor of the modern buffet. · France (18th-19th century): The French adopted the word "Buffet" (originally meaning a sideboard or serving table) to describe this self‑service style of dining and promoted it among high society. · Perfection in Japan: The modern buffet model we know today--featuring cold dishes, hot dishes, desserts, and a wide variety of options--was established by the Imperial Hotel Tokyo in 1958. · Las Vegas: The now‑popular "all‑you‑can‑eat" model originated in Las Vegas, USA, in the 1940s. Casinos offered cheap or even free buffets to keep gamblers on the premises, a strategy that quickly became widespread. · Introduction to China: The buffet was introduced to China in the 1930s, initially appearing only in foreign‑funded hotels. It was not until the late 1980s that it reached the general public through tourist joint‑venture hotels. Here's the English translation of your review: Ambience: This buffet restaurant seems to have been around for a long time. You can tell it was quite luxurious about 10 years ago. Relatively speaking, it's still fairly clean. Taste: There is a huge variety of options, covering dozens of items including Chinese stir-fried dishes, Western food, Japanese cuisine, teppanyaki, fruit, seafood, salad, as well as drinks and ice cream. I mainly tried the Chinese stir-fried dishes, boiled shrimp, and teppanyaki. Considering the price per person, I think every item met my expectations. Service - unexpectedly good: From asking how many people in our party at the entrance, to guiding us to a table and asking if the seat was comfortable, to explaining the dining process, and clearing plates during the meal - all of it was very good. Room for improvement: Some of the items are pre-made dishes that only need simple deep-frying or grilling. Pre-made dishes can be categorized into a few types: easy to cook, easy to eat, easy to heat. Based on my experience in the industry, the essence of pre-made dishes is really an issue of trust. If the selection is done properly and customers don't experience any adverse reactions after eating, then it's a good business.
