I have waited at this point 2.5 hrs I'm still 5th in line and it's a party of 2. This is more like the rotten egg is what the company should be named. Why waist my whole day for mediocre food. I even got on the waitlist before I even showed up. They don't even have a waiting area big enough for more then 5 people so then you have to stand on the sidewalk and wait or wait in your vehicle. You can walk in and see almost the whole area to eat full of people not eating or drinking anything with no silverware on the tables either. We threw a special event at The Urban Egg last night and the manager Mark (along with his right hand woman Kate), went above and beyond for us. Chef Zach put together options of salmon, steak and chicken. I tried each of the dishes and was so impressed by the level of detail on each plate! They even provided dessert! The tables were set up so that my entire team of 28 could chat and enjoy one another and we had the entire place to ourselves so it was a more intimate venue than other places we have gone to in the past. What an incredible brunch experience! I have eaten at the fort Collins location and hadn't thought much of it, but eating at the new location has definitely changed my mind regarding this eatery. We had a party of eight - called ahead to get on the wait list which they did. Upon arrival we were first on the waitlist and at one point we were told it would be one minute before we were seated. After another half-hour wait I finally asked to speak to the manager. Out walks a young guy with long hair. He asks me if he should leave a four-person table empty while he waits for a second four-person table to open up in order to combine to make eight. Obviously the answer is yes. What he wants to do is wait for the exact time that two adjacent four-person tables open up, then seat us. I could still be waiting there with his plan. Math skills non-existent. Realizing he is over his head he brings out the more experienced kitchen manager. With a bit of good fortune we are finally seated - over an hour after we were told we had one minute to go. I had eaten at this establishment and vowed never to return, but several in our party like this place. The service was good, it took a very long time to get our food which was good. So would you wait all that time and deal with an inexperienced manager for good, but not great breakfast food? Not me. read more

I love their many takes on eggs Benedict. The coffee is good. Wait staff is excellent. The only complaint is that the Wi-Fi is not effective. Hard to understand how this place has such good reviews. I have been here twice and both times I was rather let down with what I got. Last time I got the breakfast burrito and didn't like it all that much. Second time I paid almost 19 dollars for a tiny piece of fried chicken two eggs and about a ounce of hash browns that did Not taste good. The whole dish itself maybe weighed 5 ounces it did come with a small bit of gravy on the side. Felt like I overplayed something serious. Wont be back to this place read more

Super disappointed as we drove from Denver for breakfast. Got on the waitlist at 9am, with a scheduled check in time of 9:48. Here on time and told 15 minutes at check in. As of 10:30, still 4th in line. Other folks just getting checked in who have been on the waitlist since 8am. Ended up leaving and going elsewhere. Probably need to dial in the online check in times and the times given by staff at check in if you want to retain your customer base. The menu had various options and the food was really good. The only complaint we had is we were crammed in at a table next another table that also had 5 people in it but the booth next to us had 2 people... they need to work on seating people's appropriately. The food is pretty good, but the past few times I have gone it was slightly cold and unfortunately the waitlist turnover is not very fast and is usually much longer than the suggested time of arrival. The service from order time to table has been equally long or longer.
