    Chicken curry sandwhich

On a Sunday morning the line moved fast! I was so happy to see that they had the chicken yellow curry sandwich available and it was delicious. So much flavor and the bread was so soft. They asked me if I wanted it heated up and I said yes! Which was a good choice. The cashier was so sweet and friendly so that made it a pleasant reaction. I also ordered an iced matcha and I was able to sub the whole milk with almond milk. I think the matcha was the best one I had from searching for a good one in the LA area. I'd make sure to come back here again next time I'm at LAX

This supposed to be a vanilla latte! $12 by the way.

The coffee sucks! Not hot enough. Is bland! Not like the other URTH Caffe's. Just don't. Everything is premade. No substitute on food like breakfast stuff. The menu doesn't tell you what the ingredients are. The two stars are for the hard working employees who were super nice.

Urth Café has always been a staple for anyone visiting Los Angeles. Not the one at the airport unfortunately. Let's start with the pros: Nice ambiance. Quiet area in the back at the Southwest terminal. Nice friendly staff. Clean area. Now for the actual coffee. They have a proper espresso machine.... Which they do not use. Their espresso comes from an automated machine and it is watered down. They still charge for a proper espresso. NOT acceptable. They do have oat milk but I didn't see any gf options as far as pastries are concerned. This is just one more thing to watch out for when traveling. Make sure they use the proper espresso machine before ordering!

I had a 5:05 AM flight from LAX, and once TSA opened the gates and got me checked through, I only had a little time for breakfast or coffee. This was the only place that was open at that time, so thank you very much for providing. The coffee was great. I got a breakfast sandwich, which was also very good, but extremely expensive and overpriced. I was honestly shocked at the cost of a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Next time I'll skip the breakfast sandwich.

If you've got an early flight, Urth Cafe opens at 4am. Their breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches come hot and toasty. It's pricey but hearty and filling! Once it opens, it gets busy since not many are open that early. Decent amount of seating. Customer service is okay but efficient.

Can't go wrong at Urth Cafe. Ordered my favorite Urth cafe salad and extra large Matcha. Very good vibes at this cafe. Ample outdoor seating. So many delicious coffees and pastries. Great menu. Thorough service from clerk taking order to make certain it was correct. Nice street to walk and surrounding area.

Before heading off on my trip to Honolulu, I stopped by Urth Cafe, located in Terminal 1 of LAX. I'm a big fan of Urth Cafe, so I was excited to have one so close to my airport gate. As one might expect, prices at the airport Urth Cafe are significantly higher than at their regular locations. I found my favorite Spanish Latte a bit steep at $7.65 for a medium, so I opted for their Coffee of the Day with a shot of hazelnut, which still came to $6. Taste-wise, the coffee was okay, but I could barely detect the hazelnut flavor, which was disappointing. Considering the extra shot cost about $1, not being able to taste it felt like a letdown. Overall, I'm happy to see Urth Cafe at the airport, but this location is definitely not my favorite.

Food was gross. Coffee is burnt. I would highly recommend not going here. My sandwich was on bread drier than mouthful of sawdust.

Each morning we went here, there was always a line almost out the door. They have a nice variety of items on their menu and A LOT of pastry options in display in their display case too. Each one looked delicious. One of my coffee-loving friends ordered an ice white mocha with strawberry cloud foam. She really liked it and would give it a 4.5/5. My friend who doesn't really enjoy coffee ordered the strawberry cloud matcha. She gave it 5/5 and said "solid matcha." My other coffee-loving friend ordered an iced hazelnut latte and she enjoyed it too, giving it 4/5.

That blue butterfly tea latte? So good, and so fun--it's the kind of drink that makes you happy just looking at it. The coffee's great too, so honestly you can't lose. But here's the thing that actually got us. The staff was warm and genuinely helpful--the kind of people who make you want to stick around. So we did. My friend and I sat down to catch up over coffee and looked up about four cups later realizing we'd basically closed the place down. And they were so gracious about it, not a single "are these people ever leaving" look. As an introvert who doesn't linger just anywhere, that says something. We'll be back. Probably soon.

The service was fast but not rushed. Immediately about to sit and put my bags down the server already dropped a menu off and a glass pitcher of water. The menu was pretty extensive but I went with the tuna melt and BOY it did NOT disappoint. The tuna melt was incredible. The flavor was on point, pretty hardy. I got the choice between fries or fruit and got the fruit. I don't think the sandwich took more than 10 minutes to get out. Fresh and hot. Had two cups of coffee, kind of wish I got something from the baristas- the drinks looked fantastic. 10/10 would go back. It's become one of our go-to breakfast spots. My usual order is the pancakes, bacon, and eggs. The pancakes are big, fluffy, and definitely filling. My favorites are the chocolate chip pancakes and the banana pancakes. One of my friends always orders the shrimp and grits, and on our most recent visit another friend tried the shrimp omelet and really enjoyed it. They also have mimosas, which are a nice treat after a long shift. The staff is always friendly, and despite how busy it can get, the service has been consistently good. The restaurant can get pretty crowded, but since we're usually getting off work, we arrive around 8 a.m. and don't have much trouble getting seated. The only downside for me is the pricing. Breakfast here isn't cheap, but I will say that I always leave full and satisfied, so the portions definitely help justify the cost. Overall, if you're looking for a solid breakfast spot with generous portions, good food, friendly staff, and a lively atmosphere, I'd definitely recommend giving this place a try.
