They did the job and the toilet was unclogged. I was also charged $200 more than the original quote. Apparently it cost more for them to snake?! Also , the plumber didn't bring a shop vac to clean up the backed up feces and toilet paper. I ended up having to use my own. Do not recommend these guys, and will not use them in the future. Replying to your response...my dissatisfaction is exactly as you spelled out. You don't offer the service to clean up raw sewage and claim to be a plumber. Very happy, very responsive, had a Kohler toilet I wanted to have the toilet seat changed, but it special inserts that first needed to be removed. Roman did a great job of being very careful to not harm the porcelain, which I learned is a risk. The area was left clean at the end. Great attention to that. My smoke detector at the high ceiling is running out of battery and start beeping every 30 seconds, very annoying. I asked several handyman and Roman responded within 20 minutes. The job requires a 32 feet ladder, he was very careful to move the ladder into the house, and used a blanket to protect the surroundings. He went up and down the ladder several times to make sure the smoker detector is working properly. He was a quiet man but very trustworthy. I highly recommend Roman. read more

Roman was fantastic! sent request for services last night via Yelp and Roman was the only one who guaranteed a flat rate for his services. I had been working for hours installing 1 of 2 bio bidets I purchased from Costco. Seemed simple enough but getting the T-valve connection between the underside of the tank and the rest of the assembly not to leak had me baffled after multiple attempts. Roman responded quickly with a flat rate quote once I described what I needed (basically fixing the leak I had caused which now rendered one toilet useless since I still wanted the bio bidet to work) and installing the other bio bidet on the master bedroom toilet. Roman came over the next day within a 1/2 hour of our agreement and fixed the first one with the leak seemingly within a few minutes!! I was blown away after the seeming endless frustration I self inflicted upon myself on Monday. He then quickly and efficiently took care of installing the other bio bidet on the master bathroom toilet. Only needed one extra hose to make it happen.
