I found this vendor on Yelp for removing the old drain stop/overflow and installing a new set. This vendor was very responsive and immediately asked for some pictures to do an estimate on the job. Other vendors will charge you money to just come by and do the estimate. They came back with a very competitive price for the job and also noted there could be some small risk with damaging the pipe. I understood that but I appreciated their honesty. At the end, I selected them. They came over to remove the old drain stop/overflow very carefully, trying their best not to damage the pipe. The old drain stop/overflow was very hard to remove. The plumber could not use the tool to remove it directly, so he had to cut the top slowly and carefully and tried for about an hour and finally he removed it. Installing the new one is the easy part and he did it with putty and made sure it was done properly. Overall, I am very satisfied with their work and would strongly recommend them for any plumbing job that you want to do. read more

Roman was great!!! Just like others on Yelp, we sent messages to get quotes for a project we needed done. With the pandemic, we waited to have it fixed. But we decided to have it done and so glad we did! We needed two faucets and two cartridges in the shower replaced. They weren't the first to respond to my messages, but when they did, they had seriously the best quote right from the beginning. No haggling at all! We did not feel like we were being nickel and dimed for the project. Roman came right on time, wore shoe coverings and mask. Very professional. He was very kind. Answered all my questions without being condescending or rude. In the past, we were loyal customers to plumbing care inc. I don't know why we stayed with them for years. We used them like 3 or 4 times. But we never had a good experience with them, but the price was good. But so not worth it! During the work, Roman ran into a few issues, but resolved them quickly. URV is an excellent plumbing company. They react fast, they text you so that you know when the plumber is on his way. The faucets they installed were ones that I purchased by Home Depot. After the fine install job by Oleg, I noticed that the handles were tight and squeaked. I called URV and they came out right away. The tightness of the handles was because of the way the faucet was manufactured. Oleg, using WD40 took the time to correct the problem. It took some time to get all four handles of the two faucets to work well. I really appreciate the diligence of Oleg and the whole company. I had a few little projects in my home that have been waiting to get done (replacing skin faucet, re-caulking my bathtub, changing out window blinds, and some other things) and thought that they could be DIY's. After trying to replace the faucet, I realized I'm not handy or skilled enough :D I reached out to Roman and he replied promptly with a competitive quote. I decided to go with him right away, and he came over a few days later. He was great! Very professional and knew exactly what to do. He covered his shoes with booty covers before entering my home, cleaned up after every single project, and was very pleasant to work with. Although my kitchen faucet was a challenge to be removed (very rusty), Roman was creative. He tried to unscrew everything but some of the screws were impossible to remove. He asked me if I wanted to keep it, and I said no. He asked if he could saw it off. What I envisioned to be a simple job ended up being a job I was so grateful Roman was able to help me with!
