I had moved over 2 months ago. I always wait to write reviews but include the immediate and delayed feelings. These guys came on time at 8:15 to the house ready to work. I had 2 floor house with 3 bedrooms/ large dining table set( all wood) large sofa sectional with ottoman. King size bed and queens in the other two rooms. Two TVs on mounts. Storage unit in the back yard. These hard working guys took everything in their truck carefully covering the furniture and fragile electronics in 3.5 hrs. It was especially hot that day. I made sure to get some snacks and water and I think you should too, if you use them. My new home was also two floors with a lot of steps. They were very respectful and placed all the boxes and things where I told them to. I noted that they just didn't just chuck it here and there as I have had with previous moving experiences. They reassembled all the beds, sofa perfectly well and were complete by 3 hrs. I don't think they even took a break to eat lunch. I have a 3 bed, 3 bath townhome and was on a very tight timeline--I needed everything moved out by 12:00 PM. Most movers weren't willing to take the job or required more people and higher cost. Mike and his team showed up and worked incredibly efficiently. We were completely done by 11:30--right on time! They handled my belongings with great care. Huge thanks to Emilio, Justin, AJ, and Raphael,they were friendly, professional, and fast. I expected the move to take 8-10 hours, but they finished in about 7 hours, which was very impressive. While they were moving, I started cleaning at the same time. My agent was shocked at how fast everything got done and how clean the place was! Mike was super responsive on the phone for setting up my big day for moving from San Diego to Irvine. He offered me the cheapest price among five other moving companies that I inquired. After two days of searching and comparing, I finally decided to go with US Eagle Moving. On the moving day, 2 movers (Mike and a helper) in a big truck arrived at our apartment on time. They came up and first did an inspection of all the stuff that needed to be moved. Then, they went back down to get wardrobe box and moving equipments ready. Timer started now! They moved in a quick and organized manner. One was wrapping my furniture and the other moving my boxes down to the trunk. About an hour later, Mike said the walking distance from the apartment to the trunk was quite far, so he decided to give me another helper for free. I was very happy and yes we live in the fifth floor and the elevator takes a long time to arrive. In about 3 hours, the 3 movers loaded everything into the truck. En route to Irvine, I was following their truck in my own vehicle. They did not make any unnecessary stops nor intentionally drive slowly. All men and my stuff arrived at the destination safely. Unloading was amazingly fast, which finished in an hour. Mike was mainly unloading the truck. The helpers followed my instructions very well. Since we just had our carpet steam cleaned last week, I kindly asked them to wear shoe covers that I provided when stepping into the house. I also asked one of the helpers to move furniture with me in the house. There were two electrical desks, ergo chairs, purple mattress, bed frame that they needed to carry to second floor. The two helpers were able to move them up without causing any damage. They were sweating like crazy but they didn't stop. All these furnitures were placed at locations of my preference. At the end, all three movers helped me unpack stuff from the four wardrobe boxes. The entire move took about 7.5 hours and I paid at a huge discounted rate for having three movers in the price of two. TL; DR, Mike and the helpers at US Eagle Moving are punctual, professional, respectful, honest, and caring. They also offer a very reasonable price compared to other moving companies. Headed down from SF to SD and got in a ton of traffic from a crash. the movers we had booked originally cancelled and we called US Eagle Moving about 3 hours ahead of our now 10pm(!!!!) arrival. They happily accepted the job and showed up on time. they unloaded our entire 15ft u-haul and SUV (including bed, dressers, couches, etc) in an hour. they didn't throw the items around either they were very careful and efficient with the process. Pros: They were available on short notice. Were kind and professional. They packed up my entire 1 bedroom and put in storage for me, then took it back out a few days after, when my new place was ready and brought it to my new place. Communication was clear both days and the prices were better than 4 other places I checked out and they moved quickly and there were no damages to anything moved. Mike and team were punctual, communicative, trustworthy, strong, efficient and hardworking! I heard about this moving company from one of my co-workers and always usually go with personally referred businesses for the reasons as stated above. They were able to accommodate a moving date despite short notice from my end. They have a giant moving truck that is more than enough to move a 2-bedroom apartment! They require a minimum of 3 hours service and offer a discount if you pay with cash. They will have 2 skilled movers that have the strength of 10 men lol. I moved from a 2nd floor apartment that did not have an elevator so they had to bring big furnitures down stairs but that did not faze them. They even wrapped up the furniture really well using blankets and plastic wrap. I had trouble using Zelle to send my pre-payment but Mike was understanding and trusted me enough to just pay AFTER the move was done with a debit card. We needed all our furniture moved out into a pod to paint the interior and install all new flooring. David and Justin were so helpful, courteous and careful with all our belongs packing up our entire house and then came back after all our painting and flooring was complete and moved everything back in for us. 6/9/24 - I used Yelp to locate a mover. I received several quick estimates prices to move a large refrigerator from a seller to my location. The average cost was $300-450. I choose this company due to the fast communication. They were able to do the move with in 2 hours or less. It was crazy. 2 gentleman and 1 truck. Very nice, social and didn't damage the sellers house who is remodeling or anything to my location. We paid a combination of cash and credit card. I would recommend. Final price was around $387. There is NO business entity listed under Secretary of state, CA The owner calls himself Mike Ali, his real name is Makhammad Aliyev. Cell phone. 619-335-6393. Other number 858-752-5051 I got a quote of $12,800 to move from San Diego, CA to Tampa, FL. I paid Mike $6,4000 to load the truck and when arrived in Tampa, FL, they had no one to unload the truck, the driver drove around for several hours to find someone to help him unload the furniture. The driver demanded the other $6,400 before unloading the truck. I paid the balance of $6,400. Stolen were valuable items that were originally put on the truck. Including: Computer, $1,400 (has all my passwords) 55 inch TV $1,600 Gaming Monitor $600 Dresser $800. Night stand $325. Weight Set $350 A trunk that had personal belongs including tools, electronics and personal items which cannot be replaced, pictures ect.. GONE !!! . SCAM. I watched them load our belongings on the truck, then they remove your items after they leave your home. You have no proof. The driver said he did not know what happened to these items. He said the truck was 800 lbs. Over weight. Then said he bypassed the weigh stations Mike offered me $500 for my stolen items. Makhammad /Mike is a crook, and should be arrested, I will fill out a police report, contact the Attorney General, BBB and any other regulatory agencies. These are VERY BAD people!!!! They will give you a blank contract with just an amount, they don't even have a Company name on the contract. He told me to take a picture of the contract then I realized he didn't even sign it. They will NOT tag each item so you have NO receipt for items that were loaded on the truck. You will be left hopeless. STAY AWAY !!!!! They DO NOT deserve even 1 star. Anthony G. I never thought I would find myself having to move during a pandemic... but US Eagle Movers definitely helped ease the process! They actually moved two of my other friends successfully so there was no question that we were going to use them as well. Scheduling was easy. I messaged through yelp first and then spoke to someone over the phone about our needs and the costs associated. Pricing was very fair and clear upfront. On the day of, I got a call they were on their way. They showed up exactly on time as scheduled. We had Tony and Yusuf. They arrived masked up and professional and friendly. We appreciated it all so much as we were exhausted from prepping all week for the move. Tony seemed to be the mastermind of logistically getting all the pieces to fit best into the truck. Yusuf was so friendly and you can tell he's smiling behind the mask. :-) Both were hustling through our move and so efficient! Seriously. They moved us in just about 4 hours. Amazinggggggg. Horrible Horrible. I wish i could give 0 stars. Two men came at 8:15am and weren't done till almost 5... for a little apartment worth of stuff. They damaged the walls and stair rail in the apartment we moved stuff out AND the apartment we moved into. Seriously? also my new electric bed frame got messed up as well. While getting things up the stairs one of the guys was complaining the WHOLE time!!! it's a QUEEN mattress??? ALSO they lost multiple screws to a dresser we needed. we gave them water and a good tip each and i guess that wasn't enough for one of them to not be unprofessional & rude to us. The way they talked to us too was very unprofessional and rude. I will NEVER choose this company again. read more
