This is going to be a quick review. My wife and I stopped by here for a quick bite. We got the Yellowtail Rose and Jessica Albacore rolls from the Signature Chef's Special section of the menu. Both rolls did not contain any rice. They used fish for the wrap, yellowtail and albacore respectively (hence the punny names, lol). The insides were packed dense with spicy tuna. They didn't hold back or skimp and for something that was bite size, it was hefty in taste and flavor. Both the yellowtail and albacore that were used as the "wrap" that held the rolls together melted in our mouths the moment it touched our tongues. The sauces were pronounced, but did not overpower the flavors of the fish or spicy tuna mix. The presentation was also as good as the food tasted, definitely worthy of a picture. The space was nice and felt very spacious. The servers were quick and attentive. We definitely plan on coming back for a proper meal rather than a rushed visit in order to try out more items from the menu. read more

Amazing First Visit! Our parents took us here for the first time, even though they're regulars--and now we understand why! We were visiting from out of town, and the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, inviting, and just all-around wonderful. Ok service, great food! We enjoyed our rolls and the prices were comparable to the others in the area. We had 3 different servers and it seemed like they didn't understand English. I was a bit thrown off by that but it worked out. I asked for 3 teas and they brought out one small tea pot with 1 tea bag and 3 cups. One pot filled up only one cup and 1/2 of the 2nd. The service was very poor. The waitress was rude and abrasive. We had to ask twice for utensils, napkins, and our drinks. The tuna in our roll looked dyed. The mango in my salad was soggy and the lettuce was wilted. read more

I tried Dragon and Samurai cut rolls which were delicious, with generous portions of unagi and neatly cut. The restaurant was clean, spacious with lots of seating and tables and had a welcoming vibe. Friendly and accommodating staff made the experience even better. read more

Very happy customer here. Was greeted as soon as we walked in. The servers are on it. Team work makes the dream work. Super clean inside. And the food was delicious. They have a unique presentation of their sushi which is different. I loved it. We ordered two rolls. R28 which is the samurai roll and R36 which is the jalapeño tempura roll. Utopia is brand new, and the restaurant inside looks very good. I know they are doing a soft opening right now but it was great to see some business in there already. 1. Something you should know is that Utopia does not have their liquor license yet, so you can't get your Beer or Sake just quite yet, they are however actively working on it. 2. Service during the whole experience was fantastic, they even let us try different items to pick what they should permanently put on the menu, what a great extra touch!! 3. The most important part, the food: Sushi was great, fresh, rolls were fantastic but I would stick to the sashimi. Thank goodness a great sushi place is nearby. (4.75) Ramen, tasted great, very mild in flavor and very creamy. You have the option to add multiple items to it. For me, I like to have a base for my ramen so I can add extras and various spices so it can reach my exact level, that's exactly how this was (4.25) Definitely some of the better Ramen you can get in the IE, and for a great price. If you're in a party that doesn't all want or like sushi. They can have ramen. Which looked really good. The service was good. Seems like they are still working out kinks. NOT AN AYCE LOCATION - This establishment opened roughly two months ago. Due to my last sushi restaurant opening experience, I decided to give this place some time & it was worth the wait! We went on Mother's Day and most of the tables were seated. We were seated within five minutes and given proper menus! No QR codes and the menu was beautifully laminated, not like the cheap ones that feel grimy. The service was exceptional and the food was good. Judging from other sushi locations in Corona, this has to be the freshest I've tasted. With only two sushi chefs, the food was delivered quickly with Beautiful displays! The location was clean and played good music. The walls opposite of the windows gave a hard glare from the sun so I can't imagine how it would be in the summer. We have been wanting to try this place for sometime. We decided to get some sushi and Ramen to go. Not always the best getting this type of food to go, but the to go packaging on the Tonkatsu Ramen was great, separating all of the ingredients. So first and foremost, I actually like the food here. The salmon belly is ridiculously delicious. I do not like the plate ornaments! I get that it's a presentation thing but why is there a huge deer statue and a large fake plant surrounding my 5 pieces of sashimi? Worse, I sat at the bar and watched these decorations get taken from a miscellaneous stock shelf. It didn't appear they were being sanitized between orders. It is just unnecessary when refined presentation can be achieved with sauces and edible flowers. I just ordered a pick up order and their fish pieces on their Nigiri are extremely tiny literally smaller than what they would give you at an all you can eat restaurant...terrible quality. A perfect place for lunch! My husband and I stopped by Utopia for sushi, as he'd recommended it to me because he had ordered from them before through Doordash. We had the Tonkotsu Ramen, the Cherry Blossom roll, and the Firecracker roll, along with an order of salmon sushi. Excellent service, casual and comfortable tables, and great vegan dishes! The vegan ramen is ultra satisfying and filled with fresh veg and seaweed. It's also not overly salty. The gyoza on the menu isn't vegan but the server said they make a vegan version that's not on the menu. I had it and it was fantastic! The spicy garlic edamame was insanely good. Just recently moved here from the SFV where I would occasionally order out Ramen when I wanted my fix and was hoping to find a good reasonably priced ramen place out here. Surprisingly, I was able to get a bowl of ramen, a side of garlic edamame & can of soda delivered from Postmates all the way down to Lake Elsinore!! WOW!! Discovered this new gem in the Bedford Shopping center next to Crumbl! The place was packed but we were able to snag the last booth. Love how bright and inviting the place is and the friendliness of the staff. Multiple staff members greeted us and ask if we needed anything as we're still waiting on the rest of our party. They were not pushy at all yet still attentive. There was many choices to choose from and two of my friends ordered the ramen bowls and the rest of us ordered a variety of different sushi rolls! They came out pretty fast and all I can say is Yummmmmm!!! Everything tasted so fresh and had lots of flavor!! I'm bummed we didn't take any photos of the delicious dishes...we were too hungry and excited and inhaled everything!! So happy to have found a new Asian restaurant in Corona! I have to update my review. We ordered chicken teriyaki, salad, gyoza, tempura and California rolls for family style dinner. It was all delicious. The sushi is a miss here for me but the cooked items were quite good and the dressing for the salad was delicious. The customer service is always 5 stars here, but the food is hit and miss. My favorite roll is the Corona roll. We have had a little bit of everything here, and sometimes it's flavorful, other times it's flavorless. The spicy is NOT spicy here. I'm a big ol' baby about spice, and it's just not spicy here. I enjoyed the spicy pork bulgogi though. It took away my craving for Korean BBQ. The place is small, but cozy.
