Something punctured my tire overnight and I called as soon as I noticed, booked an appointment for a tire patch, a very simple fix that realistically I could do myself I just don't want to, and waited over 4 hours before being turned away when I voiced my frustration at the wait times. They overbook their schedule and then get mad at you when you've been waiting, watching people come in after you and leave before you. The price is okay for a tire patch, but considering I waited over 4 hours, didn't get seen, had to go down the street ON A FLAT TIRE STILL to go somewhere where it's a little more, I'd pay the little more every time over dealing with dumb@$$, lazy @$$, inconsiderate people. The tech showed me a strange wear pattern on my front tires and a couple of patches I was not aware of, on a back tire. They recommend that I change out all 4 tires and to rotate every 3-5,000 miles. They fount that exact same off road tires for $75 less per tire than I found anywhere online. The 4 tires, mounting, balancing, install, and front end alignment happened in 3 hours on the day I first called for an appointment. The people are very friendly and kind. I could not have asked for a better first time experience. The waiting room was full of repeat customers. They also do inspections. I will absolutely go back again. I trust them.

Story time! My husband brought my car here because it was having issues when I was…read moreaccelerating/shifting. Scott said that he was understaffed and backed up but that he could probably take a look at it that weekend - okay no problem, we can wait a few days. A week later we called for an update and he said he hadn't looked at it yet but maybe this weekend he could get to it. An entire month goes by with my car sitting at this shop and now we can't get this man on the phone and we have gone there in person three times and no one has been there during opening hours. We call corporate and they say they can't get him on the phone either and they never know when he will show up to work, okay so why is he still in business? Not knowing what else to do, we leave a note on the front door telling him to call us so we can come pick up the car, he doesn't call us but he does answer the phone when we call him later that day. He says he test drove the car and thinks it's misfiring but he never called us to say what was wrong with it, give us an estimate on the repairs or do anything to repair it. He says he'll be there tomorrow and we can come get the car, we show up to get the car and he gives us the keys - the car won't turn on. That's funny considering the car had no trouble turning on when I left it there. He replaces the battery in the key, still doesn't turn on. He opens the compartment in the trunk where the battery is, it's filled with water and the battery is obviously dead. He replaces the battery which was not dead when I brought it there and charges us $260 for it, the car still doesn't turn on obviously because it's been sitting in water for who knows how long while this man has done nothing to repair it. We call another mechanic and he tells us to file an insurance claim, we do that and insurance tries to arrange to have the car towed but guess what? Scott won't answer the phone. They can't tow it without speaking to him first so we text him, call him, no answer. We leave another note on the door and 3 days later they're able to get the car towed. Now the car is at Audi being repaired but it's moldy from sitting in water for so long and I have a lung disease so I'm going to have to sell it after it's repaired and I'm going to have to pay thousand of dollars since the car is worth less than what I owe on it now. So, long story short, don't go here!
