Complete rip off. I dropped y daughter car off last night…read morefor an oil change and tire repair because her left tire has a leak. So they called me 30 minutes before they closed saying the car was ready for pick up. They said they couldn't find a leak and they just put air in all the tires and changed the all. Cool so I go to pick it up and to pay but I asked to see the paperwork. The paperwork said all the tires were at 20 and above. I know for sure her front passenger tire was at 10 cause we tried to fill it up at WAWA but the air wouldn't stay in. I also noticed the lady at the counter putting in numbers before she printed out my paperwork so I asked her what numbers was she putting in and she said the rotor thickness. I said how are you putting numbers in for that when you haven't asked the technician. I said now I'm questioning if any work was done on this car at all cause this paperwork is bogus. So the "manager" was like "so you're not trying to pay for the oil change?" I said I don't trust that the oil change was even done cause this paperwork isn't accurate. So he said well we're now closed so you either pay and leave or we'll call the cops. The cops were called!
