Can't really say how the service was. For some reason, I can't get an appointment for Kia Service near where I live because there's a 5 week backlog. Called this place to make an appointment and they were able to book in two weeks. This dealership is twice as far as the one near me. Drove down there with my wife following. Waited almost 45 minutes in line to see a service manager. Was told that their machine that fixes the AC was down. That was it. No idea when it would be back in service. Wasted 2 hours of my time on a Monday morning for nothing. On my way home, I booked an appointment for the dealer closer to me, but it's still 6 weeks out. Not happy. read more

NO NO NO and another BIG NO WORSE FUCKING EXPERIENCE EVER. My one start goes to Brondon :) 1) No discount available: the car I wanted was 56k the price went up to 58 to much the market value of the car then the discount lowered it to 56k. 2) $2400 extra bs like a GPS and nitrogen gas and painting that ARE NOT OPTIONAP... you must get it. Which increased the price to 56+$2400=58400. 3) The price is not negotiable, as Brondon stated, he cannot touch the price but he can decrease the amount of the extra bs $2400...he decreased it to 1500. That is it. 4) Game players. I ask for one thing and Brondon acted like he got no idea what I'm talking about. Which car oh thus one or the other one...oh you have a car to trad oh you have a....just bs and wasting time with Brondon. 5) Unprofessional, Brandon after he checked my score which was 675 he started acting Unprofessional. His voice tone changed, his behavior changed. But I said I ll get the car and I don't give a fuck about his Unprofessional behavior. 6) Brandon said they don't hold cars. I asked to put down $1000 to hold the car for me till next day and Brondon stoud up, looked at me down from the side and said NO more than 3 times. Knowing when he came to the office, I stood up, shake hands and smiled to him. Brondon should have been treating me with more respect just for ME standing up to shake his hand.... 7) Brondon at the end screamed and yelled and acted very improffessional. I responded back as strong as he was screaming may be even harder...his Unprofessiolism didn't bother me but I didn't have to go through this bad experience. I told him I'm a serious buyer and I was ready to buy, I traded my Maserati and going to sell another car to ge the car I wanted but he kept playing games and he did with the wrong person. Now I bought a brain New Mercedes, more expensive than 64k that Brondon was making a big deal about and I'm very happy I didn't buy that peace of shit car (38k miles and no oil change on the carfax report and MR Brondon was refusing to reduce the price huh...) Brondon, you refused to hold the car for one day and your coworkers keeps bothering me till after one week...looks like you ll be stuck with the V8 :) Brondon, you refused to hold the car for me??? Right....let me inform you that I did not even go to the Mercedes Dealership, I contacted my people, they send me a picture, I said yes on Saturday Night 8pm. They hold it for me (I didn't even ask) next day they approve me. Monday morning they brought the car and the papers to sign...I didn't even go to the dealership... Next time don't judge... WORTH THE DRIVE FROM SIMI VALLEY.......I have the biggest weight lifted off my shoulders now. Thank God for Kia of Van Nuys. You may refer to my other review of 1st Kia in Simi Valley to understand why I'm so relieved. I'll start with the AMAZING service I received from Ceaser right away over the phone making my appointment. He was polite, cheery and thorough. Upon arrival another service writer greeted me,I forgot his name but he was also happy and polite. He informed me they needed to spray the inside with disinfectant to protect their workers. I'll be honest, I freaked out a little. I was like but my leather seats!!! He assured me I should be fine very politely even after I heard a customer behind me chastise him for the wait for an oil change. He came to me who's freaking out about leather seats and all politely explained their ok. He then introduced me to Caesar who got started right away getting my car in. Asked if I wanted my car washed, I was like you'd do that, yes please! He got my cars info and mine in the computer told me my wait time and walked me to the waiting area and offered me water. My car was done ON TIME everything was great. They checked my tires and brakes. My car was cleaned and my seats were fine !! I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Beyond exceptional customer service! Horrible experience. Came in to trade in a Kia lease for a new lease and the sales guy helping gave me so much BS. Told me that the five scratches I tried to fix on the lease I'm returning would cost me "lots of money". Then he gave me some BS deal on a new car that I just walked out. Went to Van Nuys to look at the Kia Niro models on a recent Thursday. The website showed they had quite a lot in stock, but there were actually only 3. We had to drive to a separate location in a parking structure so see the cars. An LX, LXS and fully electric. The one we test drove, the LXS, was completely filthy on the outside, like it had been in a dirty rainstorm. The salesman did not have the keys to the cleaner LX base model. On the Kia website, the Niro LX base model showed a promo of $189/month lease for 24 months with approx $3.5K down. The numbers I was given - with my excellent credit - were $373/month with $5K down. Twice the advertised price. Needless to say I was very disappointed. I went home, and I did have a few follow up questions, so I called the salesman on the private number he gave me - and it was a wrong number! read more

DO NOT GO HERE TO PURCHASE A CAR ! They sell lemon cars and add extra fees to your purchase. They also lie on their website about having specific specs to the car that are not there. I bought a 2017 Kia Sportage back in January and since then I have had to take the car in to fix the alignment 4 different times. The dmv registration fee was quoted for a whole year, when I received my tags in the mail the month was still in September, so I have to pay double this year for registration. I had to purchase a new battery and front brakes a month after I purchased the car. After attempting to reach out and talk about the fact of the matter no one is able to fully give me true reason as to why this car requires so much work. I should've known when I wasn't able to test drive the car because the battery was dead to not follow through with the purchase. I was told I received a new battery at the time of purchase but had to buy a new one a month later ... Overall bad business and they need to be shut down. Also no one is available to speak to about all these problems when I call up there. read more

My car broke down on Thursday, I brought it in for overheating, etc. The problem was a coolant leak, COVERED under warranty. While I was there Jonathan told me to expect a call by Friday or Saturday, and after 5 days of no response, I called them. I reached someone on Monday morning who said Jonathan would call back in an hour. He didn't. I called back a few hours later to finally be updated about any information about my car. I picked it up today with NO general inspection done, my car is dirtier then when I dropped it off, THERE IS NO FILLED COOLANT, and I got the worst customer service. Most of these things can be overlooked right? The shitty service, my car being dirty?? BUT NOT CHECKING OR FILLING MY COOLANT? My coolant was left COMPLETELY empty. After the initial problem was a coolant leak from the water pump? C'mon. That's just shitty service. The ONLY reason I brought it here was because it was free. And honestly, next time I have something under warranty I'd rather drive an hour away to the next Kia than to deal here. What if my car overheated again? Kia wouldn't have fixed it. It would've been my fault when really they're too lazy to make sure a job is fully finished? Such terrible service. Will never come here again, and thanks for nothing Jonathan. read more
