Everything is spread out very nicely. Upon arrival we were greeted and seated immediately. At the time we arrived the restaurant wasn't busy at all, which was nice. Randy, our attentive server, greeted us as we were taking our seats and took our drink orders. My wife and I both ordered diet cokes to accompany our burgers. My wife ordered a hamburger and fries, and I ordered the chili cheeseburgers and rings. We were seated back by the kitchen area. I loved watching the cooks in action. It brought back wonderful memories of my decades in the food service business. After a short wait, Randy delivered our burger baskets to our table. Oh yummy, both of our entrees looked so good. My wife loves Al's home cut French fries, and I love their onion rings. Both of our burgers lived up to our expectations. They were AWESOME, just like homemade off the flattop at home. At least it is job security for them. Even if they don't want to take orders. I hope McDonald's does not turn all the stores into self-service. This Randol Mill location has an inside playroom, so it is busy with kids having fun. They are in their own area, so they do not bother you with the noise. The food was good, and the service was good. I tried the new Chicken Big Mac. It was not great, just marginal at best. Made sloppy for one thing too much lettuce. I did not like the double stack chicken or the extra bread that Big Mac's have. Plus, the McChicken is not very good on its own. I will stick with the Fish sandwich or the Hamburgers.
