My son 23 years old graduate purchased a GT500 with 400 miles in mint condition from Vegas Auto Gallery of Las V Vegas. He bought it in June of 2025 this year. He has never had a speeding ticket or anything. Graduated from TCU on an academic Scholarship he earned. Bought the car without my help. Unfortunately It has been in the shop the entire time. 6 months. It is covered with dust at Power Ford in Albuquerque if anyone wants to see it. My son took it to the local dealer Power Ford who replaced the engine and super charger on advise from Ford/Shelby and other electronic parts. It still is not drivable and sits there since June. I am trying to reach the owner of VAG direct, Nick Dossa because I don't think it was intentional but still a lemon. As a used car with 400 miles it doesn't qualify for lemon law protection. I bought a vehicle from here remotely. In case people do not know when a dealership sells a used car (especially one that costs more than the average price of a new car $50k) from a supposed " high end" dealership at retail price one the car should be presented and sold a certain way and in a certain condition. The vehicle I bought was sold and delivered as if I was buying it from a private party. They basically took the car in on trade, gave it a quick wash, (they said they did a full detail along with exterior and interior protection package ) swapped out the window switches and blew it out the door before the end of the year. Besides this there were parts missing from the vehicle one (safety item). I sent the salesperson, owner and GM the below is part of the letter letter outlining the issues, NO REPLY. This is not just another typical dealership it is far worse. Vehicle needs close to $4000 in parts ($1640 in missing safety equipment) to bring up to retail level. Upon arrival I looked the vehicle over. There was of course a small layer of dirt from weather during shipping. However, it was also obvious that the vehicle was not detailed and protected as your dealership mentioned it was going to be. Further, the vehicle has obvious defects, was missing parts from the interior. And showed two safety issues. When a vehicle is detailed on the exterior, Paint is decontaminated, polished if needed to remove minor scuff marks and wax/protectant is applied to the paint. Another protectant is to be applied to black trim etc. This vehicle only had protectant on the tires, black trim etc is dry. I then inspected the paint which after wiping with wet towel ( to remove what little accumulated during transport) should be smooth as you pass your hand over it, and bead water. The only part of the vehicle that displayed such condition was the hood. The roof has contaminants in the paint and the sides of the vehicle have minor scuff marks which would have been easily removed if the vehicle was actually detailed. The front grille had accumulation of dirt way more than what would be normal from the trip on the transport. Further, the chrome finish on the emblem is partially peeling where a sharp piece of chrome is protruding from it. If someone washed this area, (as there were supposed to during a detail) this sharp piece would have broken off. Now it creates an unsafe situation as if someone was to pass their hand over the emblem they would be easily cut. The interior further disappointed. The leather parts are clean however very dry (no way any protection was recently applied) The carpet is stained just in front of the driver seat (this would have been easily cleaned as well if the vehicle was detailed) There is accumulation of dirt and dust on the pedals and the area behind the pedals. In the trunk area there is a zip tie strap on one of the luggage holders which if detailed would have been removed. It is obvious that the supposed "detail" on this vehicle was just a quick car wash, tire dressing, cleaning and installing plastic liners on floor mats. There are some obvious defects on this vehicle as well. The center rear seat headrest (safety item) and rear cargo cover are missing from the interior, Other additional obvious defects, the driver seat trim is broken. The stainless/ chrome sill in the luggage area is beat up in a way which would be more than "normal use" for this type of vehicle, The headliner is sagging/coming down at the back of the sunroof opening. read more

My experience with Vegas Auto Gallery was positive overall. I saw a used Tesla on their website and decided to email them. We agreed upon a final price over email then scheduled an appointment to come in to their other west Sahara location. Everything went pretty seamlessly. I appreciate their finance manager Reese didn't try to upsell any warranties or packages because that's by far my least favorite part of the car buying experience. Maybe because it was a used car or the car was still under manufacturer warranty? Whatever the reason was, Reese didn't upsell anything. He was very fast and efficient with the paperwork. We just bought a 2019 Mercedes G wagon. It was a wonderful experience. We were visiting from Sacramento and had been looking at cars at home. The available inventory for the G wagon is very slim. He was very accommodating and got back to my texts/calls very quickly to address all of my questions. I have had to get some service done plus some additional aftermarket work and he has sent me to the right people every time. Purchasing the vehicle itself was a very smooth process, from Jesse showing me the vehicles I'm interested in to making sure the trade in/purchase was easy as well. He also made it a fun experience by dropping off the car at my house via trailer and making a video of it. I would give the dealership 5 stars if it were solely based on his service, but I wasn't impressed with the negotiating room of the vehicle. When looking to do business with anyone, aren't ethics and honesty the most important qualities? And when buying a car, one of the most stressful experiences, you expect these qualities? I inquired about a car on May 23, 2019, completed the dealership finance form and told the salesman I wanted the car. I could have paid cash but wanted to leverage a bank with a low interest loan since I have a high credit score. US Bank called me within 24 hours and said they could not process my form because Vegas Auto Gallery wouldn't call them back back after three phone calls and they were concerned with who this business was. When I called Vegas Auto Gallery and asked them to please call US Bank back, they claimed no one from the bank called them. I spoke to Cristeen in the Vegas Auto Gallery Finance Dept on May 25. She said she would remedy this situation on May 28, first day after the Memorial Day Holiday. No one ever asked me for a deposit, and the salesperson, Jesse, never told me the car was at risk of being sold. I thought this dealership was working on clearing up their bank confusions. Instead, they were busy closing the deal on this car with someone else. I don't know what to call it--greedy, lack of transparency, scummy business, weak ethics, juvenille communication skills? Fifteen days after my inquiry, on June 6, I decided to call and ask to speak to the owners, Ed Gaben and Nick Dossa. Do you think these stellar business guys would have the common courtesy to call me back? The Finance Dept said initially she didn't know their last names. Maybe these guys don't exist. Perhaps the Dept of Consumer Affairs, BBB Nevada and Yelp will get a reply from them. Find a more reputable place to buy a car.... read more

Buying a used car from them was a fun experience and I have bought several used cars before. Unfortunately, I can not recommend them, and will now only buy certified. Lesson learned. There's a reason cars are certified. In sum, the purchasing process was enjoyable, however, if there are any glitches that's when we experienced their true nature, and it wasn't pretty. I would not recommend their products, and if you do choose to buy perform a $1,000 inspection (oil change, compression check, etc.) and bring a contract lawyer. read more

So disappointed in how they handled our car situation. We made a deal on price and trade in and they asked me to sign documents to do purchase and said they would handle trade in later. I felt it was a little sketchy and when it came down to it they said they would give us much less than they agreed to. We even have it on a text trail but the salesman Blake said the Mgr didn't agree so he couldn't do it. What would have happened if I'd already purchased the super car. I guess that's how "car salesman" get a bad reputation. Dealerships like this that don't follow through on their word. I'd suggest going elsewhere... The car buying experience initially did not start off that great. My wife and I initially went to the Las Vegas Auto Gallery on Palms Center Dr. I was greeted by Jesse who I communicated with a day earlier. Jesse was nice and personable, but he was the Manager from the Sahara location. Jesse wanted to show me the car, but since it wasn't his lot he turned me over to a salesman (Steve). Thats when everything started to go downhill. My wife and I both test drove the car and he was texting the entire time while both of us were driving. He was not attentive and wasn't knowledgeable of the car we were interested in. There was also a mechanical issue with the car which he was trying to explain away by telling me it was just the battery. I informed him of exactly what it was because I've owned several makes of the car before. He then said that he will take it to the shop and have them scan it. When he returned I asked him what was the OBD code. He told me it was low voltage. I then asked what was the actual OBD code number. He couldn't tell me. I said to him that anyone can clear a code, but it will come back on when you drive it again which it did. My wife and I decided to leave and he told me he would once it gets figured out. KINDA SHADY! Long story short I get in contact with Jesse again and tell him everything that happened and what was happening. Even though it wasn't his lot he took over the sale. He had the car taken over to the Jaguar Dealership and had it checked it. Low and behold, the issue was exactly what I said it was. THE O2 Sensors!!! Jesse checked in with me everyday given me updates on the car. Once it was repaired he had the car returned to his location on Sahara so I didn't have to deal with the other guy. My wife and I test drove the car again and everything thing was great. Everyone at the Sahara location was awesome with great customer service. I've bought lots of cars over the internet sight unseen, but I've always bought them certified from an official dealer so I was admittedly skeptical to buy an expensive sports car from a dealer I knew nothing about. Jesse was my salesperson and was super communicative and appealed to all of my requests to get the car independently inspected as well as do some of the basic scheduled maintenance and was super accommodating to make sure everything was taken care of the way that I wanted it to be done (I live in NY and can't have tints to pass inspection so they even removed the tints for me, saving me this huge hassle and expense). I'm also admittedly a very well informed car buyer so I had him triple check a bunch of things and he did so without a hassle. Just a heads up, they do charge a dealer fee of $700 which is non-negotiable, so take that into account with your negotiations. Would have preferred that this was shared with me upfront rather than just seeing it on the bill, but this is a pretty common charge that dealers include and frankly one that I was happy to pay for all the hoops they jumped through to get me the car in the exact order I wanted. Overall, I was super impressed (and I'm a very skeptical buyer with very high standards) with their level of communication and professionalism. You're in good hands. read more
