Zack and Aaron were so busy but they moved as fast as they possibly could to get everybody's order out. And they kept good attitudes. Zach was especially upbeat and managed the situation so well. Communicated with customers and apologized for the wait. Everyone must have been getting their salads in before the holidays I guess and perhaps you were understaffed but these guys were working hard!! Definitely in the weeds but managing the whole thing, moving as fast as possible, multitasking, and giving great customer service. While food taste and value usually come first, the appearance (cleanliness) also contributes to the experience. I've read other reviews that share similar experiences, so this is not a solitary moment. Hopefully feedback helps, maybe owners/managers will see the need to react to concerns. Unfortunately, I will not likely return.
