    Classic Mac and Cheese
    Tamira M.

Spectacular spot for special occasions! I visited this restaurant for a friend's birthday, and the presentation of my meal was magnificent--the taste and tenderness of the tomahawk matched perfectly. The classic Mac and cheese was good too. The serving size was so generous that I enjoyed it for three straight days. The seasoning was perfection. Everyone in our party of six enjoyed their meals. Valet parking is available, but I parked directly across the street in a paid lot. I'll definitely return for the speakeasy experience. Be sure to check out this restaurant when you're ready to splurge.

Absolutely great experience! As I walked up, I was greeted and the door was opened by a gentleman in a black suit. I was sat immediately. There was no wait for my other party and we added an extra plus one at arrival. Very accommodating. The waitress was very friendly. She introduced herself, asked questions and answered any questions we had. There were three of us. We ordered the tomahawk, Chilean sea bass, Brussels sprouts, broccolini, bread pudding, fondue dip, fried mushrooms, blueberry Mai tai, and agave old fashion. Everything was amazing! The steak was brought out and cut in front of us. There were displays happening at several tables as well. After dinner we went downstairs to the speakeasy. We enjoyed shots that came out on a tray with lights and smoke! Great presentation. I believe there is valet but the lot across the street does not play with the fees be prepared to not park there or pay up front to not have overpricing. The food and experience was so good I didn't get many pics.

This was nothing less than a great evening. The had outdoor, bar, main, and upstairs seating. We sat upstairs with a party of 7 so it was more private. Our waiter was great as well as the bartender as I arrived early and started there for happy hour. The drinks did not disappoint and nor did the food. From the appetizers to dessert everything was well plated and delicious. I had the branzino and it didn't stand a chance. Started with the ponchatarian oysters they had a lil spice but were great. The valet is $25 which isn't posted anywhere and 20% gratuity is included on all checks, but service was still up to par so no complaints.

The restaurant is very cute! It's perfect for any occasion, date night, girls or guys night out, or business meeting. The staff was friendly and helpful and the service was quick without making you feel rushed. So to get into the food, everything was perfect! I didn't take pics of the seafood fondue but that was stellar, much like the Brussels. The Mac and cheese needed a little more pepper and it would've been perfect! The lamb chops have a nice kick so be ready for that. My cousin has the fried fish and she said that wasn't seasoned well but the collards and cornbread that came with it was amazing! The price point is what you'd expect but it's well worth it!

Food, service and ambience was all delightful. The oysters were a highlight, as were the steak and the crab fondue dip. I also loved the guava vodka old fashioned and my girlfriend really enjoyed the hibiscus yuzu marg. They played some great tunes during the meal and i thought it was actually very reasonably priced for such an upscale and delicious meal. One of the best steaks Ive had in a while, great chimichurri as well. I want to go back and try the desserts

Celebrated birthdays at SM44. The ambiance and decor are very grown and sexy. Perfect for a date night or adults only dinner. Everyone enjoyed their drinks and the food. Coincidentally we all ordered seafood. No one ordered the steak. But the sea bass was the clear favorite. Someone next to us ordered the prime rib. Plan to go back and order that next time. Definitely worth a try. It's not just a pretty face, there's (food) substance behind the glitz and glamour.

I went here to celebrate my friend new job and my other friend moving to Atlanta and I'm glad I picked this restaurant out now I will say a little bit pricey, but if that's how you roll definitely do what you do best let's start off with the service, which was amazing our waitress did a lot for recommendations and I trusted everything that she stated, and we tried everything pretty much on the menu. I will say there was nothing that I did not like I even liked the lobster mac & cheese and I feel like a lot of people in Atlanta can't can't make mac & cheese, but this was amazing and I will get it again. I think overall it was a beautiful environment very cute. I love the fact that they take photos and let you purchase them. The speakeasy was pretty small and smoky so did not stay in there at all. We pretty much walked in and walked right back out but overall, I will do it again if I wasn't paying.

Don't believe everything you read on social media. I saw a great video on social about this place so I decided to try it, even after reviewing the menu, pricing and location. I really try to support black owned restaurants. Unfortunately, this isn't it. The food was subpar. Service below average. The only thing I'd come back for is the drinks. This is definitely not high end or fine dining. This is 1/2 a step above a club for 21-25 year olds. A definite NO for me in the future. By the way, this IS NOT a black owned establishment! They lied. Sorry.

We were there celebrating our engagement, and they made it feel so special by decorating our table with rings and confetti to celebrate our love. Our server gave us so much attention and made the experience feel personal. Since it was our first time there, they took the time to walk us through some of the best items on and off the menu, and shared their favorite dishes. Everything was done with care. The restaurant was clean, the bathroom was amazing, and the food was worth every dollar. The short rib was so tender, and the New York strip was seasoned to perfection and cooked medium well just how we like it. The twice-baked potato loaded with bacon, sour cream, chives, and cheese was delicious, and the mac and cheese was so good. I also appreciated that they allowed me to order it without the roasted saltine crackers. I can't wait to visit again!

I also enjoyed the pulpit, thought it had a nice char to it and a good flavor. I really enjoyed my pork belly tacos! We came here last night to celebrate my sister's birthday with a large group. Unfortunately, the…read moreservice kicked off on a really sour note. Right when we walked in, the staff complained to us that we hadn't called ahead to have a "smaller, special menu" crafted for a large party. To make matters worse, they loudly announced to the whole table right off rip that they wouldn't split checks separately--only an even split. It felt incredibly rude, lazy, and unwelcoming. The irony is that the large group size wasn't even an issue; we staggered our arrivals and the patio was completely empty. The kicker- my brother in law ended up paying the whole tab at the end anyways! so all of that initial laziness & nastiness for NOTHING! Throughout the night, the service felt incredibly rushed and stressed. While we were still eating our appetizers, the busser was aggressively trying to clear our plates because the mains were coming. Our server was very short with us the entire time, which was confusing because the restaurant didn't even have a stressful vibe. She recommended a main dish to me that I really didn't care for, though I will say the salsa was unique and probably the best part of the meal. Shoutout to the one staff member who was actually friendly, but overall, this is not the kind of place where you leave feeling like you had a nice restaurant experience- at least I personally didn't.. Too bad we didn't just go to C&S next door which we always love. Regardless tho, my sister had a blast, but that's entirely because she has a wonderful crew of great friends, not because of Casi Cielo.

Combined with the exceptional service and beautiful ambiance, the experience left a lasting impression and made me want to return for another try. That opportunity came this past Sunday. I originally planned to stop in for a drink and the bread service, but my boyfriend and I ended up ordering the Caesar salad and the Lobster Risotto as well. The bread service was just as amazing as I remembered. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed the Caesar salad, especially the freshly grated cheese, which he said was incredibly light and airy. As for the Lobster Risotto, it exceeded my expectations in both flavor and portion size. The risotto itself was somewhat mild on its own, but once I mixed in the herb butter, it became absolutely delicious. The lobster itself was very tender and tasty, I loved it. I've officially fallen in love with Marcel and will definitely be adding it to my list of go-to dinner spots. The bread service, ambiance, interior design, and customer service are all outstanding. I truly appreciate supporting businesses that consistently deliver such a high-quality experience.

Our waiter was incredibly sweet and patient with us, especially since we were a little indecisive and had plenty of questions. The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and had a really nice atmosphere. I started with the lychee martini, which is easily in my top five lychee martinis I've had. The bread was a little underwhelming, but the butter made up for it. For my entrée, I ordered the wet-aged 16oz ribeye cooked medium, and wow -- it was phenomenal. Crispy on the outside, perfectly cooked, juicy, and served sizzling straight from the skillet. I got the green peppercorn sauce on the side, but honestly, the steak didn't even need it. For my side, I chose the Brussels sprouts with the delicious yuzu drizzle. I also sampled the truffle fries, creamed spinach, and lobster mac and cheese -- all were really good, but the creamed spinach completely stole the show. I will say the food took a while to come out, but they absolutely made up for it because everything tasted amazing. To top it off, someone from management brought complimentary celebratory lemon drop shots for the birthday girl. I'll definitely be dining at Little Alley again!

Late post‍ I was taken here for my birthday which fell on a…read moreWednesday. Valet parking. Dress code..... enforced by a fault( till they didn't want it to apply) on this day. My date had on a baseball cap...told it was not permitted, fine he took it back to the vehicle. Then told we could not be seated because he had on basketball shorts(he did not) they were white linen shorts by Lacoste and a Gucci Polo shirt. Nothing was said about his shoes just the shorts. So I asked, since it wasn't crowded outside(only two people) can we be seated out there.... which was where we wanted to be seated anyway. They finally agreed to that. Once we got over this hurdle... it was up from there! Welllll one big thing slightly angered, more so disappointed me... I'll get into that later. The patio seating was nice, nothing extravagant, pretty comfortable. The outside bar area was nice. Our waiter was such a gentleman, really nice, attentive, all around good service...hate I can't remember his name‍ Now the reason for a truly decent review: food... Cocktails: Kentucky Mules and French Connections APPETIZERS: Oyster Rockefeller and Roasted Bone Marrow SALAD: Baby Iceberg Wedge SIDES: Crispy Brussel Sprouts, Garlic Spinach, and Lobster Mac & Cheese Stars of the show: Lamb Porterhouse and Ribeye-aged 35 days Everything was delicious.... well my date wasn't crazy about the Bone Marrow(lol) By the time we got to our main course, we had gotten pretty full, so we didn't eat much. Y'all why we(he) forgot our foodit was on the table before I went to the restroom, when I returned it was gone.... I would say him and the waiter had the food under control..... sooooo who left the food?(I was the birthday girl) We did have a few bites of everything so we, had the memories of how delicious the main course was. There restroom was clean and spacious we know this is important Now let's get into my problem, disappointment, and slight anger.... I told y'all we weren't aloud inside because of the hat(he took off) and the shorts(they said basketball NOT) We're enjoying ourselves we here a little ruckus and see a small crowd... don't think much, besides saying, "well we know they'll be sitting outside with us if they stay". Glance over and see a few outside. Time passes, we see men with baseball caps, jerseys, t-shirts, and basketball shorts, come out to smoke....Oh no, I know good and well.... I go in to use the restroom, guess what I see inside.... everything that prevented us from being seated inside....The compliments I received saying how nice I looked, fell on deaf ears. Now don't get me wrong we wanted to be seated outside anyway, the problem was....the option to be taken away and seeing everything that prevented us was seen inside was a problem for me(remember they had to think about allowing us to sit out there). Mentioned what was seen to our waiter.... he says the manager or owner is from I believe Morocco or maybe Portugal and he was hosting them this evening. For us to still be there and being served, it was still business hours, so I hope y'all understand the problem I had..... The acceptance of the FIFI fans being in our city, who will eventually leave and we who will be here when there gone...WOW! I'll leave it all right there..... Just know this want be the location for us/me next time.
