    Absolutely incredible customer service and patience with me from the team. They helped me set up a business account and save thousands! they took the time to help me (and it took a long time because i was being complicated haha) and made sure everything was resolved. Ask for Zoey! Great team here and i recommend this store and switching to verizon.

    We are SO happy that our Sound Bar came in! This is a promotion with a very special price for signing up for Verizon home Wi-Fi. It's a very nice sound bar that's normally $499.00 we got it for $99.00 We excited to go home and set it up. Christopher helped us with this pick up.

Willy and Dylan diagnosed our troubles and they worked very hard and I applaud their tenacity and patience they exhibited while they were here. If there's anyone that deserves a pay increase, these two fellas should get one. It was a very professional experience. If I could find their supervisors I'd tell them myself. I've been told that there is an automatic email after any installation where I can respond, so remember that if you want to post a review. Every time I've needed assistance, it has felt like an uphill battle to get a clear answer or a timely resolution. Long wait times, inconsistent information, and a general lack of concern for customer satisfaction have become the norm rather than the exception. On top of that, the pricing has become difficult to justify. Rates continue to increase while the overall customer experience continues to decline. As a customer, I expect reliable service and support that matches the premium price being charged, and Cox has consistently fallen short. I've decided to switch to Wyyerd because I can no longer justify paying more for less. Hopefully Cox takes a hard look at how they treat long-term customers before more people make the same decision. I cannot recommend Cox based on my experience.

    T-Mobile has only 3 towers here, one tower has been down for months. I caller T Mobile and found…read morethis out. My connection here is absolutely horrible. T-Mobile said that this area is challenging. Meaning to me that they can not provide a reliable connection. Driving through the phoenix area my conversations on my phone drop, my GPS drops, no signal SOS status on my phone. Then goes back to LTE still as slow as dial up was. Inconsistent service here. I called T Mobile numerous times and still my service in very mint. My son has Version and has no problems here. With T Mobile tech support telling me they only have 3 towers and one has been down for who knows how long, saying this is a challenging area for them. As I see my service connections continue to be poor. I would not recommend this company for anything here. I am very frustrated with this service. I even got SAT connected with them , they telling me this will resolve my connectivity. Guess what maybe a little but not good enough to say yah it did. Still inconsistent and slow. SHAME ON YOU T-Mobile for deceiving me and saying you have the best coverage all over the USA when i signed up with you.

It did not quite register that this is able to be done via mail, as I promptly discarded the box and mailing label that arrived with my new phone. Alas, my snafu landed me a visit to this T-Mobile store. Despite being midday on a Monday, I barely had to wait. I was assisted by Ellis, who was excellent. He walked me through the process of resetting my old phone and was diligent to make sure that I received all of the verification paperwork that I needed for my records. Though I never love visiting T-Mobile stores, this was a great experience and Ellis was extremely great to deal with. If needed, I will be back!

Those hours came and went so I…read morereached out to my technician to make sure he was still coming he told me yes. then an hour later text text me to tell me he doesn't have the right parts and his boss will over night them to him and he could do it tomorrow. So here we are Wed and he just text me to tell me he got the parts but my appt has been assigned to another technician and my new appt date is 5/15th. I've taken 2 days off work now and they are asking for me to take another one and who knows if they will even show up.. I try to call customer service what do you know I can't get through. SCHOCKER! This service SUCKS!

    Rates less than one star. We had CM Wireless install DISH TV over a year ago and even though it…read morehas not worked as promised, we have tolerated the lesser inconveniences. But two months ago, the Dish Joey, in an upstairs room, stopped working 90% of the time. No Joey=no active TV. CM techs have come to our home multiple times. We are on our 3rd Hopper because as one tech said, "It's not unusual to have multiple Hoppers that are defective." With each replaced Hopper goes the 100+ recorded shows (which means starting over again). Ironically, even though our complaint is the Dish Joey, no tech has ever checked it because "it has to be the Hopper downstairs." I have written to the CEO of Dish but most likely we will be forced to leave Dish by paying the penalty fee for the remaining months of our contract as CM Wireless tech and their managers scratch their heads or someone there decides "Maybe we need to check the Dish Joey upstairs." Very frustrating response from CM Wireless.
