No stars due to extraordinarily bad customer service. I purchased a phone from this store (note they are not a company store) about three weeks ago. About a week ago I was having trouble connecting to the internet, voicemails were not showing etc. I worked with Verizon support for about 4 days. Their end conclusion was I needed a new SIM card or a new phone. They asked that I go back to the store. I made an appointment with the manager and went into the store. He ran tests and his end conclusion was that the phone was malfunctioning and that I need a new phone..now get this. He wants me go to the Apple store and get a new phone from Apple. What? I explained to him that I bought this phone from you and I paid you 900.00 for it. I would prefer to get the new phone from you. He says you are out of the 14 day window and at best he can give me a refurbished phone. Wow! I have been a Verizon customer for over 30 years. I have stayed with them because I thought they were the best. It is more important to me have the customer service than to pay less. In 30 years I have never asked for any accommodation. I am checking into AT&T and T mobile now. I cannot see continuing this relationship. I am going to say this store will take your money but they are not going to help you when you need it. Go to the store on Bellflower you will be better off. read more

VERIZON is definitely the best coverage to get and this store is the best place to get it. Every time I've gone in here since I first opened up my account and switched back from a competing carrier, I have had a great experience. There's always plenty of people that are ready to help and work quickly. They are smart and friendly and a fun group. I had and insurance claim recently and needed to transfer over my information to a new phone. Adrian took care of me and was extremely helpful to get everything switched over perfectly. Can't say enough good stuff about these people in the store. read more

Great help by Sal. helped damsel in distress who lost password to iphone, couldn't open phone, email box was 100% full. Took time with husband to craft workaround at remote location and cleared email box, received link to reset. Took lots of time. Very grateful. Previous bad experiences with this store led to Apple & Verizon company stores out of area. Very Happy will shop there now. Sal should be allowed to conduct classes for a fee as beta test for store to conduct educational classes for cellphone users needing help as technology changes. Beware of any "free gift" they give you. I'm stuck paying $10 a month for 24 months because a tablet was "free" with my new phone.

Just got my new iPhone today and Sal was a hugeeee help! He answered all the questions I have very polite and patiently! He put a lot of time to helped me out with the phone back up and stalling and explaining stuff. He's also very friendly. We have a little nice chat while waiting for my phone to back up. I was shopping for iPhone X on Verizon website looking to upgrade my older iPhone, found a great deal on Black Friday, but all iPhone were sold out, so i called this store and spoke with Sean, and specifically asked him if i can get the same exact deal That i found online , and he said yes, we can get you the phone with same deal that's offered on Verizon website, got to the store and asked the first available salesman if Sean is available, and it was him that i was talking to, and for some reason ,he knew exactly who i am and went to the back and got my pone, i was so impressed at this point, Then everything went down hill , as he was working on the upgrade on his iPad i kept asking him questions about pricing just to make sure everything match the numbers on Verizon website, My first question was: how much is my monthly payment going up ? he said about $25, that was the first red flag , since i should be paying and additional $20.83 every month for 24 months, when i asked him why is it more then the listed quote on line, he said: i added the warranty to your plan, He should have asked me first, i did not want it, i wasted so much time going back and forth to get him to remove it. I asked him if they can ad more megabits to my personal hot spot, and he recommended the mobile hot spot with 22 gigabits a month for additional $20 a month, he went and picked one up to show it to me, but the price was out of my range, so i told him i'll pass, but i don't think he ever listen to anyone , he started scanning the device like i wanted to purchase it, and again i told him i have to pass. long story short, towards the end he said $200 is due today, (another red flag) it should have been $85 (sales tax on the iPhone only) here's how the conversation went : (First, before i get started, Sean kept trying to insult my intelligence and BS me about everything) Me:Why $200? the only thing that i should be paying for today ( according to the black Friday deal online ) is the sales Tax! Sean:Yes, but you have to pay sales tax on the full price of the device. Me: i already know that, the sales tax on $899.99 is $85 not $200 Sean; umm, you're getting a case for the phone. Me: 1- i did not ask for a case, 2- the case is about $20, are you charging me $115 for a case? Sean, no , it for the bundle! me: what bundle? i'm only buying the phone! Sean, umm umm , it's for the mobile hot spot device. Me: i told you i don't want one. Sean: Umm, it's for the warranty. Me : i already told you many times that i do not want a warranty! At this point he realizes he can't outsmart me, so he asked the store manager ( that was standing close to us and listening to our conversation) if he can have a word in private with him, and the manger said: i already know what you're going to ask, the answer is NO! and the manager walked up to me and said, you have to bundle, and i told him i already spoke with Sean earlier on today and i was very specific about the details on Verizon online and he said that i will get the same exact deal that's online, then the manager said: we are not familiar at all with the online deals! it's black Friday today and if you wanna buy the phone at discounted price , then you have to bundle and spent $200 otherwise there is nothing i can do for you . ( how unprofessional, not to mention it's illegal ) Guys, Do your homework first before you visit this store, ask questions, you won't realize that you've being scammed till you start getting you fist couple of bills, then if you call them back, they will tell you that there is nothing they can do at this store, you have to call customer service to correct it, all they care about is adding stuff to your pan without your knowledge and getting payed, so so sad. Just for the record, The Black Friday deal was $400 off of iphone X Now i have to wait for another great deal like this one(if any popped up) I will definitely call the Verizon headquarters and complain about this store and also file a complaint with BBB, everybody else should! Update (11/28/2018) I receive a reply from Carla this morning asking me call to get more details about this review ( even tho I gave all the details In my review and I was so specific about what happened on the day I visited that store) so I called twice the number that she provided, the phone rang for about 20 times but no one picked up, not even a voice message or an option for me to leave her a massage, What is that tell you?! I took my mom to this location based on the reviews. Most experiences at a cell store can be frustrating with long waits and misinformation, but we had the best experience possible here. I came to this location to buy a new iPhone for full purchase price ($800), and to pay off my old iPhone under contract ($200). Unfortunately, I literally couldn't get anyone in the store to acknowledge that I was there. They needed only to charge my credit card and pull out a new phone, but they couldn't make it happen in the 15 minutes I was there. Very disappointed. read more

I felt tricked. They charged me extra $79 when I activated my phone here. It's called Go Advantage fee. If you go to a real Verizon store there is no such fee. Because this store is an authorized store, they have their own service fees. The way they charged me was very tricky. When I asked about this charge, he said "I waived you a phone set up fee and give you a screen protector for free, so it washes off". Well, I could set up my phone myself and I didn't want a screen sticker. At least I didn't want to pay $79 for a sticker. But when I argued, he said "you can return everything and go to another Verizon store, but you have to pay the $35 restocking fee" I didn't even open the box, he did!! Anyway, I'm not happy. read more

So we went to Costco to buy the new iPhone 8. Had it activated on Verizon. After 2 days of trying to sync the phone to the old iPhone 6, with no luck, we stopped by Verizon in Belmont Shore. My phone has been running funny the last few weeks and of course I was not happy about that. I walked in and Freddie greeted me immediately. I told him about my concerns. He was patient and kind, as I asked numerous questions, while he was trying to diagnose the problem. He took the time to explain to me about how my battery was being used for specific apps. I just went there today with a problem with my iPhone 6. Mindy not only took the time to help me figure out what might be wrong with it, but she also got my phone charged up and while she was doing that she talked to me about the possibility of a new plan and the cost of getting an iPhone 7 with a better data plan. She was thorough, patient, and informative, giving me many options if I choose to get a new phone or stick with the iPhone 6. Rarely have I gotten such great customer service. She did come from another store where I had also gotten great service working with a guy named Rudy. They obviously trained her well. Great job! read more
