We signed up for an international travel plan for our trip overboard but changed our mind and tried to cancel this plan before we begin our travel. We were told, "Oh, you have to call Verizon Customer Service, we don't do the plan cancellation here." The charge has already shown up on our next bill even though we haven't begun our trip yet. The bill balloons from $223.77 to $502.01 . If you still want to believe those 5-star rating then go ahead and experience it for yourself.
