I took my mom to get a new iPhone and Bianca, the sales rep was FABULOUS! We did not feel pressured and she took a lot of time explaining the options and packages and then helping her set up her new phone. We got in the car to go home and realized that the map application was not working through the speakers so we returned to the store. James, the manager, was AMAZING!!!! he came out to the car, helped trouble shot the problem and helped us download the needed app. He was kind, caring and professional. He spent about 15 minutes trying to work it out. As it turns out, it is a problem with the Carnot the phone but at least we have an answer. The entire experience at this location was horrible from beginning to end - terrible customer service, lack of employee to employee communication/teamwork/accountability, poor training and knowledge of plans and services provided by Verizon, and an extreme lack of professionalism. The caveat was when our customer service representative got frustrated and stormed off to the staff room because we were (his words) "pressing" him with too many questions. All of our inquiries were simple (i.e. phone availability, plan discounts), Verizon related questions that he nor his coworkers could answer. After he stormed off and we realized he was never coming back, We spoke to a manager who was just as unapologetic, naive and unaccountable as his employees. We had enough and just walked out and left with nothing - no new phones or answered questions. Just a huge waste of time. We went home and got everything we needed (and then some!) via website and a phone call. I highly recommend going that route but if you prefer in-person transactions with decent customer service and a knowledgeable staff (like we used to), I would avoid this location because you're not getting it here. read more

I have given this store multiple chances and every time I leave I am highly disappointed with the customer service they offer. The representatives are very condescending and rude. You would think if you are buying such an expensive phone and service from them that they are making commission off of that they would be nicer to you and not give people so much attitude. My wife and I have had AT&T for more than 10 years. Customer service there has been horrible. The final straw finally happened so we decided to port our numbers. Justine Cooper and the staff did a great job today. I bought an iPhone 11 Pro Max last Black Friday and got a great deal. Then Microsoft announced the new Surface Duo, with a $700 trade-in program. I was having problems trying to get text messages working and contacts imported from iPhone to Android. She got everything working with a very cheery attitude in less that 1 hour. I was done and out. Store is clean and adhering to Covid-19 regulations. They are really good at handling rowdy customers! If you get the opportunity, I seriously recommend that you look for Mr. KRISHAL MAHARAJ to be your Verizon representative. He knows the products and the workarounds of the system. He will adapt to YOUR needs. I usually need to allocate over an hour of my time if I'm visiting any Verizon-esque store, but with Mr. Kris, I was done in about 20-25mins. Amazing. Verizon has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. For the past 5 months I have been dealing with them over charges and phones I did not authorize on my account. And every month I call or chat with a customer service rep and they promised me that everything has been taken care of, There are so many other phone companies out there, I suggest you go to one of them. I have been a Verizon customer for decades and to be treated like a piece of crap was just totally uncalled for. I am now researching other companies. Your Feedback: Very poor customer service and closed an hour early. I got off work at 5 and headed to the Verizon in Delta Shores shopping center. I wanted to upgrade my phone to Apple 13 Pro as well as upgrade to Apple watch and purchase other accessories needed. I checked the time and they are open until 7. So I arrived at the store at 6pm excited only to come up to the door and see a sign on the door that says "temporarily closed" and listed another store to visit. I saw two gentlemen still walking around in their uniforms closing up the store. I knock on the door to get an explanation as to why they were closed early. One gentleman came up and could not explain why just said "We're closed." Other customers arrived and they were shocked that the store closed early. Even an elderly lady only needed to pay for her phone bill and needed assistance. I waited until someone walked out and one gentleman did. I wanted to ask something and he replied "I am not the manager, you can talk to him." I waited another couple of minutes, the manager came out and just wanted or seemed to ignore me when I asked his name twice. I have been a valid customer for over a decade and just wanted an explanation rather than nothing.I felt like I was not valued customer or a person. I dislike having to post this review such as this, but this customer service experience was something that really bothered me and I wanted to share because I would not want anyone to go through this. read more

I came in twice to take get help with a $250 rebate that I received a few weeks before that eventually learned after many attempts at redemption was spelled incorrectly. So entirely their fault. Hey mistakes happen, how you handle them is what matters. They really did not care. The first guy that helped me, Nahdir I believe, just called the customer service line, told them nothing re my situation and the I was on the phone hours in the store trying to work it out. Then I let Bianca know what was up as she is the one who had given me the wrongly spelled rebate code and she could have cared less too. Finally I asked for the manager, Justine, who rather than accepting responsibility for the mistake , wanted to pass the buck to another department to rectify, and then gets surly with the customer service gal on the phone because she recommends that the store cover half the cost of the rebate. Justine could have cared less. What should have happened is they should have apologized profusely and said our bad we'll handle this now. No worries. Not even close. I was there close to 4 hours. Will never go back. You are better off calling customer service than going in there. read more

Made a return to Verizon here... Had to leave when they tried to abolish unlimited data. After 3 years with the other guys, they welcomed me back with open arms and great deals. I have no idea who the manager is at delta shores Verizon. I went in with a lot of issues on my iPhone. Oddie the specialist was not able to help me or even listen to my issues. I had to keep repeating myself. Another customer of color had her negative input and into my business. I should have asked the customer if we could trade customer service representatives. My point is Oddie the specialist had very little knowledge of customer service. He was not helpful. read more

They Went Above And Beyond To Show Me What Accessories Worked With My Pixel Even The Managers Helped Me. Omar Played My Favorite Song On The Google Home Max Which I Bought And LOVE!!! I went back on 12/29/20 to exchange the phone for a different model and this time Krishal Maharaj helped me. He too was very helpful and informative. I stopped in to look at iphone cases since mine was damaged. I walked in to see two women who worked there. One was on the phone wandering around the store. She was near me, looked at me but no acknowledgment of my existence. The other employee may have been busy with a customer, also looked at me but again no acknowledgment. I looked at phone cases for about 10 minutes occasionally making eye contact with the 2 employees. No acknowledgment. When the one on the phone near me finished her call she disappeared entirely! If someone had just simply said to me, "I'll be with you as soon as possible", I might have stayed. Who knows, maybe there was a case they might have known of hidden away that I would have liked. But their inventory was dull and not what I was looking for. Someone needs to give some customer service training to that bunch. I'm a Verizon customer but I won't bother with that location again. I'm giving this store one star just so I can post this. After my experience, however, they don't deserve any. read more

Just wanted Verizon Management & all their clients to know the wonderful experience we had with Specialist PHIL DAO at Verizon, Delta Shore Branch. We had a 3-year-old Samsung Note 8 which suddenly displayed "internal memory" full with unknown reason. Initially was given instructions by Delta Shore to text for tech support. When problem was unresolved, was referred to Samsung Care, who was able to fix part of the memory issue but unable to perform "factory reset" and phone is still malfunctioning. We were asked to mail phone back to Samsung for diagnosis. On 3/6/20, we happened to pass by Verizon, Delta Shore & planned to go in to keep them in the loop. So happened we bumped into Specialist Phil Dao. Apart from courteous & patient listening to our story, he was extremely knowledgeable & helpful. He was able to resolve our issues & reset phone in a short period of time. Now the phone is working like new. Big thanks to SUPER DR PHIL! We hope Verizon have more staff like him. read more

Terrible customer service. We described intended use to sales rep, who sold us a device. Told us return in 14 days, did not mention $50 restocking fee. Device could not perform intended function. Tried to return device and was charged restocking fee. Manager Justine not willing to help and hid in back rather than helping resolve the issue. Wasted our time and charged us $50 for it. read more

I've been a customer for some time now. I still don't like walking into the Verizon stores. It's the same as a dealership! Can I just walk around and come find you when I'm ready? After being asked what we were looking for I replied just looking around. Proceeds with more probing questions like what service do I have and the deals going on... can I just look around? I understand customer service. I also understand personal privacy. If someone tells me there looking around I don't bombard with questions. Politely let them know where I'll be when they are ready or if they have questions on promotions or anything else. After deciding on the phone she asked bout the case and protection which is fine I get the whole accessory aspect of asking but when I refused and done and paid waiting on the receipt Another employee continually suggested the cases and protectors. I felt somewhat almost pressured to say yes. Don't get me wrong though. The employee was helpful and answered my questions. The promotions she offered were confusing. Maybe offer an easier explanation of it? The other employee was a little condescending when I said I had phone case for it. Look this is my experience. Go and check it for yourself.
