We love this place for vegetarian options. We usually get the falafel in the Mediterranean Bowl. It's got hummus, broccoli, pita, and other veggies as well. The price is a litttttle higher but I always leave feeling good, not gross, which is worth it for me. read more

Needed to find healthful place to eat on Father's Day. Dialed this place up also due to its proximity to the Olympic Village. This is a cafeteria style restaurant (restaurant prices with cafeteria service) which seem to be used at many locations to maximize profits. Two of us ordered the trout, however when it was delivered the trout had magically turned into salmon. I probably said salmon, when I meant trout. I need to carry a writing pad, and make signs to show them in order to get that right next time. Squash was over seasoned, but a generous portion was given. Potatoes were perfectly seasoned, and also were generously portioned. The salmon portion was dwarfed by the other items on the plate. Prices are consistent within today's market for healthful food at a hip restaurant/cafeteria. read more

I ordered the pulled pork plate with macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes. The food was exactly fine. In my opinion, the food had no real character. The pulled pork was good, but didn't have any sauce, and adding sauce wasn't an option through DoorDash. Once I added some from my fridge, it was pretty good. The mashed potatoes were fine. A little dry, but you can spice them up from your own kitchen (although the reason I order out is so I don't have to spice anything up). The macaroni and cheese was the most disappointing. Initially I wasn't sure the noodles weren't bare. The watery, thin cheese sauce didn't stick to the noodles at all and instead flooded the rest of the plate, but because it didn't have much flavor, it didn't affect much. I know this may sound harsh, but I'm hoping the powers that be will receive this as constructive, if sharp, feedback. read more

"Wow" is all I can say! I love going into restaurants with high expectations and leaving with those expectations met. I can hardly think of any negative things to say about the vibes or the food! The employees were friendly and knowledgeable and the ambiance, clean and hip. I ordered the Hash Hash bowl and my brother who was with me, ordered the protein plate with the braised beef. Both were delicious and the accompanying sides were fantastic. My only feedback is that since this restaurant is fairly new and the concept is untraditional, photos of the food would be great. When I arrived, they greeted me with a "Hello". Hmm, either this is the start of something good or they are going for a cover up with pleasantries. I decided to try Falafel, i.e., something that contained things I don't know anything about or can't pronounce (fafalel? Feloffall? ....) It has chickpea fritters, made to order. Made to order? Should I order rare? Welldone? Burnt? They didn't ask so neither did I. Spiced tahini (what is a tahini?) and micro cilantro. Is there macro cilantro? Time for Google search: Micro Cilantro is a young, tiny, edible version of the well-known herb (how come I didn't know about it?) and is harvested approximately 14-21 days after sowing. Now I feel guilty about eating something young and tiny. I get to order two sides. Side #1: Sesame Soy Cauliflower. Hmmm ...is this sesame with some soy and cauliflower or maybe a bowl of soy with a little sesame and cauliflower to add substance? In any case, I'm on an adventure so I'll try it. Side #2: Family Roasted Brussel Sprouts. Now I'm feeling really bad. This was a family of brussel sprouts that got roasted. I can see why they greeted me with "Hello" to butter me up before providing a visual of young, tiny Cilantro plucked from their home before reaching maturity as well as a happy family of brussel sprouts being thrown into a fire. They need to work on their presentation a bit. I brought everything home and laid the multi-course dinner out on the table for my wife to savor first bite of the distinctive cuisine. My wife thinks it's a privilege to be served first but (circle-of-trust) the real reason is to watch her closely and if she has an ugly, twisted expression of disgust, well, I just conveniently skip over that item :-). All in all, there were no grimaces and we finished everything down to the last member of the brussel sprout family. Other than a little feeling of guilt, I'd give it a solid thumbs up. read more

Well, this was a nice surprise! Finding a place to eat when traveling with my family of 8 is always a challenge. Vessel saved the day! A broad menu of protein and extensive organic vegetable offerings allowed everyone to something that they liked. Having addressed the issue of meeting everyone's diverse desires we were surprised by what arrived at the table. The chicken, fish and beef options were all cooked perfectly. The sides were even better. And finally, the portions will meet the needs of even your teen aged challenges. Great spot - we will be back! read more

Vessel Kitchen is the go-to place for our family of six. Every time I go, I always buy chicken breasts to go for the whole week of feeding the kids! They're so juicy and delicious! Our favorites are the med spread (best hummus and pita chips I've ever had), the insanely good salads with beets and miso couscous, carrot ginger dressing, and of course the poke and the trout. Today I tried the burrata mozzarella and it was perfection. Everything is always super fresh and we are so grateful that we can get healthy AND delicious food right here in Park City. And so reasonably priced! Oh and even the little kiddos in our family devour the Mac n cheese, falafels and red bicycle bread. The portions are SOOOO GENEROUS TOO! Infinite Variations, Healthy, Tasty, Quick! I wish we had a Vessel Kitchen in my neighborhood at home! Now that we've found Vessel in Park City, it's our go-to for quick ,tasty, healthy meals! Most of what we order is salads/bowls, and there are pita bread tacos that I hear are tasty, but the routine is... PICK a base: I usually pick one of the salad greens), PICK a protein: awesome roasted or braised chicken, other meats or trout+ there's probably a vegetarian option), and PICK abt 3 Add-ons (this is fun): several roasted veggies, legumes, grains , etc. Dressings are tasty, and there are probably 6 or so to choose from. They assemble your meal as you cruise along watching, then you can PICK A DRINK: Sparkling waters, kombucha, and Kombucha on tap. ADD A COOKIE- ok, that's less mandatory, but they've got sizable cookies that look freshly baked, and after selecting whole, unprocessed foods for your delicious meal, an occasional cookie is allowed. My ONLY gripe about Vessel is that customers are required to order food BEFORE they've seen how amazing the options look. Only after you place your food order does the process take you past the glass-shielded food choices, at which point it's too late to change what you've ordered and add stuff. (You know, how at Chi**tle you walk past the options and select, based on how enticing they look). All in all, a great, quick option for healthful food that will fuel your Park City adventures! read more

I waited a good few minutes for a to-go box while multiple employees were carrying conversation amongst themselves. You can tell this place is likely a family owned business by folks who don't understand the accommodations needed to be made by people in the restaurant industry. We likely won't be back. I have always enjoyed Vessel since they opened a few years back. During the shut down my family and at least once a week would get the family dinners to go and appreciated their curb side delivery. The roast chicken is fall off the bone delicious as well as the mac and cheese and cucumber salad. I really appreciate that continue to require masks. This is sheer Perfection! I have no other words. I ordered the Falafel flatbread (slightly toasted naan flatbread with all kinds of goodness) and a side of lemon miso duo which is broccoli and cauliflower with lemon miso and spicy granola). The portion was a good size; two medium sized falafels on some nice toasted flatbread. The presentation was beautiful and the taste was perfection.
