Victory Sandwich bar is always a win for me. The sandwiches are resonably priced ($6-7) and come with chips. If you're hungry, I recommend getting two. For me, one is perfect to enjoy to have a little something on my stomach before gulping down their (world famous? or atleast Atlanta famous!) jack-and-coke slushies! The patio is perfect and the place is right on the beltline. There is also indoor seating as well to enjoy. They have a small parking lot, but there is quite a bit of free street parking nearby, too. It's an 'order a the counter' and find a seat kind of place, but there are a few folks that walk around to see if you need anything else. I personally love the tea-bird. My friend had the texas chainslaw massacre and enjoyed it. I've previously had the pimento cheese dip and enjoyed that too.

Vibe: 7.5/10 Service: 8/10 Value: 5.5/10 Hambo: 7.25/10 - the bread is delicious, just wish there was more prosciutto House salad: 8.7/10 - I always love this salad Overall: 7.39/10 (3.695/5) [To clarify our review system: 10 = we'll never have anything else as good as this in our lives (we use 10 very sparingly!) 9 = extraordinary 8 = great 7 = above average 6 = average Anything below 6 is being critical]

Wasn't sure what to expect, but definitely go prepared that these are not full size sandwiches for the price but if getting two of the six dollar sandwiches is definitely could complete a meal. Or you can get a sandwich and chips or a side to balance it out. I appreciated our server, giving us that heads up in advance of ordering because otherwise I would've been pretty disappointed lol. My buddy and I went and I got two sandwiches (Tea Bird and Bahn Mi) as well as the potato salad. The potato salad was not what I expected, but it was uniquely different. I really enjoyed the tea bird a lot and the sweet tea mayo with something I've never tried before, but I liked it! The service is pretty quick and the vibe was pretty chill there. It was a little cool that evening, but definitely will be nice to sit outside in the future.

Love their patio and sandwiches. They rotate their sandwiches on the menu regularly, but the little Havana is consistently on the menu and is my go to

Great place! Great food! Great service! Great vibe! Went for lunch with my daughter and my Shiba. The location was clean and convenient right near the belt line. I enjoyed the Diplomat and Hambo sandwiches along with a pasta salad. My daughter enjoyed the Diplomat and the Victory at Sean sandwiches along with the Ramen. The sandwiches are half sized and come with kettle chips. They are super inexpensive and tasty. I also enjoyed a nice whisky drink (Summertime Clothes) and she a vodka drink (Beautiful Girls) I believe was the name. Very pet friendly with outdoor picnic table style seating with a welcoming environment for your dog. They even had little bowls for your dog to enjoy a cool drink of water. There was a nice looking bar inside and a ping pong table in back. Fantastic prompt service with a courteous staff. We will surely be back!

This may be my new favorite place to frequent. I had no idea it was a sandwich bar and I absolutely love a good a sandwich. I love the atmosphere of this establishment. It a chill down to earth vibe and they also have a Photo Booth located by the restrooms. My only *coaching moment* would be to place mirrors in the restaurant. There aren't any mirrors anywhere to be found and the gworls needs a mirror.

This place was great and very low-key. If you're looking for a small dinner it's a great place to try little slider sandwiches and get a variety of great flavors. I tried the chicken sandwich and the beet sandwich. The chicken was definitely my favorite and very flavorful. The beet sandwich was a little harder to eat and less cohesive since it kept sliding around between the buns. The popcorn flavors are really great too. Service was fast, it wasn't too crowded and I would definitely try this place again the next time I pass through ATL.

Visited Victory this weekend after seeing in a review somewhere that they have GF bread. I was skeptical as it's not listed anywhere on their website/menu, but I was SO excited to find out they can make their sandwiches GF! The Hambo was amazing and even bigger than I expected for $6?! And best of all - the bread didn't fall apart when I picked it up :') My boyfriend had the Tea Bird + the Brisky Business and was raving about them the whole time. Note that the Tea Bird "packed more heat than expected", as it has ghost pepper cheese! He also enjoyed whiskey coke slushies, they only have one size on the weekends and it was $6. We will 100% be returning. Wowowow.

Holy cow this place rocked!! Excellent price for sliders that were shockingly huge. I got a kimchi one, a brisket one, and a home run arugula pesto slider that I took one bite of and saved the rest for my last bites. Seriously so good. They have cute lil frozen coke and jack mason jars that warmed my millennial heart. A cool place to hangout after work or some where to bring out of towners

VICTORY IS MINE... easily one of my favorite spots to grab a drink and snack off the beaten path, aka the Beltline. But I'm willing to share! I'd been to the Decatur location many times and heard there was this second one but only visited after my friend lured me in with the temptation of Topo Chico cocktails. Parking isn't easy. But if you're coming here, definitely recommend taking an Uber/Lyft. Otherwise, there's some free parking on the street nearby. There's plenty of indoor seating, but I prefer their covered outdoor seating because it's the epitome of dog friendly. If you don't see a dog outside, something is seriously wrong. I haven't seen the Topo Chico cocktails in a while but one drink that is always on the menu is the Whiskey Coke slushies (I was today years old when I learned they're not called Jack and Coke slushies like I've been calling them all these years YIKES). You haven't REALLY been to Victory Sandwich Bar if you haven't had one or 10 of these. You can get them small or large and even if you're not a big whiskey drinker, you will LOVE these, especially on a hot day. Pair it with some popcorn or a fresh chocolate chip cookie and you've got yourself a party. Can't wait for the summer (aka for this pollen season to END) so I can enjoy a Whiskey Coke slushie in the hot Atlanta humidity.

Ugh I forgot how much I've loved this place. Such a cool spot for awesome bar food and drinks. They've since expanded and added a tented outdoor area with tons of picnic tables but that means less parking. On a busy night, this area gets crowded especially with other businesses around. The two things you ALWAYS need to get here are their Jack and coke slushie (just as it sounds but it's heavy on the Jack let me warn ya) and the pimento cheese jar (shareable portion served with crostini). Their sandwiches are more on the petite side but everything is always on point. Service here was great during this visit. We brought our newly adopted dog on this adventure and one of the servers gave him love and even free chicken!

Bahn Mi, Pizza Sandwhich, Tea Bird, Little Havana sandwich, ramen
    Alison L.

Nice casual atmosphere with ample outdoor seating. Service was quick. We got the Bahn Mi, Pizza Sandwhich, Tea Bird, and Little Havana sandwiches. The Bahn Mi was flavorful and delicious. The Tea Birr had a unique sweet tea aioli. The Little Havana was the most hardy. The Pizza sandwich was our least favorite but still good. The ramen was more of a dry noodle pad Thai and was a bit bland.

The portion size was generous, which is why I'm giving 2 stars, but the flavor was pretty average and didn't justify the price. The biggest disappointment was the matcha. For an $8 drink, it tasted mostly like milk with very little matcha flavor. We politely asked if a bit more matcha could be added, and the response we received from the employee was surprisingly unfriendly. To make matters worse, the matcha wasn't freshly prepared or whisked, it appeared to come pre-mixed from a squeeze bottle, which felt disappointing given the price point. Overall, I don't think this café lives up to the hype. The portions are decent, but the quality, service, and value just weren't there for me. Unfortunately, I wouldn't return.
