Most of the restaurants on the drive are all about loud ambiance, drinks and hookah . The food looks appealing but taste is not up-to the mark. I will definitely suggest this place or any other on the strip here for drinks, hookah or just fun hangout but to my disappointment , the food especially chicken cooked in enchilada was hard and dry. Fettuccine pasta was yummy but less meat in it compared to cheesecake factory where we had the same pasta. (Thats just for reference) Seafood dish was a large portion but the rice were undercooked. We ordered just one margarita and I specifically told her to go easy on ice but in a $15 worth virgin majito there was just $2 worth drink. The taste was perfect though so at least bartender knew what he was doing. I barely give lower stars just because there is still customer service and other things to consider. Here , when the person came to clean our utensils and we mentioned why we left the food in plates, he went to the extent of saying that "oh you guys from india, thats is why you didn't like italian food"" Now that was really really rude. Anyways , i even found the place over rated for the cost of dishes but i guess that is what a typical tourist place thing.

We were out and about one morning in South Beach and decided a Bloody Mary sounded good at the time. So we strolled up the street while trying to decide on where to go, but we ended up letting one of the tourist trappers of Ocean Drive plead for us to come in. I must say, It's nothing great and the service isn't either and the drinks were decent at best. After having a couple drinks, some good discussion and enjoying the views we decided to depart due to waiting too long in between drinks due to our waiter just not being up to par. I cashed out and headed somewhere else.

Be aware! They will charge erroneous amounts and then charge a gratuity at over 20% oh because it's in the fine print on the menu...I am truly and utterly disgusted with this sham of a business. Never will I ever come here if I come back to Miami. RUN from this business and their salty food!

My food. Looks better than it was.

We were stopped out front by a manager who offered free drinks plus 30% off our bill if we ate there. Most restaurants on this street throw out deals in this way to entice you to dine in their establishment. We decided we liked this offer. We opted out of an appetizer and went straight for the drinks and meals. I don't remember the name of my drink but it was supposed to be a tropical punch like drink with alcohol. Let me say that I know for most people the stronger the drink the better... I'm not that way. Of course, I expect to be able to detect the alcohol in my drinks but I also enjoy a fresh fruity flavor but this was like drinking pure vodka. I couldn't even! My husband had a large crown and coke which he did enjoy. For the meal, my hubby went simple with a flatbread pizza. I went for Red Snapper accompanied with seafood risotto. His came out hot and melty. Mine wasn't even warm. His was flavorful with perfect crust. Mine was flavorless and bland. The squid and octopus was very very chewy. I was disappointed! Our server was friendly and attentive. She was also kind enough to complete remove my entree from our ticket.

It was my first time in South beach ! There are a lot of restaurants located at Ocean Drive:) We loved our server Miguel from Cuba! He was really kind and attentive:) We ordered guacamole as an appetizer and it wasn't good , but their linguini was amazing! Also I loved their choice of drinks and choice of sizes for every drink!!! Will definitely stop by when I'll be in Miami again!!!!

We were stopped while walking down the street by the host. Since we were looking to drink anyway we gave it a try. They offered us 2 for 1 on the drinks and 30% off food. The drinks were good and actually pretty strong. They were large and the pricing was typical for the style of restaurant. We ordered the shrimp fettuccine and it was very delicious. The pasta seemed fresh and homemade. We had a great experience overall but they lost one star because it's not fun to get bombarded and pressured into trying a restaurant while walking down South Beach.

Full of cockroaches Last night my mom and I went to dinner. We sat outside and ordered a delicious Caipirinha and ceviche. We then ordered a paella and while we waited for dinner, a huge flying cockroach. Then, the waitress moved the menu basket and around 10 flying cockroaches ran out of it and started flying everywhere. One crawled up my moms shirt, one on my foot. One was on the waiters shirt. It was so crazy. We canceled our paella order and my mom didn't even get to drink half her drink but they still charged us for everything FULL PRICE. AND, I got roach bite on my arm.

My gf and I stopped through here on our way out before boarding our flights later in the afternoon. If you're toting your luggage and not a hotel guest, you will have to find another hotel to store your luggage while enjoying this most decadent brunch experience. Luckily we arrived early enough to our reservations to sort that out. Reservations are a must if you don't want to wait. The restaurant is gorgeous with various spaces designed differently but keeps to the exotic Asian theme. Dining in the atrium near the water feature in the middle with stage for the musicians is where we had our experience. Olga was our server. She brought us our special beverages not available at the bar: Bloody Mary's and endless bubbly in our glasses The offerings here are more than I can name, but there is something to satisfy every craving. The favorite for me is the caviar bar. It comes with all the proper fixings on a blini with Crème fraîche. Do you need a vodka shot to go with? Yes, that's also available also at the caviar station. Fresh raw oysters, clams or shrimp cocktail is available in abundance with everything else here. The ceviche was great. I passed on all the various noodles but had to have some lamb curry and basmati rice- delicious! I had some Peking Duck and leg of lamb at the meat station. The filet mignon and lamb chops was ordered and brought to the table. The leg of lamb and filet were slightly dry but still good. The lamb chops with chimichurri sauce was amazing- nuances of vibrant flavors. Assorted fresh fruits were a colorful collection of enticements. I saw some papaya and enjoyed its fresh, sweet juiciness. I am not a dessert person but had to try the key like pie. Then of course, the matcha dessert is a sitting temptation next to the pie. So, my dessert spoils were more than intended. What the hell right? Lol That was the sweet ending to my Setai brunch. There was so much more such as bread, fried stuff, eggs, bagel station, toast etc. One can only eat so much. I stuck to enjoying my favorites. The experience is pricey but so worth it. It is truly the best brunch experience I've ever had. - better than Vegas and a cruise ship!! I always have to experience a Setai brunch whenever in Miami!

You are walking through the area with all the guests and their luggage in your super large robe that doesn't close very well. I did not enjoy this. Some disappointing things which was not their fault is the parking garage construction noise even on Sundays. The noise took away from my spa experience. They did nothing for the noise control. Also, the SPA requests you must arrive 30 minutes before your treatment time. I got my parking validated BUT we stayed for brunch who also validated our parking but we went over the 4 hours so we got no discount for parking and we were charged the full $35 fee plus tip for the valet. The valet staff was quite nasty telling me we were there too long for the discount BUT each one of those alone qualified for a discounted valet. You can not do both in the 4 hour window.

Whether you're traveling with kids, teens, adults, or a multigenerational crew, everyone finds their lane here. The pool scene is the heartbeat of the property. Multiple pools, each with its own personality -- family-friendly areas with space to splash, quieter corners for lounging, and the high-energy spots where the music and cocktails flow. Service was dialed in across the board: fast, friendly, and always one step ahead. Rooms were spotless and stylish, with balconies that make you want to order room service just to soak in the view a little longer. Housekeeping kept everything crisp, and every request was met with that effortless "of course" attitude. Dining is another standout. The resort fee is $60/day (which is not made clear on Orbitz, where I booked it), yet when I went in February the pool and all outdoor facilities - which is what the resort fee pays for - closed at 6pm. We were told it closes at "sundown," even though they clearly have outdoor lights for the whole outside facility. Want to swim in the evening or night? Nope. All those pictures with the pool lit up? Not for you. And if you dare to be in the pool at 6:01, there were six staff for every one guest to tell you to get out. Seriously, we got warnings to get out at 10min to 6, 5min to 6, and at 6:00. Why every five minutes? Because a group of staff members were hovering over us, watching and waiting for the moment to kick us out. Very relaxing. You have to wear an armband everywhere you go. Staff are at every door as you go in or out - hotel to pool or pool to beach - monitoring you to produce it. Very relaxing. There is no coffee in the room, forcing you to travel across the whole huge facility (3 towers connected by long walks) to their coffee shop to pay $10 for a cup of coffee each morning. You could walk all the way back to your room, or - like me - you can try to drink it by the pool. But NO! You can't sit by the pool. Those seats and lounges require you to pay a fee, even in February when there was NO ONE there. If you don't want to pay, you can find a free lounge on the outer fringes. And if you try to sit without paying, there are staff to tell you to move immediately. Hovering, as usual. To get a lounge on the beach - in February, low season - we had to get in line to sign up for a chair and then get in a second line of 20-30 people and wait in the hot sun for an available, assigned chair and a staff person to take us there. Grab a chair and relax? Nope. It's a monitored system. When we checked out, the staff told us there were too many rooms to provide a coffee maker in each one. I guess their policy is to assume their guests are stupid.
