Bland. That's all I gotta say. The asada was bland and needed salsa drenched in it to at least make it better. The salsa was good, I will give them that. For the price you pay this spot, totally not worth it. $18 for a breakfast burrito. $3+ for a normal street taco. Insane. The service was good. They got us in and out of the drive thru quickly. Overall, I would save my money and get Mexican food somewhere else.

Amazing quality ingredients. Very fresh. This would have been a five-star except the prices are out of whack with the competition . I had a chicken burrito for a late breakfast. The chicken was grilled. It came with fresh onions and cilantro. If you can get past paying $20 for a burrito, It's worth it. It's kind of true about the service. But that's true everywhere. I asked for and paid for cheese with my burrito but I didn't get it When you're in the mood to splurge on high quality ingredients and you don't want to go to El Pollo loco again, try this one. The acid test: I would go again

Big piece of bone in one of the burritos

I was headed to another place but saw Villa Flores Tacos was closer to me so decided to try them. Wish I would have never stopped. I ordered 3 Carnitas burritos with just meat. I was kinda shocked when the price was over $50 for just 3 burritos and it got worse. Not only did the burritos have a lot of skin in them that was slimy but there was a huge chunk of bone in one of the burritos. I will not be going back to this. It's ridiculous to pay so much for such low quality food. Though I had got all the skin and bone out but nope! Make that two huge bone pieces.

We had sopes, chorizo, asada and buche They were delicious Fresh ingredients Excellent customer service Clean place

Tripas, lengua and 2 carne asada up top.

I don't know why it has the score it does. This place is AWESOME! I got the tripas, lengua and carne asada tacos. It is a little pricey but they STACK the meat. They were very nice and i ordered to go. I asked them to put salsa on the side... they gave me a ton if salsa and limes. The place was empty when I went. As for people that said it was "bland" i don't know about that. I love to throw some salt on top anywhere I go. Anyone whose had great street tacos know to hit it with the iodized salt! This place is awesome and I am definitely going back. Don't listen to the nay sayers.

I recommend Villa Flores to anyone in big bear, and friends and family, my go to would be the Cabeza, and Tripa. Ask for the tripa medio dorado or poquito dorado. Good flavor, great portion, this is the spot for specialty meat cuts. Just because you're hungry doesn't mean to be mean. The staff is very cool

Expensive af for fast food & but the food is good. They changed the name & upped the prices but it is better than what they had before... the speaker on the drive thru was broken so it took forever & they were super unorganized but I understand because of the rain & power outages recently. Didn't go inside so I can't tell you anything about it unfortunately. Good meat good tacos good salsa!

    Hair in my taco.

Good street tacos and a relatively fair price for Big Bear. Chicken taquitos are good as well. The staff is always friendly.

Our latest visit yesterday was still overall a very positive experience. Much to our delight, their buckwheat pancakes are still the best pancakes EVER (imho). These pancakes are the reason why we come to Teddy Bear every time. Something about the flavor and texture just makes them stand out. In fact, we no longer order pancakes anywhere else. Corn beef hash and pastrami hash are still so very flavorful and satisfying. The cinnamon cornbread is still good. Coffee might seem a little weak for some (like my husband) but good enough for me. Our server was super busy so service was understandably a tad slow but decidedly adequate.

Came here on a Saturday for lunch and we were seated right away! Cons: We were not expecting this place to be cash only! The chairs were uncomfortable and the bathrooms are not nice. Their soda machine wasn't working and they didn't offer iced coffee (although they did give us hot coffee and a cup of ice). Their Ceaser salad had way too much dressing to the point where it was soggy! Overall it was an alright place for our weekend getaway lunch. But we would not eat here again.

I ordered a Nutella espresso martini mocktail and my man ordered an allagash beer (not on the menu, but on tap) - NEW beer for them, which was a great bonus! There were several people working as wait staff and one bartender, who was the manager that day onsite. Seemed like he was making tons of drinks for several tables - because, sitting at the bar right in front of him- took maybe 5+ minutes to even acknowledge that we were sitting in front of him in the middle of the bar- then it took 15 + minutes to get the two drinks and an order of fries. That was the only downpoint- but everything else was fine. Fries were great with a nice homemade ranch dressing. My mocktail martini was good - quite a lot of foam on top- but pretty and tasted kinda like a fancy chocolate milk. I never usually like wasting money on a mocktail $8 for it- but was yummie. Might come back next time and try some of the food. Great ambience - clean and nice location and size - especially compared to some other places in the village.

You know how sometimes coffee shops advertise a drink that's supposed to taste like something but really just tastes like a regular latte? That's not the case here. Their flavored coffee actually tastes like what they say it will! The line was all the way out the door when we went, so if you're in a rush this might not be the place unless you order ahead, which you can do. There's plenty of seating both upstairs, downstairs, and outside, and the place had a fun rustic vibe to it.
