Ah! This place is soo good! My boyfriend brought me here for our first date, and ever since we tried it we go pretty much every chance we get to go out and have a nice dinner. Be warned: their portions are enormous! We made the mistake of ordering appetizers along with our entrees and I thoroughly ate myself into a food coma. The pasta is delicious, and the bread they put out for the table is hot and orgasmic. The staff is really nice, too! I'd recommend anything there, just decide whether you'd like to share a couple of appetizers or just have an entree and stick with that. I will drive through towns and pass many pizza restaurants just to get to this one. There is a girl behind the counter that's there pretty much every time I go and she's awesome. She's very nice and always suggests the best slices to get. Everyone else in there is nice also. They're probably the warmest most welcoming complete staff at a restaurant you'll meet. I've been to many, and you have the counter person whos nice, or a server whos nice. But I'm telling you, the WHOLE staff is extremely pleasant. Their pizza is amazing. If you ask for crispy, they give you the most perfect crisp on a pizza you could ask for. Their regular pie is the best regular I think I've had. It's pretty much perfect. They also have Pasta night and chicken night, I've gone on multiple occasions to both and both nights have delicious options. They give you good portion sizes and they include a lot with the price. I went to dinner with my friend a few weeks back and we came here. After the meal she said she's so upset that she's never gone there for a chicken night before because she loved it. The most recent time I went, I finally tried the vodka slice with fresh mozzarella. It. Was. Awesome. I'll definitely be back (relatively soon) for that slice again! I've been coming here for years and years, and so has my family. We used to live right down the block, but we moved a few towns over and my father moved to Kentucky. Whenever he comes here he gets at LEAST 2 pies to go, comes back to our house, wraps them all up and takes them home to eat later on. He loves Villa Graz, and so do we. This place is a local institution, although the name changed years ago. I believe new owners took over about a year or so ago, and since then I've found myself frequenting this place more often. I'm a big 'specialty' pizza guy and Villa's always has more choices than I can deal with. Their white pizza is solid, and calzones are DELICIOUS and HUGE. Their dining room is cozy and the food is definitely top tier amongst the hundreds of pizza places across Long Island. The new owners seem really nice, when my fiance and I ate here shortly after they took over the wife of the owner came and said hello and even gave us free homemade cookies! It's a tough task to take over a place that has been around so long and so established, but they must be doing something right because it's always packed. They have some unique pasta dishes and I'm a fan of their eggplant rollatine. Only negatives would be the layout is a bit cramped. The previous owners closed off the dining room area - which is great if you're dining in, but it kind of leaves the counter area a little tight. Also, there marinara sauce can occasionally slip to the sweeter side - something that doesn't always bother me, but I know some people are are really particular. Minor quibbles aside, in an island chock full of pizzeria restaurants let's just say there's a reason Villa's has been around for so long. ---Also as a side note, I catered here about a year ago for my fiance's surprise 30th birthday party. The food was AMAZING and got rave reviews from all my friends. The chicken parm was moist, the penne ala vodka had a unique taste, and the hero was great too. Decided to give this place another shot. The slices they have look so good but the service is a big problem. They were so overwhelmed by the 3 customers in the place. I was getting uncomfortable about how long our slices were in the oven and then another customer with a ziti slices comes up and asks for his to be taken out. The employee says give me a minute and the dude turned RED. Finally gets his slice and the ziti is so well done and dried out! He comments that he only wanted it warm in frustration and takes it anyway. Before leaving he went to talk with the manager saying that he stopped coming here because of the service problems (just like us). The manger starts screaming at him saying the slice was fine and to get the f&^@ out of the place. Our stuff wasn't so bad but I was blown away by the antics their. The server did redeem herself by bringing over a sample of the Hawaiian pizza that just came out. Last Fathers Day, my wife asks me where I want to go eat....we had been to this spot a few times in the past, and it was actually pretty good. So my wife makes reservations a few days in advance, and when we get there, there is no reservation in our name. Now, I KNOW she made the reservations because I heard her on the phone with them. I always thought it looked like a weird spot for a pizzeria so I avoided going for years. It turns out that that was a mistake. Their pizza is really good, and I would say it's probably in the top 5 places in Suffolk County. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that if it's busy, don't expect any "goodbye" if you order by phone or "thank yous" when you pick up your order. Cozy, good food, nice service, plentiful parking, and huge portions. There are specials on certain days - the Thursday night I came in, there was a $14.95 3 course meal with salad, entree, plus desert (apple pie - please warm this next time or cannoli) and coffee. What a deal right?? I had the mixed chicken plus eggplant parm with pasta and it was above average/good. The tomato sauce soaks up the entire plate because boy, they add a lot. Villa Grazia is probably my favorite pizza place. The variety of their specialty slices is simply amazing. I have tried the chicken bacon ranch,the chicken bacon Russian the mac and cheese, the Sorrento, the General Tso's, the Chicken Francese as well as their white and each of them are just amazingly good. The people who work there are very nice and their prices are very fair and worth every penny. I go out of my way to go to this place and even chose to eat here on my birthday! Dining in they great me with a salad which I found poor. It only had one tomato between all that letuce and dressing. For apperitizer I order some Rice ball paragami. The taste was incredible even tho I'm not used to the texture. The lasagna is put of this world that ricotta cheese had me saying Jeezuzzzzz. Anyhow the spaghetti and meatballs was amazing as well it taste like authentic Italians out of the God Father Franchise. Love it, try it, enjoy it. Just wanted to share with the owner, who I know well that his pizZa man Mike is an excellent patronage for your business. I came in yesterday for lunch with my wife and kid....on boy, he was he great! I know the waitresses weren't there for lunch and he took care of us. He was very courteous and attentive to every detail. He made sure that we were served extremely well! The food was great. The bread and the garlic were knots were hot, crispy and fresh. He was very caring to do his best and present the restaurant the best way possible. People that cook good food always care so much about serving it in the best state it could be served. He even offered a little dipping red sauce for my son when he saw him trying to dip his bread in the delicious olive oil and tomato seasoned paste. That is a specialty of your restaurant and I love it. He came back on his own with a piece of sliced hot bread after we ate the garlic knots. The food was excellent and all fresh with a great taste and aroma. I just wanted the owner to really hear how I felt about his pizza man and how excellent and truthful he wa. We called before we came and he was very accommodating for a substitute that my wife requested. We have been coming to your pizza store for a long time and also my wife's family has been for a longer time that I have been. This time I felt I needed to say thank you to Mike, who I really felt he cared so much about what he put on the table for us and our reaction... he just made sure we were satisfied completely. We used to order from Villa Grazia every Friday night for years and stopped after the new owners took over. I decided to give them a try yesterday and see if they had gotten better. I placed my order for pizza, salad, two extra slices and a bottle of coke. what was delivered was a cold pizza and the soda. I called to tell them they forgot half my order and the owner's response was less than apologetic. his exact words were "what do you want me to do about it" then asked for my phone number so he could get back to me. I called back after 10 minutes and told them forget bringing the other items that we wanted to eat all our food at one time. He was nasty and said i should go down there to speak to him face to face if I wanted help. Seriously? I wanted delivery so I didn't have to leave my house. The pizza that we did get was cold, and tasteless. I will never go back there again! read more

I'm picky about where I get my seafood. I strictly follow the adage "Don't get your seafood at a steak house". I barely even get my seafood at a seafood restaurant if it even looks slightly off. However, I had the stuffed shrimp with crab meat at Villa Grazia and it was the best I've had. The portions were massive and I was stuffed well into the next day and I have the stomach of a grizzly bear. I highly recommend this restaurant. Stunningly bad. We tried this place because we found a deal on Restaurant.com and will definitely will not be returning. My entree was the stuffed shrimp. The menu indicated "crab" stuffed but the medium-sized shrimp never saw anything resembling a real crab. The stuffing was primarily a mound of greasy breadcrumbs with a bit of what was clearly artificial crab. No doubt about it. Absolutely disgusting considering it was misrepresented and priced at a hefty $22. My dining companion ordered a veal dish which was definitely better than the shrimp but still tough as leather. At the end of the meal we presented out Restaurant.com certificate and the waitress suddenly looked tense. Uh-oh. Next thing we know, the manager (owner?) appears to tell us that they'll honor the certificate but as of Nov 1st they will be posting a sign to tell their customers their certs are no longer any good there although these certificates have NO EXPIRATION DATE. She went on to explain that it was because their regular customers were buying multiples (and to the clear dismay of the restaurant) actually using them. The nerve! Honestly, with that greedy attitude, even if the food was fantastic, we would never return. read more

This is absolutely our favorite place. Whe my son was getting ready for his first communion, he knew the only thing he cared about was that we would have his party there. The service is great and whenever we are there we are treated like family. They are beyond accommodating and we have never had anything but wonderful food there. I really wanted to like this place...I mean their chicken night has a wonderful selection that would cater to several taste pallets, such as my husband who hates tomato sauce. First bread is placed on the table. Then the first course was a salad which was plain and lacked vegetables other than lettuce, come on splurge on more than one cherry tomato and slice of cucumber! Next the chicken dish comes. My husband had chicken that is stuffed with ham and cheese, covered with a marsala-esque sauce and mushrooms. It was ok. The sauce lacked taste and the pasta was cold on the spots they forgot to throw the sauce on. My dish was a breaded eggplant and chicken parmigiana dish. Kind of like if eggplant parm and chicken parm had a baby. I WAS SUPER EXCITED! Unfortunately, I was disappointed. You could completely tell that the chicken and eggplant were made before and then reheated and added to the plate with tomato sauce and cheese. The chicken was rubbery and lukewarm. The cheese wasn't even completely melted. So upsetting. Their dessert selection was slim with the chicken specials, I was expecting something Italian like a cannoli. The reason I am giving it three stars is because their staff was very nice, their pizza looked good and i ordered on chicken night. I might try this again and attempt an item off the regular menu before giving up completely... expect another review! read more

Mediocre food, awful service, ownership that couldn't care less. I was very disappointed in this place, as I read good reviews. What I got was a decent size dinner check and not a whole lot to show for it. It took over an hour to get our food and it was okay at best. The owner/manager never bothered to come out and acknowledge the debacle, the waitress ignored us for half an hour. They have a bunch of rules about what can and can't be eaten in the dining room.(To be fair they relented on it.) I called and ordered a pie well done and 6 garlic knots I was told 45 min to a hour. The delivery time was accurate however the pizza was definitely unsatisfactory. The dough is a frozen dough and was far far from well done. I had to put slices in the oven. The garlic knots weren't garlic knots they had no garlic on them what so ever. I would not recommend wasting time ordering or eating here anymore since the new owners took over. If you don't make real pizza your other food cant be good either. read more

Tried to give this place another chance. And another, and another.... The pizza dough is always undercooked. It almost feels soggy...I ordered one plain and one mushroom slice only to open the box and see all the mushrooms dumped in a pile. They couldn't even spread it out? Oh and just tried their zeppoles....I'm genuinely curious to know if they're aware that they are completely undercooking their dough....? We went as a party of 7 for their pasta night on a monday night. Two out of the seven salads had hair in them. It wasnt a big issue but it was def a little gross. Our meals were decent and not alot of selection for desert which came with the pasta night special. What really annoyed us about this place was that they charge extra for random things without letting you know there are upcharges such as 3.00 for an extra bread or 3.00 for a cesar salad instead of a typical dressing. Also found out that gratuity was included at 25 percent for parties over six people. All in all I would of given them a two star atleast if they didnt have all of these random hidden charges. read more
