My family and I ordered in this place once a week for a while. But the quality has slowly declined. Their customer service has gone down and the staff are not on the same page, ex. I ordered 2 specialty pizzas and paid for them(pick up), i asked for a little grated cheese. They never have charged for it before in the 7 years ive gone there. One person tells me it 50cents extra, another person tells me its 1 dollar and a third person tells me $1.25. I paid for the grated cheese, i was a little annoyed but that doesn't warrant a bad review, what does warrant the bad review is when i got home the pizza was under cooked, the toppings were raw and the cheese i paid $1.25 extra for had some black little specs in it, could have been pepper, maybe dirt, or worse yuck, ive had problems similar to these on the last three previous visits and I addressed the staff everytime, to no avail. Unfortunately now I must follow on my promise of leaving this review and no longer purchasing from this establishment again. read more

Seriously the best pizza place around. The specialty slices are huge with tons of meat on them. The prices are decent as well for what you get. They used to have lunch specials that included a drink but I don't know what happened to that, so that's unfortunate. In the end, its great pizza. This place was one of my favorites since I was a kid. But one night my girl friend was going in to get our order till she slip & fell on they're wet floors! As I came in to check why she was taking so long; I was greeted by the owner pleading to me that "this was all a accident". Most people would go into the thought " why would you start mopping the floors while customers are coming & going?" but just trying to dissolve the tension I just assured him that everything is alright but our food was crushed during the fall. The owner assured us that our next order will be taken cared of but now going on two months and not even one question of my girl friend's well being or of that night. All that can be said is" disgraceful ". For your safety I recommend you stay far away from this place and their horrible owner. read more

Went here with three others & took advantage of the Chicken Night Menu (Wednesday & Thursdays). We enjoyed the Chicken Carrozza, Chicken Romano & Chicken Blanco. It came with salad, coffee & dessert. A definite bargain at $14.95 per person. Really good food. Staff very nice. We added a glass of wine for an additional $3. The portions were a nice size. We had leftovers to take home. Oh my god the best italian food in centereach! I was just there friday night with a a few girlfriends of mine and we really enjoyed it! I can't speak for the meals but the quality of the pizza has been going down hill. Ordered 4 pies the other day - 1 Cheese, one cheese half onion and 2 pepperoni. The pepperoni pies were sparse, sprinkling of pepperoni. The half onion - those who did not want onion had to be careful as it was hard to tell the difference between the onion and plain slices. Me and my buddies decided to go out and grab some pizza, ended up coming to this restaurant. I come looking for a nice specialty slice, but nothing was left. I asked the man behind the counter if that was all they had and if they would be able to make a different slice. Mind you it was only 7, he proceeded to tell me that that was all that was left for the night. We got stuck getting a regular pie, and I settled with a rice ball. I got the rice ball and it just tasted old, the outside bland, it was dry and had hardly any meat in there. I ended up finishing up and went to go asked for a box and he threw it across the counter at me. All I have to say about this place is amazing. You will not find a place like villa Grazia anywhere on Long Island. Where do I begin? The new owners who took over the restaurant are so nice and have great customer service towards their customers and I have to say the same for the employees. Right when you walk into villa Grazia you can see the beautiful display of all different kinds of pizza they have ready for you. The best part is it is made fresh every single hour so you are guaranteed fresh and delicious food! The dinging area is decorated nicely and it is very cozy. They have great portion sizes and the taste of the food is high class and really really delicious. All I have to say is positive things about villa Grazia. new ownership is horrible. been eating here for years now the food is disgusting small portions no taste and the order is ALWAYS wrong , they haven't gotten an order right in months. not to mention I think the delivery kid walks here it takes so long. my family finally decided were done with this place. hopefully is closes so it doesn't rip off more customers. read more

Best Sicilian pie around! The crust is amazing (right amount of yeast), the sauce is perfectly balanced (not acidic, or salty, but not sweet either), and whatever brand mozzarella they use, it's the best I've ever had on a pie (again, not salty, and reheats to perfect texture). Reminds me of old school Brooklyn pies. I've tried their specialty slices as well and loved the onion topped one, Grandma and Grandpa. Also have to say that this is the only place in Suffolk County for veal - fresh, very tender, and does not have an after-taste that it's been marinating in God knows what to tenderize (I like my cutlets plain so I'm critical on the taste). Other than that, I tend to do my own cooking, so can't really comment. Very friendly family, too. read more

My first ever review on Yelp and hopefully they are all uphill from here. My friend told me this place made pretty good food, maybe compared to frozen TV dinners it's not bad but as far as restaurant quality it's pretty bad. The sauce tasted like one of those supermarket jarred sauces, the pizza is a soggy mess, the lettuce in the salad was wilted and brown. Everything about this meal sucked. I think the raccoons get a better meal out of the dumpster from a real Italian restaurant. I called to complain and the girl that I spoke to was very happy to let me speak to another lady who I was told was the owner. She defended the food, told me I did not know what quality food was and never apologized. What a nasty you know what. Save yourself the horror of going here. read more

I live in Centereach where there are easily 7 or 8 other places to get pizza. My family has been getting our Friday night pie from Villa Grazia for years - probably close to 10. Honestly, I was never crazy about it until the fall of 2011 when a few weekends in a row I noticed the pizza was outstanding for some reason. When I went in to pick it up one week, I learned that the restaurant was under new ownership which explained why the pizza had suddenly tasted so much better. We alternate each week between Neapolitan and Sicilian and they are consistently delicious. Never a bad pie. Their garlic knots are delicious, too. On nights when we don't feel like pizza, we order from the dinner menu. Their portions are HUGE! I always have leftovers and even that tastes amazing a day later. I always order the Farfalle D'Angelo (bowtie pasta with shrimp and vegetables in pink cream sauce) and it's ridiculous, it's so good. We also have Villa Grazia cater our Christmas Eve dinner every year and are always very happy with our meal. Our whole family loves this place. I can't think of anything I've eaten there that I didn't care for since the new owners took over. They have everything from regular pizza and standard Italian dishes to specialty pies and Villa creations that you won't find in other restaurants (they even have gluten free pizza!). It's run by a lovely family who are very friendly and attentive and always smiling when you go in. They know their regular customers and they love their business. I have visited Villa a few times, and i absolutely loved it. Their pizza was amazing and filling. And their dinners plates i have tried were also great, the chicken marsala was made perfectly. Every time I go there i enjoy the food and the service is good as well. Last time we went for dinner, we had a pretty ,funny and sweet young pregnant lady serve us. She was very attentive and caring. Took real good care of us all and we enjoyed our time there. If you are ever around make sure to stop by and try the food you will not regret it. read more

Their eggplant parm is amazing and my husband loves their meatball parm heros! My only complaint with this place is that the dining room service is inconsistent. Sometimes we get a good, friendly server... then sometimes we get an awful server who disappears completely for 10-15 minutes at a time while we are waiting for our food and then totally ignores us once he returns from wherever he was hiding. We also had an issue there on Pasta Night where we were supposed to get a drink included with our food, but were given bottles instead of fountain soda and were then charged for the bottles. Hire some competent workers who can multi-task and stop trying to make your specials confusing and you have yourself a very good restaurant/pizzeria. read more

My husband and and I have passed this restaurant a thousand times and never thought of trying it. Last night spur of the moment we did and we were so pleased! It was small but cozy, old fashioned but quaint. Our waitress Nancy was attentive and friendly. She made suggestions on what was their most popular dishes which was their vodka sauce. We had a salad which was fresh and crisp, and bread with a tomatoe dipping sauce also very good....would have liked more. My husband had the chicken vodka parmigiana with linguine. He loved it, chicken was tender sauce was creamy and tasty, linguine cooked al dente. I had egggplant parmigiana it was very good! Not bitter no skin on eggplant. I had penne with vodka sauce on the side it was excellent. The owners came over to us and introduced themselves making us feel at home. They were all so very nice! This is a family owned and run business. After dinner the owners wife offered us a piece of her homemade tiramisu which was light and delicious we felt like we knew them for years. Great people, great little restaurant wonderful meal! We will be back and highly recommend them. Not sure what it takes to earn the title of connoisseur, but I can tell you I've lived and worked in the City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens) and on the Island (Nassau county and now Suffolk), and have tried literally hundreds of pizzerias. (Some of my favs in the City, Grimaldi's and New Park)... but here on the Island, one of the best is "Villa Grazia" (Grazie?). From their fresh crust and toppings to the wide variety of specialty pizzas, this place makes a great pie! Their Sicilian is just the right combo of thick yet crusty; fresh mozz and margarita tastes fresh and delicious; and we've enjoyed trying some of their specialty pies including vodka sauce and seasoned breadcrumbs as well. Bonus, that the staff has always been very friendly and accommodating.... and the prices are reasonable too. I haven't had dinner entrees here, but I can vouch that the pizza will not disappoint!! read more
