Come to find out there was a markup on the loaded fries I ordered that was not reflected on the display. When I asked her about it, she nonchalantly said "Oh yeah the price is higher". My first thought was, hey it's a digital menu, how hard is that to change? Secondly, the attitude in response to how my order broke down was definitely not one of good customer service. The fries were the most disappointing - they were stale and tasted overcooked, sort of like when you reheat day old fries. There's an indicator when your child doesn't care for any fries. Overall meal was about $30. We tipped and cleaned up after ourselves. Not the best counter service, but not bad. The interior was ok. They had Mr. Bean playing on TV, so that brought back some old childhood nostalgia feels. Unlikely that we will be back, but if so, I'll try the burger next time.
