I've been here several times. Every time there was at least one problem. Last time I ordered through Delivery Service. The driver forgot the drink. I blame that on whoever at the counter that didn't check out thoroughly with the driver. Today, i ordered 2 plates of steak. I specially requested "well done" veggies but they still came out raw. The rice wasn't cooked well. There was either shortage of water or they unplugged the cooker too soon. It was hard and dry. The story doesn't end here. They offered free drink with the plates. That was nice until my pink lemonade tasted like water. I was super mad because it was take-out. I couldn't change anything. The cashier didn't care when i called in to complain. Quite possibly the worst waba grill you could visit. It all starts with the service. If they don't have the service then it's all about the food. I have always enjoyed the food but was denied service because I did not have a mask, despite one of the employees putting their mask on when I walked inside. They also allowed someone who did a mobil order to walk in and pick up their food without a mask. This policy seems to go against all current state and federal guidelines and I will be taking my business to Flamebroiler. read more

Never been to this location, wish I hadn't. Went last Fri, ordered the salmon bowl all veggies. Staff was nice. While waiting, watched the guy grab cooked chicken and reheat it, they put veggies in and reheated salmon on top. Opened in car to eat, salmon was like warm at best and veggies cold. On my way to an appointment and didn't have time to toss this cold food. Tried eating salmon, cold and gross at this point. Went for the veggies, they were raw, uncooked, and that's why they were cold. I paid for a $10 bowl that came with stale fish and uncooked veggies. This location needs a manager and some employees who care. This is FOOD, people can get sick from this poor treatment, and this makes me wonder how sanitary the kitchen is. read more

I called my order in since I was showering at the neighboring 24 and just finished at the gym. I had a short amount of time before I had to go into work so I figured calling would help. They told me 10 minutes, I arrived after 15. I proceeded to wait another 10 minutes. When I paid, they didn't give me a receipt and since the to go order was hand written they just made it and left it up there for a good 10 mins more. I had to go up to the front to ask if that order that was sitting there was mine. I left angry and in a hurry. I finally am about to eat and I realize right now that they didn't even give me the avocado I ordered. This place blows. 35 mins for a CALL IN to go order and they forgot my avocado. Also, I forgot to mention that this is the second time my call in order has taken long. The first time I did it, they didn't even start making it till I arrived and paid. Place was really clean when you walked in and smelled very clean. The cashier wasn't very neutral not rude but not welcoming as well. I ordered what I usually get a veggie chicken bowl. The meat wasn't as good as other locations and the veggies tastes like they have been sitting for awhile. The topper was I ordered a bowl with extra chicken at other locations I have gotten the extra chicken on the side this one didn't look like they put extra. Also after eating I looked at my receipt and noticed that I was charged extra for veggies though I didn't order extra veggies I was charged extra for it and not even told. This place does seem as it isn't like the others I have been too. I don't have an issue paying extra for something but you should let someone know you are getting charged extra. Just went to this WaBa now. I am a frequent customer and stop here on a regular basis.. Lately I've noticed that they are reluctant to hand out hot sauce packets but do upon request. Today I asked the cashier for a couple and as she started to reach under counter, another rude female worker turned and said NO. She then attempted to physically stop her coworker from getting me a couple packets. I asked her why I couldn't get a couple and she replied "they are for internet orders only." What!!??.... Sorry, but if you are going to charge $10 for a bowl and a customer politely asks for a couple of hot sauce packets, provide them! More importantly it is not worth putting your coworkers in such a spot over a 5 cent packet! I'll be following up with corporate office on this... Well.....where do start? I have been to this particular location on numerous occasions because it is near my home and enjoy a tasty teriyaki chicken bowl once in a while. Last week on Saturday, I stopped to pick up lunch for myself and my family before heading to work. My orders before have not been incorrect therefore I didn't check. I head to work with my meal and low and behold, the portions served were no where near what they normally are when I went to have my lunch. I have gotten more from a mini bowl. I did call and mentioned it to the store supervisor the next day and she said everything is weighed out when being served. I watched when my meals were being served and at no time did the young kid weigh anything. She did however offer to replace my meal. I am not looking for free food, I want what I pay for, no more, no less. I then proceed to go again yesterday May 08, 2021 for my lunch and for my family, and leave again without checking. This time my 8 year old son found hair in his bowl and totally killed his appetite. Most likely, I will not be returning to this location. Have been going to this place coz it is closed to my house, asked for the same Kale Salad with Salmon, (the Salmon piece has gotten smaller too) hmm he gave me a regular salad with salmon and gave me a ranch dressing, I even asked him for the vinaigrette dressing for the Salmon salad he said no this is the one we have. I asked for the sauces that come out of the bottles and she very rudely told me this is all we have and walked away.
