Bad services, kitchen doesn't look clean either

Great Waba. The staff is very fast and do what they need to. The only thing I really don't like is the layout of the place. It makes it very difficult to handle your sauce situation in this Waba as the floor plan adds to the congestion that is caused by non-Eastern European human traffic. Hopefully, is a design change like moving the sauce stations behind that first wall in the dining area and removing that table, would allow for a better flow and feel for this location. read more

Customer service is next to nothing. Employees have an attitude. Around Christmas time I went and served myself some chopped onions. Keep in mind the restaurant is empty only me. The chicken bowl is the only thing I like from this place, the staff is like whatever to me, what I don't like is the fact that the have to ask for your ID when you pay with card, I have a debit card that it doesn't have my name on it, is a ADP Aline card and they didn't want to accept it. The owner of this wabagrill and the other surrounding waba grills ( like the one in Euclid and Warner, by target in garden grove and 1st by the michoacana) is weird. I have a personal experience with him and his workers get treated like shit and when he interviews you, you get taken into his office and you sit on the couch while he constantly tells you how pretty you are and that he only hires mostly girls. RED FLAG. I worked for this company at 17 and was overworked and sexually harassed by a cook for months yet upper management did nothing. Currently in the process of trying to take legal action now that I know his name. I needed a job and reapplied and the interview was so uncomfortable I practically walked out. PS. If the owner is reading this, your "managers " all talk bad about you. Even your "favorite " female manager. Came here to eat on my break and wanted to eat indoors since it was really hot outside. The doors were left opened the whole time while the ac was running. I immediately noticed two tables full of customers dealing with multiple bees and flies inside the restaurant. I sat away from them and once I sat more bees were where I was at. Everyone inside wasn't enjoying their food and I decided to eat outside. They really need to keep their place clean and make sure their customers are happy. This is by far the worse waba grill I have been to. My order was mess up and the cashier looked at me like she did not want to change my order until I said can I have my correct order. Than the ratio of the chicken and rice was far off compare to the other waba grills out there. Void this waba grill and go to another one. Great place to get something quick and if your trying to stay healthy by not eating burgers but the service and the ratio of food does not compare to what you can get at other waba grills.
