Meat and 2 sides, lots of fish, somewhat worn interior, not super clean, wait staff who are regular people. I've seen it plenty of times and I generally like these places because they are predictable and serve good basic food. P B Clark's is no different. The girl who waited on us is young and has a sunny personality. Super nice and always available. We were also topped off by another nice girl, possibly another waitress or a food runner. I ordered the Friday special catfish with fries and hush puppies. I'm giving this review a 4-star because of the staff and the fish. Otherwise, it would be a three star. The catfish had a ton of flavor and needed nothing for a frozen, breaded, deep fried catfish filet. The hushpuppies were bland, the fries were slightly undercooked and needed salt. My friend had a burger which appeared to be good. Would I go back? Yes, I would.

I think she was very much surprised when 10 out of the 12 us ordered hot dog plates. We started with an order of buffalo chips and they were very much enjoyed along with the ranch they were served with. I think we all enjoyed our hot dogs (mine with chili, mustard, and onions, was great).
